I waited an hour and a half for a pizza. This is abnormal. The pizzas are so delicious, and then I get a COLD pizza.

If you want an ice cold pizza after ordering for delivery in a specific 15 minute window, this is the place to go.

I ordered a pizza and it wasn't delivered for 90 minutes. It was also very dry.

Ordered pizza today and I have to say: a fantastic experience! The delivery driver was super friendly, fast, and had a really nice vibe. Everything was delivered neatly and still nice and hot. The pizza itself was delicious and exactly as ordered. All in all, very satisfied—especially the delivery driver, who really deserves extra points! 🍕🚴‍♂️

Imagine yourself lying defeated in an alley in Corfu on the ground in a puddle of water. You look next to you, someone has dropped a portion of nachos in the puddle of water. A jar of ah basic tomato sauce and a whole pepper accidentally ended up in this portion... This is what you get when you order a portion of nachos here.

What should have been a great pizza night has turned into misery and misery. The pizzas were fine, but the nachos… The photo speaks for itself! Interesting that the nachos can be folded in just like the pizza slices. Not to sound like Trump, but maybe 2 cultures shouldn't mix. (although you could also say that about pizza and New York) Oh and the atmosphere is 5 stars because it's really cozy here, right?

18/12/24 picked up two black truffle pizzas. Pizza was very bad. All the cheese, truffle and sauce was in the middle of the pizza. The pizzas themselves are not round in shape at all. I also tasted pepperoni meat juice on my vegetarian pizza. Really bad

According to home delivery, the order would be delivered after 15 to 30 minutes. After waiting almost an hour I called and was told that the delivery person was now loading everything. Indeed, after another 15 minutes of waiting, everything was delivered. The entire order was almost cold. I ordered loaded beef nachos. I didn't find the beef, the nachos were drizzled with tomato sauce and there were pieces of fake cheese in between. Because it was stone cold, I put cheese on it myself and put it back in the oven so that it was still somewhat edible. In short, bad experience. I don't think I'll ever order anything from here again.

On Thuisbezorg it said that delivery from this place should take 15-30 minutes. I waited for more than 2 hours for two small pizzas, called them twice to ask them about it and each time they just told me that the order is on the way, without apologizing or explaining the situation whatsoever. Very rude staff. Unable to provide invoicing (legally required) and delivery took 2 hours and 40 minutes. DO NOT ORDER HERE. THE DOMINOS IS A 1 MINUTE WALKING DISTANCE

Routinely delivers the wrong order and then refuse to compensate. Orders are often delayed by an hour or so.

Beautiful pizza without air bubbles and was richly topped without any mistakes, service was very fast and I will definitely order from here again

Very bizarre, ordering food at 6:00 PM and not receiving anything at 8:15 PM. Clearly a fast food chain! Domino's is always there within half an hour... They cannot be reached by telephone either. From now on I will bake my own pizza, it's less hassle.

When ordering your pizza, you understand that it may take longer. but waiting 2 hours for pizza is too long. Are you happy that you finally got your pizza, the order is wrong!

Pizzas ordered were delivered within 45 minutes. After an hour I called the branch twice without anyone answering. More than an hour and a half later I received the now cold pizzas. The comment that an hour later than the appointment was a bit rough was not answered with any apologies. "yes, I was held up a bit." For me this is New York once but never again.

Tasty Pizzas, they just need to create a desk (at the window) like in Ams where you can buy slices directly and take them with you like in the movie Saturday Night Fever....

I have never had a pizza I couldn't eat and I could not eat this one! It tasted super cheap and not worth it at all. We also waited a very long time for delivery. I would advise against ordering from here.

I fill like their front advertisement is a huge scam. They say 2nd pizza free on a huge banner on the front. I order two pizzas o 22 euros each and paid 31€. Well if one pizza is 22 and the second is free. The total should be 22. In Domino's when it says second free it is indeed free. I'm nyp the banner should not say 2 pizza free. But should say, buy one pizza of anysize and get a free medium pizza. This way people would know, that you still have to pay for the size upgrade. Only scammed me once. Domino's client forever now.

What a terrible tent. Have ordered several times and every time it is too late. Today even for 45 minutes, I drove to the store after calling 100 times and not answering. Lone-Star Pizza. Basic pizza 9€ With basic topping: 19.5€ REALLY?? NOT A WORD ON THE TASTE. Where is the honesty?? As an immigrant, getting restarted in a new country is not easy. I wanted to have a nice evening with my family and wanted my kids to enjoy a nice Pizza. We went in and after waiting for SEVERAL minutes, someone finally took my simple order. Or so I thought. I ordered a large pizza, that was clear that it cost 9€. Innocently asked to add as topping half green olives and half ham. What a mistake. The cashier mumbled something that sounded like 9 and a half Euros and gave no receipt. So basic pizza is 9 €, but wit a basic topping it cost more than double?? Really?? The guy should have told me clearly that it doesn't make sense. It ruined my evening because the kids were hungry and I couldn't disappoint them. I hope someone reads this. It felt like a scam.

Top case, ordered several times and always arrived on time and neatly! Highly recommended if you're craving pizza!

Heerlijke pizza’s met snelle bezorging. De knoflookrand maakt het helemaal af!

De eerste pizza's die wij kregen was die van mij helaas steenkoud, taai en smakeloos. Filiaal gebeld en als wij meer dan 1 stukje op hadden gegeten kon hij niks voor ons betekenen. Ik heb 1,5 stuk geprobeerd en kon gelukkig een nieuwe pizza krijgen. Deze nieuwe pizza werd keurig op tijd geleverd en smaakt zoals ik gewend was van hun. Heerlijk vers en smakelijk! 1 punt aftrek omdat ik niet samen kon eten met mijn man.

De pizza was heerlijk, maar ik moest 20 minuten wachten.

Elke keer weer kwaliteit met snelle bezorging, hier blijf ik bestellen TOPPIE.

Lekkere pizza's. Maar veels te laat bezorgd!!! Het duurde 46 minuten en 27 seconden! Eerlijk is eerlijk. Dominos maakt er echt helemaal een potje van. Ik ga weer lekker bij jullie bestellen. En Jullie krijgen ook gewoon weer de 5 volle sterren. Omdat jullie over het algemeen wel goede pizzas leveren.

Hierbij pas ik mijn review aan na een nare ervaring met de 5 kazen pizza waar 1 stukje kaas over de hele pizza zat, heb ik van de eigenaar een coupon gekregen waarbij ik een gratis pizza kon bestellen en de pizza ´s waren dit keer wel beter.

Pizzen super lecker und ofenfrisch. Leider längere Wartezeit und keine Möglichkeit dort zu essen. Preise sind angemessen.

Mooie zaak op de hoek van de Steenstraat. Ik vind deze pizza's lekkerder dan die van de grote concurrent verderop in de Stationsstraat, maar dat is een kwestie van smaak. Ze hebben permanent een aantal pizza's voor 5 euro, waaronder Margarita en Mushroom. Er is geen zitgelegenheid om op je pizza te wachten, dus beter bel je even van tevoren dan staat 10-15 minuten later je pizza klaar.

Das ist ein kleiner Pizza Hersteller in Leiden. Die Pizza schmeckt gut. Die Wartezeiten sind kurz. Die Bedienung ist freundlich. Die Preise sind verhältnismäßig niedrig. Vor Ort kann man nicht essen.

Delicious. We ordered pick-up. Took about 15 minutes for to pizzas and on order of wings. There buffalo pizzas was delicious as were the wings. The second pizza was ham and mushroom, was also good. Definitely will eat NYP again soon.
