Ordered but not received and they didn't answer 😪

If you order 100 euros worth of shawarma pizzas, you have to consider the cancer shawarma as well.

This is supposed to be a pizza shawarma. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered four pizzas that cost 100 euros. There's no meat on them, just sauce. The delivery guy was smoking weed in his car and also found a smoked cigarette butt on the pizza. Absolutely don't come.

Ordered a pizza, but it was missing toppings and the crust was wrong. Received a new one that was burnt, and again, the crust was wrong. They're idiots.

This is the last time I order pizza from you. Too late, cold and tough. Delivery person cycles with a friend who is not a delivery person and pays more attention to his friend than to delivering on time.

The pizza tastes like cardboard, it's not good, really, don't eat it. The pizza was also delivered extra flat (see photo).

Was considering ordering, but the place was being used as a playground by some unpleasant, antisocial youths blocking the entrance & seemingly chatting to the staff. Was not interested in interacting with these layabouts & screw-ups so went elsewhere. Later I passed by and saw the whole car park had been taken over by more of them, so this should just be seen as a no-go area for functioning members of society.

I don't order from here often, but when I do, I always remember why I don't order from them often... Pizzas that were left in the oven too long, the wrong items were delivered, a piece of meat on a vegetarian pizza, and the sauce is always forgotten. Everywhere you look, it says to contact the store with complaints, but they don't answer the phone. I'd go to the competition.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. It was supposed to take 45 minutes to an hour. It took over an hour and a half. They apologized and delivered the pizza. They weren't prepared for the rush. Hopefully, that will improve. The pizza was hot and delicious. Update: They've decided to stop delivering to Nieuwerbrug. After the Woerden location, the Bodegraven location also stopped delivering here.

Ordered pizza for pickup, and only had to wait 5 minutes upon arrival. The pizzas were delicious and hot. And they neatly placed a tray inside the box to prevent the pizzas from getting crushed. Keep up the good work! 👌
