New York Pizza in Holendrecht/Reigersbos

Very bad, I don't live that far from the store, but my food still comes cold. I got Korean chicken pizza, but there wasn't even any chicken on it. Not recommended.

The toppings are becoming fewer and different than usual. It also takes a very long time to get them. You expect at least hot and tasty pizzas instead of cold and half-raw. Until last year, it was fine. I canceled an order once because I'd chosen the "as soon as possible" option. This ended up being 90 minutes late, so I wanted to cancel the order. I had to call to cancel and was repeatedly persuaded to wait. Then, suddenly, they said, "Yes, it's going in the oven now." Finally, I was allowed to cancel. Now, almost four weeks later, still no refund...

every time I come here the service is top notch, the staff are polite, the food is delicious.

On Sunday afternoon, August 31st, I picked up some pizzas with friends. They tasted exactly as expected, fantastic! Two hard workers prepared them beautifully. They were also very friendly and a great store.

Great place with good people. I found the ordering options a bit strange and clicked a few things, then received a call after ordering asking if I was correct about the pizza without tomato sauce (it wasn't). It was really nice that they checked before starting! :)

Ordered a half and half pizza with garlic bread and some nachos and it was one of the best takeaway pizzas I've had for a while and a decent price

Ordered pizzas, delivery driver arrived within an hour, fell asleep, and received 4 missed calls from NYP/delivery driver. The next day I called to explain. I asked if I still owed the pizzas. The answer was, "We've done our part of the deal." Okay, fair enough, but one thing... I HAD LEFT THOSE FOCKING PIZZAS AT THE DOOR. Order, pay, deliver!!! Not Order, pay, and return. Edit: I only order these overcooked pizzas when I've had alcohol, because then I always do stupid things.

The pizza is usually good. But yesterday someone used chili flakes instead of Parmesan flakes. So the pizza is inedible for me. I had to order through Thuisbezorgd on January 31, 2025. I normally use the app, but it wasn't working today.

It took a long time for me to be helped, they didn't advertise good prices, it says €7.50 for collection, I have to pay €14.50. There are also not enough ingredients put on the pizza and eating inside is no longer possible.

What Mongolians. I still call for extra hot honey and it just doesn't happen. Half of my order is incorrect. Just completely. Worst pizza experience ever I have never been so disappointed with a pizza as I am with New York Pizza. It already started with the. As for taste: there was no question. The base was tough and tasted like cardboard, the sauce seemed like it came straight from a can of cheap tomato paste, and the toppings were a pathetic joke. How do you manage to make pepperoni tasteless? Additionally, the price is absolutely ridiculous for what you get. For a pizza of this level you would even hesitate to pay €5, let alone the absurdly high amount they dare to ask. I thought the bad pizza was the low point, but when I called customer service it was like talking to a wall. No excuses, no resolution, just a lot of indifference. Conclusion: NEVER order from New York Pizza. You're better off with a frozen pizza from the supermarket. Even that has more flavor and arrives in better condition. 1/10 - just because I can't give a 0.

The last few I ordered here took more than 90 minutes to deliver. The last order had very few toppings compared to the previous orders of the same type of pizza. Herbs were hard to find. Tomato puree was missing, as was the garlic oil that was always baked on the edge. Both pizzas were very pale and tasteless. They were more like a meal. I was already doubting whether I should still order NYP, but you have now helped me make my future choices. Well arranged.

Order placed by thuisbezorgd, several starters, pizza and 2 cokes since there were 2 of us, the delivery man forgot 1 of the cokes, I told him that nothing is happening but if they could give me a solution, he told me that someone is now bringing me the drink, they don't show up afterwards and they don't give any type of response or discount, scam and robbery to customers, and look, I don't comment on the quality of the food that arrived all cold and the price... Long waiting times, they don't do anything by phone. They just say they are busy, very nonchalant. Waited half a working day for a pizza. 4 hours is just not normal

Cold pizza, dough so thin you can't feel it, over an hour of waiting for a cold pizza. Drama.

