New York Pizza in Putten

Ordered several times. Orders are always late (1.5-2 hours). Then, I receive the wrong pizza. I call back and am promised a free side dish with my next order. Then, with my next order, I call to confirm that this was promised, and because I'm waiting over an hour and a half for my order, I spend 15 minutes on the phone only to be told this wasn't promised and there are no notes. I find the service extremely poor because they make empty promises, and then you can wait an absurdly long time for your order.

Ordered a pizza... Ready for delivery in the app after 8 minutes, only to have the delivery driver at the door 25 minutes later, even though they're located one street away... pizza half cold... very disappointing

I ordered at 4 p.m. and called after 85 minutes to ask where they were. I got a grumpy, disinterested person on the line. What terrible service! I will NEVER order from them again.

Seriously! 2-hour wait (called several times: they said it was on its way). Yes, yes, 2 hours later, a very cold pizza was delivered!😵😡

This is the last time I order from this place, the pizza tastes like a shoe, dry, hard and cold, no sauces even though I paid for 4, after calling the lady she said someone would deliver, it ended with words, I do not recommend!!!

What a disappointment. Korean chicken pieces. You could easily describe it as not-quite-fried, half-cooked dough balls, exploded in a cloyingly sweet red sauce. And then there's the pizza; what's supposed to be a crust is more like a piece of dry bread with a few ingredients glued together with sauces. And when you call, you're told this is the concept. Well, I'll just skip "the concept" from now on. One star feels like a 20 out of 100, but that would be a compliment. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

I've ordered delivery a couple of times to give the benefit of the doubt. Even if you say " extra tomato sauce," it will still always be bone dry. Doesn't matter the day or pizza ordered. I lived in New York for 18 years, and we would never serve this anywhere cause you would get run out of business. It's good for being out here, but please add some sauce. Bone dry pizza is not the move.

We ordered two pizzas, but what we received was a complete insult to any pizza lover. One was supposed to be a quattro formaggi, but it was nothing like a cheese pizza: cold, dry, tasteless, and completely soulless. Utterly ridiculous. The other pizza wasn't much better—bland and also lukewarm upon arrival. This was, without a doubt, the worst pizza experience I've ever had. How anyone could sell this with any decency is beyond me. I would be deeply ashamed to serve this to customers.

The taste of the pizza is great and the people attending are very nice.

Took more than 1 hour to deliver, then the delivery person had the wrong pizzas. He cycled back and forth quickly, but pizzas were cold and with a tough "Itelian" base and poorly topped with toppings. First and last time ordering here.

Unbelievably mediocre pizza. They're incredibly stingy with everything, so much so that there's nothing but dough about 5 cm from the edge. Only a dollop of sauce and toppings in the middle, and it feels like your hand is squeezing sand, so dry it makes your mouth scorch. Delivery was fast and excellent, nothing to complain about. But come on, why such a small pizza for over 10 euros?

Gluten free pizza not tasty. According to the employee they take the base out of the freezer which explains a lot. It was a sticky substance. The 1 star does not go so much to the pizza but to the service. 16.50 for a frozen pizza that is inedible and not being able to get any compensation for it I think is bad.

Waiting 1.5 hours for a single pizza, and called twice, then the delivery guy drives away because he "can't find it" while I put my address in the order. The guy was too lazy to press the intercom and go upstairs. After calling the branch again, they assured me that he would send it back this way right away, of course with an ice-cold pizza while I had already indicated that it was already cold 20 minutes later and I would like a new one. What do you think? I get a cold pizza pressed into my hands. Called again, they could pick up the ice-cold brick and then deliver a new one. Of course I didn't feel like waiting for a (fast) food pizza after 2 hours. Ridiculous service while you've been busy moving all day. Would you be happy with an ice-cold piece of steak after 2 hours in a restaurant? You already feel too much on the phone and are half-scolded. Never again for me👌

There is a New York Pizza location down the street from my house. But you can not select the location when ordering for delivery. So my pizza came from a different city. The poor delivery guy had to come on a scooter all the way in the rain. It took so long that the pizza was cold. I called New York Pizza and complaint. They offered me a new pizza. I refused because it would be cold again. Then they offered me credit for a new pizza. But why? I will never order again. So credit is useless. Finally they return the money on my bank account.

Do you employ Max Verstappen's brother? I think he just had a ride to Tongelre. That's really not possible, I really drove like a retard..

