The best pizzas. But what employees as a people. Weed smell, outside by the door with all his cigarettes and joints smoking. Then walking in while eating with a hood on and a cell phone in his hands. Again NOT a face for new york pizza!

Never buy a vape here!!! I bought a vape from Lis at this New York Pizza about a week ago, and it doesn't work! And I'm not getting my money back, no refund, nothing! Bad business here!!

I am amazed by the service and quality of New York pizza Valkenburg. Ordered 2 pizzas of which 1 pizza (hot chicken pizza) is clearly stated in the ingredients and comments not to put onion on the pizza. However, when opening the pizzas we quickly saw that there was a lot of onion on it. Immediately called New York pizza Valkenburg and got the manager on the line. After explaining the story, he offers to exchange the pizza. Where I ask him the question "so you want me to let my pizza get cold until the new pizza is delivered?" The manager answered irritated yes what do you want then? To which I replied that I would like to have 2 warm pizzas that I can eat together with my girlfriend as intended. He reluctantly agreed to this. After delivery of the new pizzas we opened the boxes again. Order was fine. However, with the hot chicken pizza as mentioned there was no onion, but at the same time no chicken to be found. In total just about 10 small chicken pieces found in the pizza, while extra was paid for extra chicken on the pizza. After this I did not bother to call the branch a second time. Bad service, bad quality. I advise everyone not to order from New York Pizza Valkenburg anymore

This is now the fifth time we've ordered pizza from New York Pizza, and the fifth time it's been wrong. It's ridiculous that they can't read an order.

Horrible place. You simply don't get what you order. We always order garlic oil on our pizza, but we never get it. We once placed the wrong order, and they weren't happy about it. It seems like they're constantly giving us junk food and deliberately making our food improper. This was definitely the last time for us. The delivery driver was friendly, which is the only thing I can say about it.

Ordered pizzas at the beginning of April and paid in advance. Half an hour before delivery they called that the pizzas could not be delivered. 3 weeks later the amount has still not been refunded.

Recently, I tried ordering twice through Thuisbezorgd, where they're readily available. Both times, we were called to say the delivery wouldn't go through due to "something technical" in the kitchen. Very strange.

Terrible, order canceled with a lame excuse. I've been waiting for my money for three weeks. Bunch of losers!

- Used the action 3=2. Luckily, because we were able to throw away one pizza, which was charred on the sides and bottom. - Delivery took an hour and a half. Status on app was "ready" after 40 minutes. - You can take part in a game to win a trip to Italy. For this you need a code that is stated on the delivery note. I never had that receipt. To end on a positive note: the other two pizzas tasted okay and the delivery person was friendly. Hence still 2 stars.

Beware!!!!! The place has canceled my order without even notifying me. I only have learned the order was cancelled after an hour delay of the delivery time I called the place. My account was charged with the expense but after a month since that incident they have still not returned the money. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. It has ruined my evening that day and I have yet not received my money back. Beware!!!

Very bad, very annoying, very annoying. I ordered at 9:50 PM and it is currently 12:20 AM and my food still hasn't arrived?! I try to call but that doesn't work either. And I haven't received anything at all or something that they don't come. This is very bad. Do something better. Really bad.

worthless company, ordered 3 pizzas after waiting 1.5 hours, they only called to say that the oven was broken. have become so angry. They certainly couldn't have called earlier! last time there

Can't say anything other than bad. Ordered at 6:00 PM, called at 7:15 PM - they were working on the order, called again at 8:20 PM to find out where the order was - they canceled the order because "the oven was broken". What a joke. I can expect money back within 2 to 3 days.

Last night oven before 9 o'clock. Almost home from holiday, stopped at NY pizza and ordered and paid on the spot with a vaguely looking salesman/pizza baker. After 10 minutes I asked how long it would take before the pizza was ready. “Coming soon.” Another 5 minutes later I asked if the pizza was already in the oven. Response: “Did you order online, or are you picking up?” When I commented that I ordered and paid for the pizza he recommended 20 minutes ago, he got a very surprised look in his eyes. Showing the payment for the pizza on my banking app, with an even more surprised look in response. Ultimately asked for a refund. Never experienced anything like this before. Then ordered a delicious fries special with a draft beer from the neighbors.

