Cancelled delivery order twice with no explanation and no way to contact them about it.

The food was very tasty and was delivered nice and hot, the delivery was also friendly

I ordered pizza twice, paid for both, but the order was canceled both yesterday and today. The payment for one of them wasn't refunded. It appears the order was delivered.

Delivered so quickly, I don't know why people are complaining, but it was really great, nice delivery people too, thank you very much.

When I cancel my order this scammers say me to they do redound and after two months still don’t nothing received , never again order there !!!!!!!

Although my orders are automatically delivered to a different location because of my postal code, I live literally within walking distance of New York Pizza Hoogstraat in Eindhoven. When I order from here, I usually pick up my pizza myself, and I always receive excellent service. Three days ago, I called this location, and the employee told me that the Willemstraat location was closed and gave me a clear explanation of how to get a refund. I noticed that they really take their customers and service seriously, and I really appreciate that. The employee was incredibly friendly, and I felt truly heard. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name; otherwise, I would definitely have mentioned him here. He even offered to make a pizza right away that would be ready in 20 minutes, but I was already hungry by then. Next time, I'll order my pizza directly from this location and not through Thuisbezorgd.nl.

Delicious food with lots of variety. Great for delivery and pickup. Delivery drivers are always fast. They also have very friendly staff who help you immediately if you have any problems.

Stands at the wrong door and blames me. Rude delivery guy and cold pizza. Great! And you wait an hour for it...and they are 100 meters away... Next attempt: satay pizza, literally 2 pieces of chicken on pizza, the rest is satay sauce and crispy onions... Last attempt... this is BAD.

I deleted my 1 star review from 2 years ago. Gave them another chance and the pizza arrived hot and fresh within 30 minutes of ordering. Maybe because it was on Monday but I hope they keep up this quality.

Ordered double pepperoni and was more likely to be a single/margarita with a few pieces of pepperoni.. far from the quantity in the photos. It was tasty, but a bit disappointing

I took advantage of a promotion and drove from Valkenswaard to Eindhoven, more than worth it when I got home! After ordering it was made immediately and all in all we waited 10 to 15 minutes for it. Pizza tasted great and was very richly topped (better than the branch here in the village), staff was nice and helpful, more than worth 5 stars!

How long can a person wait for a pizza, that's what you wonder when you order from New York Pizza. Unbelievable how bad the service is when you call these people, they don't think along and forget the only thing they have to do, make pizzas. Not recommended.

Misleading. I feel scammed with my “pepperoni” hot honey order. This has happened several times.

What bizarre prices... you can eat 2 pizzas, man. Plus food always arrives cold, the oven is standard for heating when you order here

Arrived at the designated pick-up time at New York on the Hoogstraat. It was indicated that the pizzas would come right out of the oven. After more than 25 minutes they lost 1 of the 3 pizzas. Wait even longer. Finally, half an hour after the indicated time, the pizzas were taken away. Total chaos among the young staff and no management present. At home, 1 of the 3 pizzas turned out to be wrong and the quality was also very poor. Called immediately. Money back was not possible. Now I have received a credit, but I have no desire to eat here again.

Been helpful for years. Whenever something goes wrong they solve it well and the food is excellent. One of the better fast food chains in Eindhoven

Ordered chicken wings yesterday. The order came in after more than 55 mins(they claim delivery in 15 to 40 mins). I had to call 2 times before it got delivered. Thats not all, the when it came it was not hot enough, was hard and half burned. Too disaapointed. I have ordered earlier, and the delivery time and food quality had been good. When I called the 3rd time to tell them about this, the guy did not even bother to say sorry. Just said ok. Very strange.

So great! Due to a system error, they were actually unable to deliver to our street, but after calling they got into the car and delivered our pizzas. Thank you very much!

I went here yesterday with my husband and little one to get pizzas to take back to our hotel. Well, what can I say? We had a great experience from start to finish. A young man called Mika was serving us and was also preparing our 2 pizzas. He was so friendly and made us all feel very welcome. While waiting for our food to be cooked, two other staff members had returned from their delivery, and one of those young men had given our little 3 year old girl a toy as a present that was such surprise and lovely gesture. This had put a huge smile into my daughters face. Thank you for this great service. Pizzas were delicious, and if we ever return to Eindhoven again, we would want to get our pizzas from you. Ordered during dinner time, couldn't add extra cheese so added it as a comment. Pizza arrived within an hour, nice and hot, and with extra cheese! It was indeed tasty, thanks 😋

Received chicken pops instead of chicken nuggets. No complaints last time, but now for the third time no sauce with chicken nuggets (because as a delivery person you assume that people order it without sauce? Really?!) And below is the photo of the lasagna that came with it. I don't know if it crashed into a freshly mown lawn along the way, but it looks nothing like the picture they show. More errors than in the average drive-in. Quite an achievement. EDIT March 17, 2024: a few months ago I received a message, apparently the place has been taken over/new management. Ordered twice since then (also the lasagna 🤪) and let's be honest: everything is fine. Delicious, warm, crispy pizza and lasagna as it should be. Great, hang in there!

