Charges paying customers to use the toilet. One staff member was became rude and argumentative when asked why.

We had a 30cm Pepperoni Hot Honey pizza and it was amazing. The flavours of the creamy cheese with a kick of spice from the pepperoni and the sweetness of the honey was just the most delicious combination. Freshly cooked to order - perfection 😋 I was so overwhelmed by the amazing pizza that I forgot to say how welcoming and friendly the staff are 😊

Food was standard and the price was good for the area. However charging customers for use of the toilet is ridiculous. One member of staff shouted at my girlfriend when she tried to use the bathroom without paying the €1 entry fee (despite having just paid €25 on food). Completely ruined our experience.

A dreadful experience. We came in the evening, obviously not expecting a particularly good experience, but this was terrible, especially since a man who works there behaved inappropriately towards another customer. Furthermore, hygiene standards are nonexistent; people are shaking hands, touching their phones, spreading pizza dough, all without gloves and obviously without washing their hands. In short, a disaster; I didn't even finish my pizza. Even if you're starving, avoid it.

I was there around 2:00 AM on the night of Saturday to Sunday and was helped by very friendly staff (a gentleman with a medium-length beard) and said goodbye in a friendly manner upon my departure.

Had late night pepperoni slices. Got an extra slice I think because the two I ordered were unusually small. Great value for money as it turned out. It’s a basic place you eat quickly and move on but it works for what it is. Pizza quality is fine. Not exceptional but perfectly serviceable.

The pizzas are very good, but the fact that customers can't use the bathroom without having to pay seems very unethical to me. I don't care that many places are like this here in Amsterdam. It's indefensible.

I really enjoyed the pizza. I had the Buffalo pizza and the Spicy Chicken Tandoori. The latter was actually quite spicy, but it was still very tasty. My relatives also had slices of pizza, and they also really liked it. The bathroom, although a little small, was clean and accessible. I would go back!

Service was quick and food tastes good. However, I was shocked to find that the bathroom was locked and customers had to pay €1 to use it. This is completely unreasonable—if I’m already dining in your restaurant, access to the restroom should not come at an extra cost. I’ve never encountered something like this before. It spoiled my experience in this restaurant and the attitude of some staff was unacceptable and even rude.

Acabo de recibir esta pizza cruda. Este pedido se realizó en Amsterdam Oost, 2025 - 61787270 Los empleados eran niños y obviamente querían cerrar para poder regresar rápido a casa, mi pizza parecía *, cruda y por lo tanto me gustaría obtener un reembolso por este horrible pedido. El caso sigue abierto desde que hice la denuncia que fue el 3 de mayo, y a la franquicia obviamente no le importa. Les he enviado fotos pero no les importa. Estuve en contacto después de meses con Jorn, Jaydee, y no me reembolsaron como solicité, ¡no tengo que pagar por algo que no me proporcionaron! Desaparecieron y dejaron de responder.

Very disturbing experience. The man working there spoke to me in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. His behavior felt unstable and made me genuinely uncomfortable. This was far beyond poor service.. I felt unsafe. I strongly advise others to be cautious before visiting. I could not attach the picture of the man showing me his middle finger due to content policies.

We tried the buffalo chicken pizza and the Californian veggie. We just loved the veg pizza but the buffalo chicken was just dry. I changed my rating from three to four stars after trying the chilli chicken pizza. It tasted the better.

Food was waiting for delivery for more than half an hour, delivery was more expensive by fifteen minutes. I live in the south, but this branch is closed, so this branch took over the order. The food was lukewarm, but the delivery person was very friendly. Just putting the food in the oven was fine.

Good pizza if you just need a slice or two I would recommend to take a stop here for lunch dinner or a snack they have a good variety! Perfect while strolling down the street after visiting the coffee shops ☕️

Food was "ok" and they denied access to the bathroom to a group of 6, despite all of us buying a slice of pizza. We, customers, had to pay 1€ each as we weren't allowed to keep the bathroom door open. Ridiculous and inappropriate; bathrooms should be free for paying customers. Won't visit again.

Even though we spent 28 euros in the restaurant, we were not allowed to access to the toilets for free and we had to pay 1 euro each to go to the toilets. Not making a difference between customers and public is a lack of respect. I suggest all of you to spend your money more wisely by going to another place for your meal

As a tourist in Amsterdam, I am appalled to see how there is no access to public bathrooms in the city and the concept to pay to use the bathroom is absolutely absurd. Please be more welcoming to visitors in your city and stop guarding bathrooms as if it's a bank.
