Waited for my pizza and then got status update 'order completed', but no pizza. I called and they said 'he'll be there in a few minutes'. I waited another 15 minutes and called again. They said: 'He'll be there in a few minutes, the person ordering before you wouldn't open his door'. Waited another 10 minutes and called again. 'He'll be there, just wait. This is part of the game m'am', he said. 'What game?', I asked. When the pizza finally came it was cold. 'You can get a new one, just send the other pizza back with the delivery guy'. The delivery guy had already gone. Then I was scolded to have a short fuse when I got angry. I hung up, just heated it in the oven and never order here again. Oh, and they forgot the buffalo mozzarella, which I paid extra for.

The only delivery place in the area always calling ahead to ask me to come down instead of deliver at my front door. If I wanted to pickup I wouldn't have ordered and pay the delivery costs. Stop these annoying calls and teach your delivery people to just deliver to the customers front door (like every other place does). It's only NY pizza personnel that does this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Also this is after a minimum wait time of 1 hour you can expect from this place.... The delivery people also don't have any manners, never look at you, greet you, or even talk to you at all. Id fire them all on the spot

Best pizza I have ever eaten. Service was top-notch and the staff are customer-friendly. I will eat here more often.

Your delivery driver Faneul Gebremeskel must be fired; he was very rude and insolent. He spat on my pizza and thought it was funny.

Strange situation. When you call, the girl indicates she is transferring you to the “right” franchise, even though they are that franchise themselves. Then they just hang up instead of transferring you. When you call back, you are put on hold for 15 minutes, and if you try with another phone, they don't even answer. Very sad. Give your employees the proper training or close your franchise, because this is truly ridiculous.

We ordered through Uber Eats, but there was no information about the delivery driver, making it impossible to locate or contact them. After an hour's delay beyond the scheduled delivery time, we called the previous owner, who hung up on us. After waiting for an hour and a half, still nothing. #scam

After so much time, today I really did eat one of the pizzas ever, thank you. It was full of topping and still a bit warm, which almost never happens. Please stay at the same level 🙏🏻

Well, if I tell you what a great place this is, I came in to place an order and was helped immediately. The staff is friendly, the food was ready quickly and tasty, which I really appreciated. Also, I dropped my can and spilled everything. The gentleman who helped me offered me a new one and cleaned it up right away.

I had just picked up a pizza, but then I saw that they now also sell burgers. When I got home, I decided to order one after all. Above expectations, you wouldn't expect it: delicious burgers at a pizzeria.

Today I ordered a few pizzas for myself and my family, and they were absolutely delicious! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed them; they most certainly deserve these 5 stars.

What an experience this was, delicious pizza. The pizza came out of the box smoking hot. The very friendly delivery person even took off her helmet. I appreciate that. This is fantastic!!

Please DO NOT order from this restaurant for delivery especially Uber eats ! I am staying in a hotel nearby and the order never arrived, they do not provide a receipt and couldn’t contact them!

Hi, I had a pizza margherita and it was quite hard but edible, and fast delivery.

I ordered online, the restaurant received my order and closed, leaving me waiting. I didn't get a refund or the pizza; the service was terrible.

I've been a regular customer for years and accidentally ordered the wrong pizza crust. Within five minutes, I called New York Pizza on Burgomaster van Leeuwenlaan in Amsterdam West to have it corrected. "Too bad, ma'am, you ordered the wrong thing yourself," I was told, and it wasn't customer-friendly at all. Such a shame... Because of this, I deleted my @pp and account, and I will never order anything from this lousy New York Pizza Amsterdam branch again. They don't know what customer service or appreciation is here.

The food was left in the oven too long. €40 wasted. Fast delivery, though.

The pizza was delicious, the delivery was incredibly fast, and the delivery person was very friendly. We were thrilled.

Food was good, really fluffy and delicious pizza. They forgot my extra garlic sauce though, so only 4/5 stars. No dine in possible

March 23, 2025 Bad experience at New York Pizza Placed an order for delivery today, well in time before closing time. It is now 00:21 and still nothing received. Customer service sucks, constantly talking while we tried to call in time. They also do not contact us themselves. This feels like villainy. Very disappointing and definitely not recommended!

