We enjoyed a lovely evening outside on the terrace. The food was super tasty. Each dish has its own unique flavor and it is so delicious that soy is unnecessary. The staff is super friendly.

Definitely worth a visit if you are in Hilversum or the area. All the dishes are incredibly tasty, sometimes a little different from what you are used to, but that is exactly what makes it fun! The apple pie gyoza is definitely recommended for dessert! ✨🥟

I have been following Nori & Rice online for some time now. We have even had the pleasure of preparing some culinary masterpieces at home from their own cookbook. Last night exceeded all our expectations. We enjoyed all the dishes and the hospitality 100%. We wish we had planned this sooner. 🩷

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, delicious, fine, original dishes, ideal for sharing. Not everything on the table at once, allowing for a little breather. A lovely experience, definitely worth repeating.

The food is good, but not out of ordinary as we thought looking at the menu upfront. Avg prices are insanely high for what you get. I understand companies need to make money, but here it completely got out of hands.

We had an amazing time at Nori & Rice. The food was top notch, each particle of the dish was excellent! 🤤 We tried Salmon Taco’s, Japanese fries, Amazing Umami, Oishii Nori, Bao Bellie Crispy chicken - all was next level - fresh products, pleasant texture and very well-balanced flavor combinations. But Oishii Nori roll with a spicy orange dressing won a special place in out hearts. The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly and we felt very welcome. We wish the owners and the team all the best and hope to visit this lovely place soon. 🫶🏻

I had delivery and it was very fast, a young man with a bald head came to deliver my order, I had sushi, it was really delicious, that boy too by the way 🤭 I would honestly do him, does anyone know his name then I can order again and ask him to come and then we will do naughty things 🤭🤭

Three years ago, I met this super nice couple in Greece, and we had so many laughs! Once we got to the Netherlands, we couldn't stop thinking about this lovely couple and wanted to go there for dinner! It was a truly unique experience! We both love sushi, and these dishes were exactly what we were looking for. I'm not a fish eater myself, but Thomas created a menu for us with some real gems from the restaurant, and it was delicious! Despite the fish! Even though we live a bit further apart and don't really see or speak to each other anymore, I always recommend everyone in my circle to eat here! Because besides the delicious food, the owners of this restaurant are truly amazing! So, if you're in doubt, I say DO IT! It's sure to be a great evening! 🤎

Yesterday we ate at Nori and Rice for the first time. My family had been there before and were already incredibly enthusiastic. We can completely understand that enthusiasm now, because we had a delicious meal. The sushi is prepared with great care and attention, and you can clearly taste it. The staff is very helpful and also shares the beautiful (love) story of the owners, a nice and personal touch. If you're looking for high-quality sushi, this is an absolute must!

My favorite restaurant. The food is consistently excellent. It's always fresh and the flavor combinations are great. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but I don't mind at all because the food is good and freshly prepared. The atmosphere is cozy, nicely decorated, and not too big.

We attended a sushi workshop where I didn't feel comfortable. Thomas was picky about me, and his wife was also very rude to other guests. First, he told me I could eat the extra cucumber, and then he sneered that I could have kept it. Afterward, he skipped me with the gyozas because I'd "already eaten enough." His wife also discredited others in front of the whole group by already cutting her sushi, saying that wasn't the intention, even though this hadn't been communicated. Finally, you have to pay for wasabi, even though the workshop itself costs €67. I've also heard that people talk about it behind the backs of the staff. In short, give your money to a place where the work is done with appreciation and love.

The service was far too slow, and the restaurant was far too noisy. I don't understand the ratings and am very disappointed. It's also far too expensive. The food was very good, hence the 3 stars. However, the long wait and the high price are a real shame.

We ate at Nori and Rice in Hilversum for the first time. It was truly fantastic! You can taste that the ingredients and dishes are super fresh and prepared with great care. The staff is also very friendly and takes excellent care of you! We will definitely be back and are looking forward to the cookbook!

Together with my sister, I really enjoyed the delicious sushi! Each roll is presented on a different plate and the combinations are just a little more special than you are used to. The owner takes the time to chat with everyone and checks if everything is okay, this makes it even more personal. Definitely something to get in the car for an hour ;)

We had a very nice evening at Nori & Rice. A small menu, but what they make is really a feast for the taste buds. We had a delicious meal and drinks. We are both vegetarian and I am also pregnant. We have indicated this in advance in the comments field. The owner (who is in the kitchen) came to our table, took his time and offered “off the menu” options. You feel welcome in this restaurant. A restaurant experience that you have to experience for yourself.

Our children took us out to eat at this fantastic sushi restaurant. (very sweet, yes, we thought too😀🤗) We've eaten a lot of sushi in our lives, but this was really classy!! dinner with friends at Nori is very advisable! lovely vibe and delicious food. There was however a visitor you do not want in your restaurant whilst having dinner.... a mouse, yes a mouse!!!!!! Easy exploring the territory whilst eating. am happy we just finished as he slowly entered our table surroundings.....the too relaxed attitude of the waitress telling her and not apologizing or even being surprised... her text "oh he comes when its more quiet' didn't give me the feeling that they care.....so make up your mind what you think about it

Finally got the chance to try out the sushi from Nori&Rice. Even though ordering via thuisbezorg but I must say it was perfect on time delivery, the food presentation is outstanding and the taste of the sushi was ohlala delicious. It’s the best sushi in town!

Celebrated a birthday with 7 people and ate fantastic sushi. Made with a lot of love and tasty combinations, we tried the entire sushi range twice, which was quite a lot... but they are addictively delicious and much better and tastier than the average sushi.
