New York Pizza in Wijk 03 Dronten Midden

We waited over an hour for the pizza to be delivered, and it was completely wrong. One pizza was missing the garlic sauce we ordered and paid for. The garlic oil was also missing from the rim. On the other pizza, they put onions on it, even though they hadn't ordered them. In other words, you're better off not ordering here because you won't get what you order anyway.

Terrible... I ordered pizza a few times. Fast delivery. One time the pizza was better than the other, despite the rather expensive prices. Apparently, the more you order, the worse the pizza gets until I ordered the Meat Lover... see photo... it was pathetic. Two stars for the effort.

Very super fun topped with 4 x cheese all mixed together, fuss yes, luckily I had some more at home to top it up but for € 15 I thought it was just bad.

Ordered in the store, and after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, finally got my food. The lasagna I ordered wasn't cooked, so it took so long. The staff wasn't friendly during the wait. The lasagna didn't taste like lasagna either. It's a shame this happens. If we ever vacation here again, we won't order from here again.

Ordered a delicious pizza and it was delivered quickly by a friendly delivery person. It was generously topped, definitely recommended!

I order here regularly, always friendly and communicative if something isn't available or if delivery is delayed. Food is also always good, however I'm saddened by the recipes being changed regularly, hence no 5 stars😪

Tried to order 2 cheese rolls at 9:53 PM, the lady with the black smudges under her eyes indicated that it was no longer possible, then ordered via the app what was still possible. To which the lady with the black streaks around her eyes (employee) said, funny guys, she said the cheese is gone, now that's noticeable, there was no taste! What was a plus was that Mrs. won the cup for the most arrogant employee of New York pizza top experience! Dominoes for me next

Waited 2 hours for my food terrible

There are trash cans that I would rather eat out of. The staff spoke street language and were very unfriendly. The drinks were lukewarm and the food horrible.

Just super bad experience, Staff poorly trained, food overpriced and the quality is mediocre.

I was put in the restaurant for 35 minutes waiting for a piece of chicken and then I got the wrong thing and the chicken was still soaking wet and the delivery people had already come in and left twice???? NO NEWYORK for me anymore, so keep busy people

Standing on a pizza for 45 minutes while they say it will be ready in 10/15 minutes. The staff is young and disinterested. They are busy with everything but not with their work or customers

Compared to the other pizza shop, this one looks a bit less luxurious, but I don't understand the reviews written here. Just like a few years earlier, I had a good experience. Picked it up myself but was kindly helped upon arrival. I do miss a better insight into when you can pick up your order. Now we have to wait and see whether it is ready or not. There is little seating space in the store. The reason I don't come here that often is because of the few offers. I think just over €55 for 4x 25cm pizzas is quite pricey. Then the 'offer' is more reasonable. The dough is very tasty and well filled.

I ordered food today and called twice to find out where my food was. The staff said that the courier had left and I had not received the food. I will explain this matter tomorrow because I lost €25 and received nothing. I don't recommend it. Fraudsters and thieves will be held responsible for fraud

Terribly bad experience. First, different prices were mentioned than those on their website. Then it was said: "Sorry, but our employee is dyslexic and has difficulty writing down the correct address." We then asked: "Why do you put that person behind the phone to take orders? That doesn't seem very useful to us." After this there was a discussion with a manager. After an hour of waiting, a young delivery person with a big mouth came to the door and told us not to shout at a 16-year-old girl. Very strange, because since when can a 16-year-old child be a manager at New York Pizza? And secondly, there was never any shouting (listen to it again). Overall a terrible experience and I will never order from here again. You're better off spending your money elsewhere!

Ordered 2 double pepperoni pizzas on Monday after hard work Well the pepperoni was definitely double.yes double almost burnt. very hard and a burnt taste to it. The rest of the pizza had no taste left. First time and I think also the last for almost 30 euros including delivery, I expected something better than this 🫥🫥

Quality was crap, pizza was cold and it took 2 hours to arrive. The man on the phone was also grumpy. I've had much better at other branches while it was the same pizza. Difficult huh? Making a pizza man man man

NEVER again New York Pizza, still no pizza after 2 attempts! For the second time in a row I tried to order pizza, immediately after payment I received a call stating that the order would not be delivered in the next hour and asking if I could pick it up. When I indicated that this was not possible, I was told in advance that fresh pizza could not be guaranteed. If you indicate that you find this strange, especially because this is already the second time, you will get a big mouth that you "chose to order a few minutes before closing time (NB on their own website!). Worthless, never again.

Ordered pizza on Saturday evening at 7:45 PM for a time order of 9:00 PM at Walibi village. Nyp called at 9:15 pm to say it wasn't there yet. Was so casually responded with it is already on its way, to which I think I ordered it more than an hour ago. And the lady on the phone gave other orders and traffic jam, well Saturday at 9 p.m. there was no traffic jam and it was not through. It actually just said it's on its way, you have to wait. Then ate half an hour late, very nice.

Bad service. Cannot contact the company. Been waiting for more than 70 minutes... Never ordering here again, really bad service.

I order at half past six. The food arrives at 7 o'clock. I requested without sesame seeds. Can I get sesame seeds? It is now 8 o'clock and I still don't have my new pizza. Dumb people.

