Just ordered from this place, truly amazing calzones, exceeded my expectations and delivered incredibly fast.

2 pizzas took over 2 hours to arrive (estimated time was 40 minutes on thuisbezorgd). I tried to call them 10 times, but they didn’t pick up the phone. In the meantime we ordered other food, as it was not confirmed the pizzas would ever arrive. After the pizzas arrived we tasted them and they were not even tasty. Don’t order here, it’s a solid 1 star!

I had to wait almost 2 hours for my pizza today. After 1.5 hours, I ordered elsewhere and returned the pizzas. They were also unreachable. That was definitely the last time I ordered from them.

I ordered the tiramisu and it was so delicious, it’s homemade + alcohol free. I recommend it !!

Pizza Donna is a top-notch place! They've been serving top-notch pizzas since 1994. The pizzas are delicious, with fresh ingredients and a crispy crust (not too salty!!). With their own delivery service, the pizzas always arrive hot and quickly. Enes, the new owner and former pilot, is super friendly and has a heart of gold! I can't get enough. Extra tip: The homemade tiramisu is delicious!

Always hot and fast delivery, absolutely fantastic :) Delivery is almost always within 30 minutes and it's still hot. Not many businesses have that.

Kind of a disgusting fried spelt base, bad, say meager, got sick from the strange taste, never buy anything here, have been ordering pizza for years, this is the worst in 20 years, really disgusting

I ordered from Pizzeria Donna in Amsterdam via Lieferando. The delivery was very quick. The driver didn't come all the way to my hotel room, but that wasn't a problem at all – I just went down to the lobby. I paid around €16 for the pizza, including delivery, and gave the driver €20, which was a decent tip. The pizza was nice and hot, super crispy, and tasted absolutely fantastic. I had a spinach and cheese pizza, which was very, very good. I would definitely order from them again. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended! 🍕👍

it’s super fast & super tasty. i ordered multiple times - gorgonzola pizza and shawarma one are def my favorites. i really like the artichoke one as well but the dough felt a bit too thick on that one, like a bread. however, in general, it is amazing with very good prices. i always order from their website and their delivery is super fast and they are very kind people!

Best calzone in town! Even though the new owner speaks English, it's still undeniably delicious to devour two calzone shawarma with garlic sauce and sambal. Opens at 4 p.m. and with only one table, it remains a legendary pizzeria.

Ordered from here via Uber Eats. Took ages to arrive. The jalapeño bites were nice but my main dish, the spaghetti Bolognese tasted like actual sick. Couldn't eat it unfortunately. Money wasted and was left hungry as I couldn't eat the food. It was very disappointing.

I dined in at the restaurant although it is actually a restaurant where it is better to order online cause of the lack of chairs. I got an extra fresh cheesy pizza and it was the best ive ever had in my entire life. Such an incredible place. Keep the hustle going on!

We've been coming to Pizza Donna for 26 years. Always the best pizza in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, to our surprise, Pizza Donna has been taken over. The ham pizza is now halal turkey, and the taste isn't the same. The crust isn't as crispy as it used to be. We're truly disappointed. It's also a shame we couldn't say goodbye, as we always had a good relationship with the previous owner.

Pizza Hot Chicken with extra Tobasco and ditto cheese (€3.00 extra). Total €19.00. Sufficient for 2 people. The pizza was orgasmically delicious. You didn't even taste the salt, although it is in there of course. Very friendly service with a wink even.

Seriously the worst pizza I've ever eaten.

My regular pizza delivery person for years. And this week they proved why again. In addition to the delicious pizzas with always fresh ingredients and at a normal price, Pizza Donna showed once again last week that they also excel in service. What happened...I ordered a pizza, which turned out to be the wrong one after delivery. I kept it and ate it because I was hungry and didn't want to wait for another pizza. I sent an email explaining the situation. Within 24 hours there was a response with an apology and an offer to order a free pizza at my convenience by a simple email or phone call. Naturally, I accepted the offer with both hands and received the free pizza today, perfectly on time. Compliments for Pizza Donna!!! My absolute number 1👏👏👏

Excellent takeaway or delivery pizza

Excellent pizza excellent service very welcoming and helpful even though we are not locals.

I ordered a penne bolognese on Thuisbezorgd and it arrived fairly quickly but it was poorly seasoned so it did not smell good. I fixed it by adding some ground black pepper, paprika powder, dried oregano leaves and a bit of salt. That helped, but I do not recommend this particular dish from Pizza Donna Rijnstraat.

Sorry, but you really can't call this pizza. It feels like I've been given a deep-fried piece of dough. We immediately threw away 2 pizzas.

Great service. Due to a confusing promotion at Thuisbezorgd, I made a mistake with a buy-one-get-one-free offer. I only received one pizza instead of two. I called, and even though it was my mistake, I was reimbursed, and within 20 minutes a delivery driver was at my door with the second free pizza. Thanks, guys!

Best pizza in town, especially the Shoarma pizza, the team goes above & beyond for loyal customers!

Ordered online for on delivery - the four staggioni pizza and 6 cheese sticks. Arrived super quickly, delivery guy was lovely, the pizza was awesome... wish I'd ordered more cheese sticks, they are yummmmm. Only downside was needing cash to pay, think it was an issue with overseas bank card.

I generally avoid frozen pizza crusts, but I like this one. Might be because I like crunchier pizzas in general. The dips are also good if you are into that. My personal favourite is Gorgonzola. This is not a typical Italian pizza, but it is one step better from the big pizza chains, at least the ones in Amsterdam. EDIT: For some reason I thought it was frozen, but probably I was wrong. Gorgonzola and Margherita were alright.

Never EVER disappointed. Best pizza

We used to get our pizzas on the Rijnstraat at "I Trulli", the restaurant where we got married and where our child had his first "eat out" bite. Unfortunately, "our Italian Restaurant" has not existed for quite some time, and we have not had pizza since then. Today we were really craving pizza and decided to try the takeaway from Pizza Donna on the Rijnstraat. We really liked it. Very neat tent. Well received and within 8 minutes our order was, in full view, freshly made and ready to take with us. We will definitely come back.

One of the better pizza delivery places in Amsterdam

The delivery man on the scooter with “FTS” spray-painted in white letters on the back of his black box is an antisocial driver. He runs a red light at the intersection of President Kennedylaan/Rijnstraat (he came from Kennedylaan and turned left onto Rijnstraat heading north to Pizza Donna). He drives too fast and swerves across the road. Switches from cycle path to road in a dangerous manner on the Rijnstraat. He also abruptly changes from the correct direction of travel to driving against traffic and cuts off other road users. This delivery man was probably returning from a delivery and I saw him park his scooter at Pizza Donna yesterday around 7:40 PM before he walked in. Pizza Donna please do something about these types of irresponsible delivery people who are employed by you. This antisocial kid delivers your orders in an annoyingly dangerous way and he gives you a bad reputation! I wouldn't even want to order from you again because of your jerk of a staff member.

Ordered via Uber Eats. It was delivered quickly. My friend often orders here and is satisfied. I had a vegan pizza, but the vegan cheese... it was completely runny, tasted like coconut and made the whole pizza wet. There are better vegan cheeses than this.

The pizza was fine. We ordered takeaway. The crust is firm and not thin like Italian pizza. The toppings were fine. It was not exceptional but not terrible. We ordered through Thuisbezorgd on a Sunday and it arrived very quickly.