Always been very satisfied in the past; both about the quality of the pizza and the timely delivery. However, today I received an almost cold pizza for the first time. Ordered in the afternoon for the period 5:30-5:45 PM to avoid the worst crowds. The location is just a few minutes' bike ride from my house, but it still took the delivery person 25 minutes to get the pizza to me (can be tracked in the app). It is not surprising that it is no longer warm. I'm going to give it another chance, given the positive experiences in the past. Hopefully it turns out to be an incident.

Nou echt zon fantastische service gehad vandaag. Ik belde omdat mijn pizza niet helemaal goed wacht. (Die trouwens echt super snel bezorgd was, dank daarvoor) en direct een nieuwe gekregen (ook deze weer binnen 20min bezorgd), ik mocht de oude houden en kreeg er zelfs wat gratis ijs bij. Ik sta er echt versteld van hoe goed ik dit opgelost vond. En de bezorger en de man aan de telefoon was ook nog eens super vriendelijk. Heeft heel mijn dag goed gemaakt, wat een toppers!

Redelijke pizza’s zeker niet van normale Italiaanse kwaliteit maar de prijs was ook anders maar voor prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was het wel oké

Sinds 2 weken een nieuwe eigenaar, wat een positieve verandering in zo’n korte tijd! Ga zo door, jullie zijn goed bezig. Voor het eerst in lange tijd weer lekker pizza’s op en op tijd bezorgt.

Altijd gezeur. Vegan pizza’s die met vlees aankomen, bezorging komt gewoon totaal niet en merendeels onbeschoft personeel.

Pizza was goed op tijd, alleen was het de verkeerde pizza. Had een half half besteld: een helft margherita en een helft margherita di bufala. De margherita kant was prima, kan niet veel mee misgaan natuurlijk, maar de margherita di bufala kant was om van te janken. Leek qua uiterlijk op een normale margherita, bevatte geen stukjes mozzarella, smaakte naar vlees en tenslotte waren er 3 stukjes ui overheen gestrooid...? Geen idee hoe dat mis kan gaan maar goed. Had besteld rond sluitingstijd dus misschien hadden ze gewoon geen zin meer. Volgende keer hopelijk beter :)

Vw de postcode kunnen we alleen bij dit filiaal bestellen via internet. Er ontbreken weer ingredienten en de "double" in de doubletasty is ver te zoeken doordat alles overlapt en de pizza schots en scheef word gesneden. Pizza is echt niet vies, maar zeker jammer!

Ze hebben een keigrote pizza (2 personen) met verschillende toppings en deze was perfect afgebakken. De 1ste slice bij afhalen is schier orgatisch (sorry voor m'n frans)

Ik heb eergisteren pizza afgehaald, en die was best wel lekker. Er is momenteel een aanbieding, 2 voor de prijs van 1, en dan is zo'n pizza het nog best wel waard. Normaal betaal je een tientje voor een pizza, nu maar 5 euro per pizza. Ik kreeg de vraag of ik nog iets extra's bij mijn pizza wou, en ik hoefte niet extreem lang te wachten. Ook kreeg ik de vraag of ik er saus bij wilde, wat ik ook heel fijn vond. Vandaar een 5 sterren review!

Pizza's waren erg lekker, maar personeel niet op de hoogte van huidige acties en leken hier ook geen moeite voor te willen doen. Site deed het op moment van bestellen van de pizza's niet en dus geen couponcode kunnen vinden. Vervolgens dus de volledige prijs moeten betalen. Kortom, pizza's zijn goed, personeel minder.

Best oké pizza. Ik had twee (van de 3) vegan opties, gaaf dat ze dat hebben. Het was best lekker, maar erg vet en zout. Niet heel speciaal verder, maar ook niet slecht.

Pizza is lekker. Gewoon goed. Ik vind ze wel een beetje duurder dan andere pizza aanbieders.

Helaas bezorgd deze vestiging niet meer in het centrum! Maar deze vestiging snapt wel hoe je een stapje extra kunt zetten voor klanten! Ik kom de volgende keer wel afhalen ;-)

Vorig jaar de New York Pizza op Tarwelaan bezocht. Slechte ervaring toendertijd. Hoopte deze reis op verbetering maar helaas nog slechter dan 10 maanden geleden. Pepperoni besteld krijgje verbrande salami's en geen olijven of wat ook op de pizza. Dit natuurlijk pas ontdekt toen de doos thuis geopend werd. Een grote afrader om daar iets te bestellen!! Helaas het is niet anders!!

I've ordered from here 4 times. Never, ever on time! Last time was 1 1/2 hours late. So when it turned up I sent it back, didn't pay. Vowed never to order from them again but got sucked in by the free pizza offer for being sorry for being late. Guess what late........again! And it was not hot! I've been in touch with their head office and they are totally not bothered. They blamed the restaurant, restaurant blames head office as they apparently won't allow wait times on the website.The last email I sent they completely ignored. Horrendous customer service! Literally will never, ever order from them again.