It's starting to get nasty. Second canceled orders at different times in one week. "I'm not delivering," he says on the phone. That's why I called after about half an hour to ask what the intention was, otherwise I probably would never have heard anything again. I hope I get my money back. Advertise as a delivery service on your own website and on home delivery. Very dissatisfied.

I have ordered from this New York Pizza before and the delivery took a very long time. However, today it really broke me. I order a pizza at 5:00 PM with the intention of delivering it as quickly as possible. The app says it will be delivered just after 6:00 PM. After I don't have any pizza at 6:10 PM, I decide to call. During this telephone conversation I am told that my pizza is now going into the oven. Then I wait until 7:00 PM when I decide to call again because I didn't have any pizza yet. In this telephone conversation they then say that they cannot deliver today and that I will therefore not receive a pizza. I have never experienced such lousy service. I hope my money will be refunded.

Nasty people/deliveries and the food was very dirty and tasted sour

I fully understand if delivery people cannot go on the road, but it will take more than 2 weeks to pay back. Still nothing refunded. Despite all the phone calls and promises, they don't deliver on anything.

I recently placed an order at New York Pizza Valkenburg, which unfortunately could not be delivered due to snowfall. This was understandable. However, the aftermath of this situation has led to significant disappointment. I have been waiting for a refund for my order for three weeks now. Despite repeated contact from me, each time being assured that the money would 'be transferred now', I have still not received my refund. This lack of follow-up and the need to keep contacting each other is very frustrating and says a lot about the management.

Order canceled by the branch without informing us. Been waiting for a refund for almost 2 weeks now. Head office doesn't do anything either.

-25/01/24: again to NY Pizza. After the boys had helped me very well last time (see story below), I again got a pizza with the wife in Valkenburg. These guys are magicians!!! The best pizza every time, not normal. MeatLoverPizza from Valkenburg is the wet dream for every guy. Highly recommended! - After the pizzeria in Klimmen gave me 4 burnt pizzas, I went to NY Pizza Valkenburg. The boys helped me very well and gave me four deliciously perfect pizzas. If I had to give a point it would be a 10+. Thank you guys!!!

I ordered the Chicken Garlic & Spinach. First of all nothing like the picture, the picture shows pieces of chicken breast… I got chicken crumbs, and definitely too much garlic oil. Also seems they don’t want to work as they had a closed sign on the door, but we tried anyways and they were just open.

Great food, they always deliver to my village for free, nice and friendly staff. Nothing has ever gone wrong with my orders. I definitely order here 2 to 3 times a month. In addition, they often have super cool deals! I don't understand why people have such bad experiences with New York pizza in Valkenburg

Really upon returning it was a small shop but really a pizza factory smiling team cheerful staff an address not to be missed

Waited two hours for the pizzas. Didn't show up. Very unfortunate if you are on holiday with small children.

Leider hatte die Pizza einen recht "übersichtlichen" Belag, dafür aber einen Teigrand von 3 cm.

We hadden zin in pizza maar het was tegen sluitingstijd. We zijn toch geholpen. Pizza is bezorgd op de camping. Pizza was heerlijk. Topservice, vriendelijk personeel. Bedankt!

Vandaag 3 pizzas en wat extra's laten bezorgen op het vakantiepark. Bezorger was er met 40 minuten. We hebben lekker gegeten bedankt!

De pizza's waren goed. Helaas zat er veel te weinig vlees op de pizza met pulled beef. De levering was snel en alles was nog warm. Helaas was het blikje cola vergeten, hoewel ik direct had gebeld. Maar wij zullen hier weer bestellen, was echt lekker.

Best pizza ever. Employees are polite,professional,very helping. Cleaness is amazing,all by the rules. Recomending for everyone who loves good pizza !
