New York Pizza in De Bilt West

Ordered two different pizzas, received the same one twice. Called, and they said they'd bring a new one, good service.

Waited another 1.5 hours. It was cold last time. "Sorry, we couldn't combine it." So, don't order from De Bilt. Streds back to De Bilt: "The offer doesn't apply to this location."

Great place, delicious pizza, it was packed.

I've been waiting for my order for over an hour and a half and still haven't heard or received anything. Worthless

Unfortunately, I'm not a huge fan of the quality of the food. Often very greasy and not very tasty.

I received melted ice cream. I called, and the communication was very unclear. Half an hour later, I received melted ice cream again. There's clearly something wrong with the communication and the manager.

My pizza arrived 30 minutes late, and it wasn't even the right pizza. The restaurant was very rude and refused to admit their mistake. They hung up on me. I ordered a four-cheese pizza, paid extra, and received a pizza that looks like a margarita pizza. It should have gorgonzola on it, but as you can see in the photo, there is no gorgonzola. I can tell that this isn't my pizza because I've ordered from them before with the same toppings, and my pizza doesn't look like this. I don't recommend them and I will never order from them again. The epitome of bad faith.

Delivery guy was 45 minutes late, bunglers!!!

Pizza ordered an hour ago still not delivered. Branch has been saying for half an hour that they are around the corner.

Residents of De Bilt/Bilthoven should be truly ashamed that we have such a pizza place. Words can never describe how awful my experience was! From the employee who didn't maintain eye contact and had a very dry face to the disgustingly hard-chewing pizza...

Delicious if you expected cheese soup, a shame if you ordered nachos.

I don't know this place. I order online! That usually goes very well. The delivery is good! My son really likes your pizzas!

Food is good but PLEASE stop putting sweet treats in the same box with salty snacks. Garlic bread mixed with cinammon sugar from cinnamon bread tastes horrible....

They said it would take half an hour to deliver the pizza. Took well over 90 minutes, on the app it said that it was delivered for like an hour. When I called the restaurant they did not really do anything and just said that it will be here within 15 minutes. Really poor service and I find it really annoying that they lie to customers over their app.

What a lousy chain. Filed a complaint on September 21 and still haven't heard a response. Bah.

Got my own pizza. Seen team at work. Fast customer friendly service.

Got severe food poisoning with my wife and two other friends. That was the only thing all four of us ate the same that day. If you want two days off and some abdominal muscles, I would definitely order here!! Still good for my figure, I have lost at least a kilo in two days. Great for the spring fever

You can't pass up a sausage roll. Rubber! Straight into the rubbish bin. The pizzas taste good. But there was an offer on the website. They would give it. But you could pay full price at the door.

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight, 1 of which had a black and gray hair on it. Called New York Pizza, they immediately said that it couldn't be their fault and that it was our fault, even though we don't have dark hair ourselves. They apologized and indicated that they would deliver a new pizza. Haven't heard anything until now. It's already been 2 hours. No second time here for us

This place has deteriorated so much. Whenever I order drinks I don't get them delivered and I have to call for them. They'll bring it later, but it's of no use to me. By the way, the pizzas do not match the descriptions, think of lettuce, etc. And the pizza was also super cold.

Not satisfied at all today, waited a long time, called, yes the delivery person had an accident, they are now being made fresh and are on their way... 40 minutes later cold pizza and sour sauce... not used to it!!

Misunderstood order so we only got 1 pizza from the 2nd pizza free order, when we still wanted the 2nd we were allowed to pay for it too. Top service.

Bad pizzas. Takes way too long! Say half an hour final score, it takes more than an hour. The chicken was way too red. Do not order here!

Anyway. Delivery people and friends who sit on the scooters in front of the building after closing hours; set off fireworks, right next to the Café Buiten. I like the pizzas. The owner is extremely friendly.

4cheese looked like one cheese and I still had to look for it

This was the worst thing I have ever eaten. After waiting almost 2 hours for the food it arrived cold. The food itself was very dry, poorly prepared and tasted strange. After a few bites decided to throw it all away. Do not order here!

Unprofessional setup. Shouting at each other, acting tough from young employees, walking in and out of all sorts of things, noisy friends at the door. Messy

As a joke, I ordered a pizza for a friend with everything on it: corn, chicken, tuna, teryaki sauce, broccoli... all the junk mixed together. The pizza is delivered and... it turns out to be quite tasty. Even the strangest pizza with all the ingredients you can think of, they have turned it into something delicious! Big 11/10

Pizza kwam 40 minuten later dan afgesproken, als je deze new york pizza probeert te bellen word je gewoon weggedrukt nadat ze opnemen. Uiteindelijk was de pizza lauw, de smaak van de pizza was verder prima.

Lekker. Wel beetje gevaarlijk met de calorieën.

Lekkere pizza's en altijd snel bezorgd! Hopelijk wordt de keuze voor pizza's met een glutenvrije bodem nog in de toekomst uitgebreid, want ik wil ze natuurlijk allemaal proberen :) Deze glutenvrije bodems zijn wat harder maar verder prima te eten. Ik zou het wel heel fijn vinden wanneer deze pizza's ook voorgesneden kunnen worden, want nu sta ik zelf nog te snijden terwijl de anderen al gelijk kunnen beginnen met eten.

Ook gluten arme bodems. Een verademing tussen de glutenvrije producten. Deze is lekker knapperig en crunchy.

Goeie pizza's en zijn meestal wel snel. Maar 1 keer is ie erg te laat gekomen maar hiervoor kregen we een coupon voor een nieuwe pizza.

Er was daar een bezorger en hij leek op een turk. Wat was hij aardig zeg. Geef hem promotie!!

We had some problems with this restaurant earlier this year. We decided to cash in our compensation yesterday, and were even surprised getting our whole order for free. And on top of it all, it was really tasty! I'll definitely keep returning here.

Ik ben vaste klant! Als ik kom word ik vriendelijk begroet door het personeel het eten is binnen 10 minuten klaar en is het dat niet krijg ik 9 van de 10 keer wat drinken aangeboden en een excuses voor het lange wachten! 10/10 service lekkere warme pizza's raad het zeker weten aan. Ik ben in het verleden ook naar andere pizzarias gegaan in de omgeving de bilt/bilthoven maar de service die ik hier krijg heb ik nergens anders meegemaakt!

Enorme service van deze vestiging. Was iets misgegaan aan de kant van thuisbezorgd en de behulpzame mijnheer van New York Pizza heeft het opgelost. 10 met de griffel!

Op dinsdagen goedkope pizza's voor maar €5. Daarnaast is het personeel áltijd vriendelijk. Wachten op je bestelling is geen straf. Je kunt er prima zitten.

De lekkerste pizza's van Nederland worden hier gemaakt. Vriendelijk personeel!

Altijd optijd bezorgd. Vriendelijke bezorgers.Het eten smaakt altijd goed. Alleen soms mag bijv. Shoarma of kebab iets meer op de pizza gedaan worden dit vind ik wat aan de zuinige kant.

ordered via the phone, no issue because i was staying in a hotel. arrived right on time and hot. great pizza......... served with a beer ......... and wine........if you want. only issue i couldn't pay on credit card which gives me issue on expenses.... but thats my problem i guess. highly recommend. thank you guys.