I got Buffalo Chicken without Chicken and they were stingy with the toppings for the tuna pizza. What are you doing?

I ordered pizza for home, I ordered children's menu and ice cream, the ice cream was strawberry and the price was around 3.4 euros, on the children's menu there was a rabbit shaped bell and pizza, I added green olives, I paid 13 in total , it was very nice, you can try it, I recommend it.

I ordered a pizza without cheese online. Somehow it didn't get through. The annoying thing is that I don't like cheese and it makes me sick. But this was simply ignored and no service was provided at all. So never order online because if something goes wrong they won't be home and you can throw your pizza away because they never heard of service. This was the first and last time I will ever have New York pizza. For example, go back to dominos who handle this well.

Extremely oily! Had 2 slices and threw the rest away. The amount of oil is enough to kill someone. May as well have given me a container of oil to drink instead. Will definitely not buy again.

Awful pizza, I ordered Italian sausage and pepperoni, it was bad baken (big ball on a side), and not good, it was on offer at 7.99 (paid 8 euros though, also this is irritating even if just one cent). For that price, go to a kebab and get a way better pizza.

Recently ordered three pizzas. Tasty and absolutely fine. Well invested. I think the price is really high, but that has always been the case with NYP. I ordered them on the spot and took them with me. Waiting time was fine. Not longer than you might expect, and it was 7:30 PM and quite busy with online orders I noticed.

Normally always very satisfied, NYP 4 life. But now they called me back that their system was down and if I could order it online, asked to solve it in another way because I was hungry in the car. I couldn't, couldn't attach it and that I would put it in the store in the webshop. Now I'm still hungry, I'm quite disappointed about this.

We ordered pizza with tuna and buffalo chicken pizza and there was almost no tuna and pizza was very thin and dry (we order NY pizza dough). The buffalo chicken was also super dry and had barely any chicken or cheese (cheese was crunchy/dry). I had to add ketchup and mayo on it (felt like murdering pizza) to be able to eat it. I share it because I always thought NY pizza was better than Dominos, better dough, more ingredients and just better quality. But a few days earlier we had domino's pizza and it was 100% better, not comparable. I add pictures for reference but I feel like they do not reflect how disappointing this experience was...

Generous toppings and delicious pizzas!

Pizza very tasty. Unfortunately, if you order a Döner pizza (which comes with lettuce). The lettuce is often of very poor quality. It's just brown and faded. Delivery person, or be fair enough to get new lettuce. This is really an issue.

Nette pizza zaak, pizza was iets later klaar dan afgesproken. Helaas zat er toch knoflook op de rand, terwijl juist aangegeven was dat dit er niet op moet.

-They forget 7/10 times the lattuce that comes with some pizza's, we have to ask for it to get it. -They completely forget half of the ingredients on our pizza's we added/removed from the website with our orders once in a while. -They forgot complete items from orders, if you order a side-dish or a desert, it happens often they will forget to put it with the order, had to go back to the store and ask for it a couple of times by now. -Poorly cutted pizza's about half the times we order here, we get our own pizzacutter out in advance when we order here already. -Burned (parts of the) pizza happens too often at this store. -Employee's don't seem to care a even a tiny bit if the order is complete and correct when i pick up an order. -It's a mess when i pick up an order often, when they ask what order i've got, they have trouble with the system and takes sometomes several minutes to look it up in the system, and when they found it, it appears it was sitting getting cold right next to them. -Employee's/delivery guy's don't take into account that this store is located in a dense neighbourhood, they honk the horns of the scooters oftenly which wakes up people when they got night shift at work. The owner of the store has told he owns a total of 4 New York Pizza locations in the area, i hope for the people that live near them that the overal quality is way better then this location is. I really want to write something more positive in this review, but our orders have been incomplete/poorly cut/burned too often for that. WHEN the order is complete and OK, the taste is good tho.

De saté-pizza? Doen! De tweede keer een vega-versie geregeld! Die was er (nog) niet. Kip was overigens royaal en lekker,ook die uitjes. Maar oké- voorkeur voor vega. Ter plaatse creatief en lekker opgelost met een andere vleesvervanger. En Dat is dus service! Komen ze nog vragen of extra knoflook op de rand wil, hoe aardig is dat dan! p.s. ik begreep die deeg-hype niet helemaal. Nu wel. Die korst is dus serieus lekker. Als toetje op t eind van elke slice. Geen foto wel lege verpakking..