I was there a few weeks ago and came because of the special offer Pick up Tuesday, 25 cm pizza for 5.99. There is a big sign outside with that special price, for months. See photo. I asked the boy inside twice for the special pizza, the one for 5.99 each. The boy pretended to listen, but just charged 8.99 per pizza. I said I did not accept that, because there was a big sign outside with a lower price. That sign is no longer valid, he said. I asked why they did not remove that sign, because that is misleading. They had been doing that for a long time, he said, with a look of 'stop it now!' Very rude and unfriendly to customers. Left without pizza of course. The fact that someone else experienced exactly the same thing at this NYP (see earlier review by someone else) gives me a bad feeling about this business. I wish you much wisdom. And no, I will not send an email to report this again. The pizza must be delicious, but I will not come again. Good luck with it!

Ordered 2 pizzas at 9:12 PM, delivered at 11:15 PM and the pizza was undercooked and cold, but I called 3 times and at the last call they said the pizza would be nice and warm. I will never order from here again

They don't care if your pizza is delivered, they do what they want even if you call and let them know

I placed my order via home delivery because the food was unbelievable and my partner could literally look for the shawarma with a magnifying glass and I posted bad reviews for my teriyaki pizza with broccoli stumps and I am still dissatisfied. I was called that they found it annoying, he told me that if I remove my review via home delivery, I would get my money back that same day, the review was removed, we are a week further and I have not yet received any money back. This tent is not to be eaten and is also not clean. Better go to Dominos than here

Do not order here, I ordered and the order was marked as "completed" immediately after placing the order. I thought that was strange considering I had not received my order, I had called twice but immediately received an automatic message that the restaurant was closed. I then decided to order food somewhere else and ask for the money back from this order. 3 days later and I receive a message from NY Pizza that the order was indeed delivered and that I will not get my money back, but I will receive a free pizza. Worthless, I will never order from here again

I ordered 2 pizzas, the delivery person couldn't find them so they were delivered cold, they said 2 new ones would be delivered, but that never happened and then you ask for your money back and you have to wait another 5 working days for it.

Ordered 2 pizzas, got them delivered to my hotel at the requested time. The pizzas were nice and warm, ready to eat. They weren't the cheapest at 28 euro but better and cheaper than the food provided at my hotel, just a BLT sandwich was 16 euro, ridiculous. Read many bad reviews but I'm pleased with the whole process from ordering to delivery so 👍

Rijkelijk belegde pizza, nog warm bij aankomst <3 en elke keer zo vriendelijk personeel. Nu de laatste keer had mijn pizza een foutje en kreeg ik heel snel een nieuwe. Heel netjes en lief opgelost!

Me and my boyfriend visited amsterdam for the first time this year, we visited 2 new york pizza locations in the centre of amsterdam. When we arrived at our hotel we wanted more! we were lucky enough to find a new york pizza location 5 minutes from our hotel. We used uber eats and this service was very quick. This pizza was absolutely worth every penny/cent most exquisite pizza ever!

Di sicuro non si può definire come buona, ma accettabile. Se avete comunque difficoltà a digerire la pizza lasciate stare in quanto la base è decisamente massiccia e ricchissima di lievito. Infine se siete in un paese come l'Olanda dove mangiare bene è a dir poco utopico, consigliata da tenere come opzione per... nutrirsi!😉

Ordered a 25cm pizza and 12 buffalo wings through UberEats. Tracking wasn’t shown on the page which was very worrying. I called the store and they said the deliver man just went on the road. Luckily it got delivered on time. The food was a bit cold but still ok. Buffalo wings were extremely small and the sweet chili sauce not so good. Pizza was nice though, especially the garlic oil on the crust.

Neem.een pizza tonno betaal extra 1 euro voor nier geleverde exstra uien en het is echt totaal smakeloos zoutloos maar goed als je daar.kinderen van 15 jaar neer zet moet je ook niet veel van verwachten ik ga er in ieder geval niet meer heen

With customer-service, there was no problem at all. But the pizza itself is not worthy with its price. I expect it to be bigger and yummier, but nah other pizzas like Domino’s are way better.

Ik ben fan van new york pizza, maar toch verschilt het toch qua smaak tussen de NYP vestigingen. Deze vestiging had echt de beste pizza die ik ooit heb gehad, de balans tussen gesmolten kaas en de andere ingrediënten waren perfect.

Je n’ai pas pris une pizza entière mais à la part, elle était très bonne (4 fromages) c’est quand même 3€ minimum pour une part mais elle sont très grosse, parfais quand on a un petit creux et personnel efficace