Had to wait hours for the order. Called NY Pizza Dronten. Received a very unfriendly male employee on the phone. “Yo” “Yeah right” “You know” come on. You work at a company, not on the street. This phone call was 5/26 at 8:53 PM. Very bad and unfriendly.

Marit, a top employee, had a tough evening and Marit fixed it, definitely a good asset for this New York pizza and definitely deserves a bonus!

Waited 2 hours for our order. Called the first time after an hour, employee indicated it was on its way. We called again after half an hour, and they said that a mistake had been made, they had forgotten the order and we received Ben&Jerry's as a gift as a compensation. Finally received our order after 2 hours, EVERYTHING was cold and all the sauces were not included, they had even forgotten the vanilla sauce for the cinnamon bread.

Ordered pizzas with extra toppings, which we also pay extra for, but they are not included, the standard ingredients such as cheddar on the edge and sauce on the pizza are also missing, and unfortunately this is not the first time. Very unfortunate because we normally like to order from them..

Waited 45 minutes for my order. Quality very poor, burnt nachos where half of the ingredients were missing. Called and I was supposed to get a new one. Received cold nachos after more than an hour of waiting. This was my 2nd order at this location, which was disappointing and also the last order

Order placed at 6:00 PM stating delivery as soon as possible. The pizzas were expected to be delivered between 6:49 PM and 7:04 PM. At 7:15 PM the pizzas were not yet in the oven. Called and said it was very busy but would get there... that could happen of course. In the end, the pizzas were only delivered two hours later than ordered. Received a cookie as a compensation, but it doesn't really feel like they are taking it seriously.

Crazy bad. Waited 2 hours for pizza, called 3 times in between to get cold pizza. Compensation was hardly forthcoming, only after asking questions. Subsequently, the compensation was the entire order (2 pizzas), but this was also purchased with a coupon. Bizarre how they treat customers....

Tasty pizzas! It took a very long time for the order to be delivered. But it was warm and the pizza was generously topped. Too big for me.

It's a shame that things are constantly different at NYP. One moment delicious pizzas, the next moment you can't eat them. Like today: the first pizzas were so dry, barely any sauce, super thin, I was only eating dough. The pepperoni was completely crooked from hardness. Called with this complaint, received 2 new ones. They are mostly soft, I'm just eating raw dough and the pepperoni is still rock hard. Let's heal from this again 🙄

We waren op doorreis en hadden even eten nodig en bestelden chicken wings en plant pizza. We hebben nog NOOIT ergens lekkerder chicken wings gehad!! We gaan die zeker in ons eigen durp ook halen. Ook de pizza supervers en krokant! Dikke 10!

Pizza was erg lekker, koude dranken, je kunt binnen eten, alleen is het op warme dagen behoorlijk warm van binnen.

Al voor de derde keer pizza besteld en extra betaald voor de toppings maar helaas erg weinig wat er op zit, aangezien het niet heel goedkoop is vind ik dit erg jammer! De service verder is top, personeel is altijd vriendelijk! Als het een keer gebeurt is het niet zo erg maar als het de derde keer is vind ik het toch jammer.

Pizza om thuis af te bakken!!!! Was de oven nog niet warm? Vieze bleke pizza, smaakloos en koud! 3 pizza's na een paar happen weggegooid! Nog nooit zulke slechte pizza gehad! Klacht ingediend, binnen 30 minuten gebeld. Excuses en een andere keer mogen er 3 pizza's gehaald....1 ster voor de pizza's en 2 erbij voor de goede en snelle klachtenafhandeling....Nu maar hopen dat die beter zijn ;-)....

Vroeger stuk beter, laatste paar weken wordt er steeds meer bezuinigd op toppings. Pizza van 30cm is 5cm rondom alleen deeg met in het midden paar stukjes.

Service was prima. Vriendelijk personeel en tijdig geholpen. Gaan altijd naar de concurrent, maar nu eens de pizza's hier geprobeerd. Twee pizza's besteld en beide vielen flink tegen. Te kort in de oven geweest, waardoor alles erg zompig en smaakloos was. 4 soorten kaaspizza kwam zonder saus en de garlic chicken pizza was ook matig. Droge toppings met een niet-gare bodem. Voor ons een keer, maar niet weer.

1x besteld pas, maar andere new york pizza's geven meer toppings en beleg (Noord-Holland) de pizza hier was een beetje karig kon beter een diepvries pizza halen, hopelijk volgende keer iets rijker belegd.

Veel te wisselend in kwaliteit. Gister de slechtse pizza gehad ooit! Droge bodems, te ver gebakken, te weinig belegd. Extra ingrediënt zit er niet op. Te duur voor de pizza die je krijgt. Dit was echt de laatste keer.

Wij bestellen regelmatig pizza's. De pizza's zijn ook erg lekker. Tot 3x toe dat de pizza's veel te laat waren. Vandaag was het extreem. Speciaal een verzoek gedaan of het om 17:45 kon. Dit ging niet lukken en het zou ruim voor 18:00 bezorgd worden. 18:05 gebeld en de bezorger zou onderweg zijn. Om 18:22 kwam die pas aan. Met daarbij een verkeerde pizza en de rucola sla alweer vergeten.

Helaas is 2x een pizza van New York bij mij verkeerd gevallen. De pizza viel zowat door de doos heen omdat de doos doorweekt was met vet. Helaas want ik hou van pizza....
