New York Pizza in Stevenshofdistrict

An hour and a half later, still no pizza. Liberation Square is definitely better and faster! But unfortunately, this place took the Stevenshof. I definitely won't order from here again, because I wasn't satisfied last time either.

Oops, something went wrong with my order during the recent sale days. I'd never had such a bad pizza. Yuck. The crust wasn't crispy enough, and it tasted awful. (See photo 1.) They certainly didn't live up to their advertising slogan—"It's the dough-dough-dough." Moreover, the pizza was cold, as some others also mentioned in their reviews. The only good thing was the fast delivery, but of course, that wasn't what I was there for. That must be wrong, I thought. So I went back to the store the next day and shared my negative experience with them. Store manager Thomas handled the complaint promptly and handled it politely and very correctly. The next day, the same order was delivered free of charge, and everything was exactly as expected. Delicious, crunchy pizza, delivered hot, and above all, delicious. (Photos 2 and 3.) Ordered three pizzas tonight. Had to wait over an hour. Finally, an unfriendly delivery driver showed up. To make matters worse, the pizzas were cold, the crust felt like stone, and the cheese was rubbery. Inedible. Disappointed, the kids were sent to bed with a sandwich. What a shame!

I don't give reviews quickly, but New York Pizza Stevenshof is a truly terrible place. I placed an order at 4:45 PM, the delivery time was supposed to be 5:25 PM, and then the delivery driver arrived at 6:00 PM (a 3-minute walk from the store) with an ice-cold pizza. What was going on in your head? I called the store for a new pizza—yes, sorry, you could get a new one. It made perfect sense, pfff. I waited a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes for a pizza, and then they delivered a regular pizza instead of an Italian one without any compensation! You will never get another euro from me because 9 times out of 10, the pizza is cold.

We were staying at a nearby air bnb and very much enjoyed our pizzas - lots of variety (almost too much it was hard to choose!) and fast delivery. Would order from again!

I've been more critical in the past with Thuisbezorgd. But now with that second pizza discount. Great toppings, tasty base. Hot. Friendly delivery person. Keep up the good work.

These pizzas are really recommended!, they didn't take long to be ready and were still deliciously fresh when I got home. In the store itself the staff is very friendly and helps you with a big smile. The pizzas themselves were delicious I had a mageritha and a bbq meatlovers and they looked good.

Pizzas were great and still hot when they arrived. 👍🏻

Fast delivery and tasty pizzas. I forgot to order another pizza and called immediately, they were able to make it and deliver it right away and the help was very friendly.

Waiting 1.5 hours for my pizza. Unfortunately still not in. The pizza should arrive between 9:00 PM and 9:15 PM, but it will be cold by now. Delivery is becoming less and less. Too bad, because I have been ordering from NYP in Leiden for years.

I have only ordered from here once, but I really enjoyed it. We liked both the thick bottom and the thin bottom. There were also 2 pizzas with BBQ sauce instead of tomato puree, which was also good. Not too much, like with dominoes, so you can just taste the flavor of the rest of the pizza. The delivery was also more than fine. On time and hot and the delivery person himself was not grumpy, but just friendly. By only receiving half the pizzas from Domino's (out of the last 3 orders) and ignoring my complaints about it, I gave New York Pizza another chance after years. I am now very satisfied with that, so as long as the bar remains at this height, this will be my standard ordering point for pizzas. I definitely recommend it!

Ordered pizza and had it delivered to your home. I live around the corner and unfortunately received a cold 40 cm pizza. Too bad about the 23.50.

They debit the amount twice while I place 1 order. I have already been promised 4 times that I will be called back, you probably already guessed. This does not happen... This is pure theft!! Head office doesn't respond to anything either. Once again this is theft...

It was very bad, the hot dog there was a sausage with a complicated puff pastry for €2.99, not normal. And I also ordered the nachos which were 8.99, and it was a quarter of a whole bag of Nachos and the sauce was very sour I will go to another place for cheaper things and more for less money!!

Bezorgtijden lopen op tot 1,5 uur en vaak zijn ze telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Pizza's zijn wel lekker, mits ze niet al lauw worden bezorgd.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en profesioneel. De pizza's waren echt heel lekker.

Binnen 20 minuten bezorgd! Heel snel, maar ik woon dan ook in de Stevenshof!

Ik werd heel vriendelijk aan de telefoon te woord gestaan, de pizza’s werden snel en warm bezorgd. De bbq chicken is onze favoriet!! Wij gaan zeker vaker bestellen.