Ordered via the internet, and then we went to pick up, unfortunately the order did not go through properly. But it was no problem for the staff, it was resolved immediately and we received our pizzas without any difficulty. Big 5 stars, these guys work hard and customer-oriented! Oh yes the pizzas were delicious!

Waiting over an hour and a half for a lukewarm pizza. If you call them you will be treated rudely.

I had to give 1 star otherwise I certainly wouldn't have done so. I was asked if I could order a pizza by telephone. Apparently that wasn't possible with them. When asked why, they say have a nice evening and just throw the phone in.

Used to be on time and good, this was a couple of years ago. Now it's often closed for delivery, or the wait time creeps up to 2 hours. The pizza was a joke this time, hardly any toppings. Of the last 4 orders, only one was in time. It all depends on which manager runs the place for the night.

Super friendly staff with great service!! They are usually very busy, so we advise you to call in advance.

Edit after 1 year: I recently ordered from them again, have now received very well-baked pizzas, but I think the toppings are quite meager, those hamburger pizzas (2x35) could have used more meat, pickles and sauce in proportion. From 1 to 2 stars. 👍🏽 As tasty as it was, I still thought it was a pimped Margherita. And I'm considering using a measuring tape next time 🤣 #skinnyPizzas Original message: PIZZA WAS BURNT FAYA, YOU BETTER GET A PIZZA FROM THE SUPERMARKET!!! Even though they get really busy on certain days, they still make it happen! Pizzaaaaaaaaa all good!

I order a salade with other things (pizza, chicken, chicken wings and 4 cheeses pizza) and the salade was a joke (see picture) it was not even half of what it’s supposed to be. The time before, the delivery guy didn’t delivered but made the salade fall on the sideway in front my doorstep, and half of the order was missing too: so if you can order from somewhere else, just do it TBH

Echt een top locatie! Super vriendelijke mensen, maken altijd een praatje als je te vroeg bent met ophalen. Het eten is super lekker, vooral de poffertjes. Zonder overdrijven, zij maken de lekkerste poffertjes die ik ooit gegeten heb. Af en toe gaat er wel eens wat mis, maarja waar niet? Ze lossen het gewoon netjes op. Mijn Zuid-Italiaanse vriendin is van anti NY Pizza “omdat het geen echte pizza is” (vooroordelen) naar een echte fan gegaan, dat zegt genoeg denk ik.

Heerlijk gegeten, had een buffalo chicken besteld met siracha saus die was heel lekker. De double pepperoni zat veel tomatensaus op, maar was wel lekker. Buffalo chicken met siracha saus zeker een aanrader!

It was very busy with a looot of orders because people were watching the World Cup. But the staff was nice and compensated us for our long waiting time with a drink. The pizza itself was also delicious!

Er was iets mis gegaan met bestelling toen ik belde hebben ze het binnen half uur in orde gemaakt en voor het ongemak een paar donuts bij gedaan heel lief dankjewel netjes opgelost

De pizza's zijn heerlijk en halal. Jammer dat je vaak lang moet wachten op je bestelling. Verder is het personeel heel vriendelijk.

Zonder overdrijven beste New York franchise ever! Altijd warme pizza’s, enorm rijk belegd, goede temperatuur en snelle service.

Ik ben fan van hun pizza's mits het warm wordt geleverd. Bij deze mensen kan je niet rekenen op een complete bestelling, maar wel op een discussie wanneer je belt en vraagt om de juist bestelling. Als je hier besteld moet je er zeker van zijn alle extra's te vermelden want ze vergeten het geheid 8 van de 10 keer. Belabberde klantenservice zelfs voor hun trouwe klanten. Bah!

De pizza was nog warm en goed te eten. Niet te zuinig belegd met ingredienten. Personeel was netjes en vriendelijk.

We are at New York Pizza tonight and it was awesome! We had a chicken Florentine pizza that is my new favorite pizza ever! It was made to order and delicious. The staff was friendly and polite! The owner/manager made it all “with love!” I would eat this every day!
