Just to take out, and the stuff isn't super nice. The pizza is okay, a bit expensive for what it is.

A disappointment for the 3rd time in a row. Pizza without garlic on the crust, pizza not cut, and that thin crispy base was cold and soggy. My son wanted a Nutella pizza for dessert; this was an undercooked ball of dough with discolored old Smarties.

Enthusiastic staff, we came via Too Good To Go and had a great meal for a small price.

Had a lovely evening ordering desserts and they were super delicious and very fast, and also a friendly delivery person who brought it over in a super cheerful mood. 5 stars.

Bizarrely bad. I’m not one for writing reviews, but people really need to be warned about this. I ordered two pizzas at 20:52; they were supposed to be delivered between 21:42 and 21:57. I already thought that was a slow prediction. I could track the progress in the app. At 21:30, the order was marked as: ready for shipment. From 22:00 onwards, they stopped answering the phone. Even a quick call to the customer to let them know things were running late wasn't an option... In the end, the pizzas weren't delivered until 22:36. They were cold and hard. It is truly bizarre that a company like this delivers such poor quality. I read a few other reviews with the same issues. I won't be ordering from them anymore and I am warning others to know what can happen to you.

Last time I ordered! Almost two hours of waiting for a pizza.

I contacted them to see if I could pick something up and they were happy with it. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly.

What a crappy place! I ordered two pizzas and some mini dough rolls at 6:42 PM. The website clearly stated that due to busy times it might take a little longer, but fine, they said they would arrive between 7:43 and 7:57 PM. At 8:13 PM, the food was still nowhere to be seen, so I called. I wasn't greeted politely and was told the delivery driver had forgotten it? It was, and the next person would bring it. The app had already said it was ready for over 40 minutes, so I absolutely refused and told them they could keep it. I just ordered from Domino's and they delivered it in 20 minutes, which is a different story. I won't be seeing you again at your crappy place.

Ordered pizza tonight. It wasn't delivered even though it said it was finished, finally, after an hour. We tried calling the store together for over 30 minutes during opening hours, and they simply didn't answer. TRULY THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. BIZARRE. TERRIBLE. OUTRAGEOUS.

Ordered at 8:15 PM and now at 10:00 PM still no sign of the two pizzas. When you call, they say it's on its way, but after half an hour, still nothing. You're just kept hanging, and the question now is how long it will take, which is bad. Thuisbezorgd says it's already "delivered." After three calls, the same answer: it's been on its way for an hour.

An hour and a half later, still no pizza. Liberation Square is definitely better and faster! But unfortunately, this place took the Stevenshof. I definitely won't order from here again, because I wasn't satisfied last time either.

Oops, something went wrong with my order during the recent sale days. I'd never had such a bad pizza. Yuck. The crust wasn't crispy enough, and it tasted awful. (See photo 1.) They certainly didn't live up to their advertising slogan—"It's the dough-dough-dough." Moreover, the pizza was cold, as some others also mentioned in their reviews. The only good thing was the fast delivery, but of course, that wasn't what I was there for. That must be wrong, I thought. So I went back to the store the next day and shared my negative experience with them. Store manager Thomas handled the complaint promptly and handled it politely and very correctly. The next day, the same order was delivered free of charge, and everything was exactly as expected. Delicious, crunchy pizza, delivered hot, and above all, delicious. (Photos 2 and 3.) Ordered three pizzas tonight. Had to wait over an hour. Finally, an unfriendly delivery driver showed up. To make matters worse, the pizzas were cold, the crust felt like stone, and the cheese was rubbery. Inedible. Disappointed, the kids were sent to bed with a sandwich. What a shame!

I don't give reviews quickly, but New York Pizza Stevenshof is a truly terrible place. I placed an order at 4:45 PM, the delivery time was supposed to be 5:25 PM, and then the delivery driver arrived at 6:00 PM (a 3-minute walk from the store) with an ice-cold pizza. What was going on in your head? I called the store for a new pizza—yes, sorry, you could get a new one. It made perfect sense, pfff. I waited a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes for a pizza, and then they delivered a regular pizza instead of an Italian one without any compensation! You will never get another euro from me because 9 times out of 10, the pizza is cold.

We were staying at a nearby air bnb and very much enjoyed our pizzas - lots of variety (almost too much it was hard to choose!) and fast delivery. Would order from again!

I've been more critical in the past with Thuisbezorgd. But now with that second pizza discount. Great toppings, tasty base. Hot. Friendly delivery person. Keep up the good work.

These pizzas are really recommended!, they didn't take long to be ready and were still deliciously fresh when I got home. In the store itself the staff is very friendly and helps you with a big smile. The pizzas themselves were delicious I had a mageritha and a bbq meatlovers and they looked good.

Pizzas were great and still hot when they arrived. 👍🏻

Waiting 1.5 hours for my pizza. Unfortunately still not in. The pizza should arrive between 9:00 PM and 9:15 PM, but it will be cold by now. Delivery is becoming less and less. Too bad, because I have been ordering from NYP in Leiden for years.

I have only ordered from here once, but I really enjoyed it. We liked both the thick bottom and the thin bottom. There were also 2 pizzas with BBQ sauce instead of tomato puree, which was also good. Not too much, like with dominoes, so you can just taste the flavor of the rest of the pizza. The delivery was also more than fine. On time and hot and the delivery person himself was not grumpy, but just friendly. By only receiving half the pizzas from Domino's (out of the last 3 orders) and ignoring my complaints about it, I gave New York Pizza another chance after years. I am now very satisfied with that, so as long as the bar remains at this height, this will be my standard ordering point for pizzas. I definitely recommend it!

Ordered pizza and had it delivered to your home. I live around the corner and unfortunately received a cold 40 cm pizza. Too bad about the 23.50.

It was very bad, the hot dog there was a sausage with a complicated puff pastry for €2.99, not normal. And I also ordered the nachos which were 8.99, and it was a quarter of a whole bag of Nachos and the sauce was very sour I will go to another place for cheaper things and more for less money!!

Bezorgtijden lopen op tot 1,5 uur en vaak zijn ze telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Pizza's zijn wel lekker, mits ze niet al lauw worden bezorgd.

Ik werd heel vriendelijk aan de telefoon te woord gestaan, de pizza’s werden snel en warm bezorgd. De bbq chicken is onze favoriet!! Wij gaan zeker vaker bestellen.
