Awful and dirty place. Be careful not to catch hairs on the food. On top they try to charge 2€ to use the bathroom even if the sign says 1€

I had to pay one euro for the most dirty’s toilet ever, worker refused to pay me back.

Even though i paid for the toilet and even the old woman worker saw me paying for the toilet she said I didn’t pay for the toilet and tried to argue with me. Im suspecting that these people just take the money from the toilet machine to keep in their pocket, these things ruin people mood

We tried the buffalo chicken pizza and the Californian veggie. We just loved the veg pizza but the buffalo chicken was just dry. I changed my rating from three to four stars after trying the chilli chicken pizza. It tasted the better.

Bij New York Pizza om Amsterdam centraal een stuk 4 kazen pizza gehaald, wat een aanfluiting. Smaakt nergens naar en kost 4,50, een schande voor New York Pizza die over het algemeen toch wel wat beters kan leveren.

Food was waiting for delivery for more than half an hour, delivery was more expensive by fifteen minutes. I live in the south, but this branch is closed, so this branch took over the order. The food was lukewarm, but the delivery person was very friendly. Just putting the food in the oven was fine.

Good pizza if you just need a slice or two I would recommend to take a stop here for lunch dinner or a snack they have a good variety! Perfect while strolling down the street after visiting the coffee shops ☕️

Paid 20% extra for my pizza slice only because it was Gay Pride?? Staff also complaining the dont get extra paid on a busy day

Good pizza but very rude and disrespectful staff.

Pizza was meh. The staff was not very understanding. We all paid for at least one slice of pizza but had to pay 1€ each for using the toilets.

Even though we spent 28 euros in the restaurant, we were not allowed to access to the toilets for free and we had to pay 1 euro each to go to the toilets. Not making a difference between customers and public is a lack of respect. I suggest all of you to spend your money more wisely by going to another place for your meal

Food was "ok" and they denied access to the bathroom to a group of 6, despite all of us buying a slice of pizza. We, customers, had to pay 1€ each as we weren't allowed to keep the bathroom door open. Ridiculous and inappropriate; bathrooms should be free for paying customers. Won't visit again.

Nice place to sit and have a quick bite, and the staff are super friendly. Pizza slices are quite big and filling, which makes up the 10€ they charge. overall, not a bad choice

Unfriendly staff, the piece of pizza fell off because they gave it to me wrong and they made me pay again, for a bad and tasteless pizza, and they didn't throw the other one away until I told them to do it. I'm sure they were thinking of giving it to another client.

The good: Friendly staff. Quick service. The cheesy bread was yummy. The ridiculous: Locking the bathroom and making customers pay 1 euro to use it. It is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. If I am eating at your restaurant, don't make me pay to use the bathroom. Never experienced this in my life. As a tourist in Amsterdam, I am appalled to see how there is no access to public bathrooms in the city and the concept to pay to use the bathroom is absolutely absurd. Please be more welcoming to visitors in your city and stop guarding bathrooms as if it's a bank.

Nice place, to have a quick bite! New York style slice pizzas, were not bad at all, they were average. Prices are fair enough.

July 2022: Overall, I like NY Pizza a lot! But this place stood out. The pizza was without taste. The photo shows how it looked like. All in all, that was a 1/1. On average, that would have been 3/5, but (at least some of) the food needs to be beyond 1 in order for a place to get a 3 in my book. So, this one was a 2.

Surprisingly not bad for what amounts to fast food pizza. Server was in a hurry and had to repeat the order as he kept making assumptions about what we wanted. Reviews about the pay toilets are correct.
