Not even worth one star. Waited three hours for stone-baked pizzas, cold and dry.

Nausea after eating and diarrhea

Absolutely not recommended. I live less than five minutes from the restaurant, but I had to wait almost an hour for my order of a simple pizza and hot wings. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and I had to reheat it myself. I called the restaurant, and the first employee said he would discuss it with the manager and call me back, but that never happened. When I called again, I presumably got the manager on the line, who mainly tried to justify it, saying it was "normal" for the food to take so long and it wasn't hot. Honestly, poor service and a disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from here. This was my first and last time.

Highly recommended. A good selection of different pizzas and other snacks. Very reasonable prices!

I'd called fifteen minutes beforehand for two pizzas. When I arrived, they weren't even in the oven yet. Without complaining, I waited another half hour, understanding the rush. What really bothered me was what I heard next: "Hey! Give her those pizzas, then she can go!" It was as if I was waiting there for fun. No apology, no decency, even though I'd remained calm the whole time. A real shame.

My pizza arrived lukewarm. The delivery drivers (two men) arrived on a scooter with the pizza under their arms, which was very unprofessional.

Best pizza place in Amsterdam for me. It's conveniently close to home; my kids don't like any other pizza except from this one. Good and fast service. I always call them, and within 10 minutes the pizza is ready and I can pick it up. The guys who work there are polite and friendly. Besides their pizzas, they also have delicious burgers. The Osdorper is my favorite.

My go-to delivery place. Fast delivery, great quality, and very competitive prices.

We placed an order at 16:30, that we wanted it at 18:00. At 18:45 it still wasn't there. After I called they said they were busy. When the food arrived at 19:15 it was also cold and inedible. People order elsewhere because we don't pay for it.

Just picked up a 4 cheese pizza with extra toppings. What a treat! Real pizza, super tasty, didn't have to wait long and the guys were very nice. I'll be back. Bravo guys!

I don't understand why you put a phone number on the internet if there is no answer. Super frustrating.

Waited 2 hours for 1 pizza. The pizza was cold and rock hard, it looked like it had been baked yesterday. The topping + sauce completely came loose from the pizza base. Last time I order here.

I've been coming there for years. Food is tasty, prices are affordable. Hygiene inside could be better.

Pizza was cold. Called for compensation and they agreed by giving a discount for the next time, so that is nice of course. Points+. Quality is no longer what it used to be unfortunately... you used to get the best pizza you could get in Amsterdam West for €5. Prices are rising and that is normal, but the quality of the pizzas has deteriorated so much that it is really abnormal. Not to mention the garlic sauce, which is as liquid as water.

Order from this branch regularly and the only thing I can say is that they are one of the few that serve fresh meat, dough and chicken EVERY day without freezing them. Prices are great and the food is really tasty. A loyal customer for at least 10 years. Favorites: Hot Chicken Pizza, Shoarma Pizza, Hot Chicken Sandwich and the Osdorperburger.

Nice joint for pizza 🍕 of course halal but unfortunately they only take cash.

05/10/2024: got a kapsalon mix here (that is shawarma and chicken fillet with satay sauce). Was a bit lukewarm, expected it to be a bit warmer. Sauces could have been a bit more. A bit of a mediocre hair salon. ========== 15/09/2024 I am once again surprised that I had not yet written a review about this tent. Been a number of times before the renovation. I especially thought the pizzas were a bit salty. Went here for the first time last week after the renovation. It would have been better to order by telephone to avoid waiting on location. But I didn't have the menu ready so I waited there anyway. Pizzas were good, tasty and not salty. Fine. Long waiting time. And the young people are very polite to customers.

This is bad!! Order via the tent's website. After an hour nothing delivered. They don't answer the phone. Paid €20 for nothing! Scammers... I just drove there and it turns out they are closed. While it says everywhere that they are open. Scandalous!

Nice place and food is delicious. One downside is that the oven where the food rolls out is in front of the entrance. All dust and dirt that spills inwards ends up on the food.

Oh, oh, oh, oh, the pizza is good... And spaghetti pasta you get used to... The important thing is that God will give you ease.. You should reconsider cooking pasta. greetings to you all .

The kids really liked the chicken burger and fish burger and my mother loved the freshly made hamburger. Food came quickly, good service :)

I ordered a menu there that I still regret. The burger was junk from the freezer that you can't even call a burger. You could hold the fries in one hand. For €10 this is ridiculous... people better go to another place and skip this one, it's a chumbucket made of plankton aka spongebob squarepants

The hot chicken pizza is excellent!!!! The other snacks and menus are also nothing to complain about. Friendly guests too.

They don't deliver quickly and the food was cold

If you ordered food here, you don't get to see how long it will take or whether a message with the delivery person is on its way. I called them and an employee said "yes it is busy during rush hour and all kinds of lame excuses" if you can't handle it then don't start a business, it's that simple. Then my food finally arrived worth 30 euros. My fries were cold, I had to heat them up myself, there were hardly any vegetables in the container, no sauces, no napkins, no fork or spoon, and the sandwiches were cold and limp. Brother, aren't you ashamed? Never serve this crap again and find another industry because you can't prepare food. The thing is that I can't give 0 stars because you certainly deserve them.

Pizza order took two hours. Quality only, Duune Pizza, never again. Turkish Pizza better.

A plus for good, crispy dough, fast service, and fresh products, which, as you can see, come in a lot. The minuses were that the pizza was undersalted, the table was dirty, the sauces were weak and the place was underheated. A standard pizza costs 9-12e

Kapsalon was very good and the hot wings were also tasty.

Food is very bad. Service even worse, this case should be sued immediately! I had an argument before with an employee of that business, a chubby Chinese ugly guy who had a big mouth. I gave him a good clap and later I received a call from the business owner, they wanted to give free pizza to make up for it, but even that pizza was junk. Really a bad thing!!!

I would only come back here to use the sanitary facilities, because the food is terrible

Wij kwamen van het verre Kortrijk. We kregen als tip om hier te eten. Heel veel keuze op het menu. Voor ieder wat wils. Prijzen waren zeker goed. Maar het eten! Allahouma barek! Super lekker. Vooral de kip overtrof elke kipschotel die ik al eerder heb geproefd. Doe zeker zo verder. Indien we nog eens terugkomen naar Amsterdam, komen we graag nog eens terug tot bij jullie. Eten kwam 40 minuten later dan mijn aangegeven tijd. Wanneer ik vervolgens bel (na meerdere malen te bellen en daarna een tijdje in de wacht te staan) krijg ik als eerst te horen dat ze "eigenlijk al gesloten zijn" en dat de bezorger net de deur uit is. Prima. Als kers op de taart hebben we geen drinken bij de bestelling gekregen, ondanks dat we ervoor betaald hebben. Jammer, want het eten is wel erg lekker.

Beste pizzas in amsterdam voor de beste prijs. Rijk gevuld en de deeg is perfect. Ze zijn ook zeer snel klaar ideaal als je visite thuis hebt en je wil snel iedereen voorzien. Pak gewoon 5 pizzas en iedereen heeft lekker gegeten voor een mooie prijs. Pizza hete kip en pizza roomsaus zijn een echte aanrader. Hun kip is ook echt heel lekker

Het is heel erg lekker ,maar het duurt soms te land.

Heerlijk gegeten. Pizza quattro formaggio en calzone shoarma. Lekker hoor. Had geen geld bij me, alleen pin. Alleen cash daar. Betaal maar later (werd gezegd). Vind ik top, pure vorm van klantenbinding. Nu speelt ook mee, dat ik daar vaker kom. Maar, alsnog......

Zaak is opgeknapt. Wel is alles wat duurder geworden. Maar de pizza kipsate was weer heerlijk.

Leuke tent. Goedkoop eten maar ook lekker. Zo een tent in Amsterdam zechmaar waar je geen spijt van krijgt als je eten besteld. 9 van de 10 is het troep en duur.

Het duurde een beetje lang voordat het eten kwam, maar het was het dubbel en dwars waard! Pizza (shoarma met groente) was erg lekker, en het personeel is héél aardig. Ik ga hier zeker vaker komen.

Vandaag weer heerlijke pizza's en pasta gegeten. Zoals gewoonlijk topp. Eten was op tijd klaar en nog heerlijk warm toen we thuis kwamen.
