Ugh, what a mess! Since the new owner took over and everyone left, it hasn't been the same. The service doesn't even deserve a 1, let alone the food and delivery. The sushi from Jumbo is much better, and it's not even worth the money! And if you call them, you get a strange guy on the line who can't even communicate and doesn't know what he's saying. Never again, and I advise everyone against it. Go to Sushi Point, at least you get what you pay for! Never had any problems before, and the service is top-notch.

Definitely recommended! The polite staff even called to let us know our food would be 5 minutes late. The food was delicious and well-priced. I loved the colorful packaging, and the unique sushi variations were a nice touch. We'll definitely be ordering from here again!

Delicious sushi!!!! Everything was deliciously fresh, and the delivery was on time. The K-pop salmon and the ebi roll were surprisingly delicious, and the rice was excellent! Friendly staff, definitely recommended!

I recently picked up sushi from Sushi Time and I'm absolutely thrilled! The order was ready exactly on time, as agreed, and everything was neatly packaged. The sushi was wonderfully fresh and beautifully presented. You can really taste the care and attention they put into it. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves good sushi! 🍣

I order from Sushi Time Hilversum often, but today I'm done with this place! First, I waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for my order, and then my sushi sandwich turned out to be a complete mess; it fell apart! Instead of avocado, there was cucumber on it, just not edible; it was so soft it fell apart. Yuck, yuck.

I didn't get my order until two hours later. And seriously, the store is on the same street as the one I ordered from. How is that even possible after two hours? I heard the old owner is gone, which is a good thing. But this new owner isn't doing a great job either!

I was very disappointed with my visit to Sushi Time Hilversum. The staff was extremely unhygienic. Both the young man and the young woman working there touched the food and other items with their hands, without gloves or any regard for hygiene. This completely undermines my confidence in the quality and safety of the food. I will not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

Reading other reviews, I can't understand how my food was so delicious and fresh. I had everything vegan, and it was fantastic. A super-filled poké bowl and tasty maki, inari, and crunchy roll.

What was once a renowned brand, the current franchisee on the stationstraat in Hilversum really hates his customers and you can see that in the overall experience. My order took 2.5 hours in the end. Officially ordered via the website. Unfortunately, the order supposedly did not arrive and I had to call back. It can happen, but how this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. The problem is that Sushi Time Hilversum tells lies on the line to satisfy you. The delivery person supposedly was on his way, but then he simply speaks to him in the store that he still has to bring our order. When you ask when it will be there, ten minutes suddenly becomes an hour. Understandably busy, but lying to your customers is a sign of complete chaos management and you can see that in everything. In my case, a 30% discount was promised as compensation, but of course this was never sent. Yet another lie. Regarding the delivery itself: Torn bag, sushi was shaken back and forth. Snacks were soggy and cold and the soy sauce was forgotten. Called again about this. Indicated to the franchisee that it was not profitable enough to send soy sauce. I have never received such an answer from a restaurant. So they are blaming their own problems on you. Eventually much later I did receive the soy sauce but unfortunately the sushi quality has also deteriorated enormously. I had a lot of stomach problems the next day. Nevertheless, a terrible experience that I cannot recommend to anyone. What was once a progressive company on the Havenstraat has now become a cash cow company that puts quality and service last.

Waited 1.5 hours (too late) for the order. We were told every time that it could be there any minute. Then all 6 orders were wrong and it tasted not normal bad.

Not fresh and the food smells strange (strange musty sour smell). After a few bites (which went down with difficulty) I immediately stopped eating because there was a long hair in the food. Never paid so much money for such a disgusting bite. And I haven't even mentioned: Should have had avocado in the poke bowl (it didn't), but there were all sorts of other strange ingredients in it that weren't mentioned. My hands were already dirty before I opened the containers. Small portions. Little salmon. Long delivery time. Nothing good to say about it.

Was at the door to pick up my order via TGTG, they had canceled it a minute before. If you don't have any leftovers, why throw a TGTG box online? Kind of weird and now I've wasted time and no food. Very unfortunate, I will never place normal orders with you again, because this is not the first time you have canceled an order.

The worst, tasteless sushi I've ever had. There is almost no fish and it has an unpleasant odor. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Really worthless. Ordered sushi at 6:15 PM, called at 7:45 PM to see if it was already on its way, because it took a long time. Would be very busy and they were preparing it. Then called again at 8:30 PM, because it was still not there, the "manager" indicated that they would be calling 7:00 PM the store has already closed due to crowds and is sold out. Ridiculous. Did not receive any compensation.

The food was delicious as usual, the service was perfect and the delivery person very friendly. It was a large order for a birthday and everything was arranged perfectly. Definitely recommended 👌

Just tried the salmon sushi sandwich and it was delicious! The portion was also larger than expected. We also ordered Yakitori and Ebi fry because I thought the sandwich wouldn't be that big🙈, these are normally often ordered together with sushi and are also very tasty. We had fun again! 🤗

Not good. Sushi box 'offer'. Was just dry and old, hence the offer I guess. And if you put cream cheese in sushi you really don't understand it. Not recommended.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! What a crappy restaurant. After ordering and waiting for the delivery time, I called. The delivery person would be there any moment, the restaurant said. Half an hour later, still no delivery person. Called again. He would be there in a few minutes. Then, another half hour later, still no delivery person. Called again to get the same message again. After more than two hours of waiting, a stray delivery man finally arrived. The food was cold, not tasty, not fresh, falling apart and after all, the order was not complete. I called to indicate this idea and was promised that the mini spring rolls would be delivered as soon as possible. We are still waiting for these mini spring rolls, 3 days later. We will never order from this franchise again. Bad food, bad service and above all extremely lousy communication. A bunch of young guys with popular talk on the phone, not appropriate for a company.

Just ordered a pokebowl that I'm really not happy with. There was no indication that iceberg lettuce would be added and coincidentally, iceberg lettuce is something I really don't like. It didn't look like much thought had been put into it. They also ran out of seaweed and added soybeans. My friend didn't have soybeans in his pokebowl but got that too because there was no seaweed left. The description also stated that various vegetables had been added to the poke bowl, the only vegetable I saw was cucumber.

Sushi time Hilversum. What crappy sushi. Never had sushi this bad before. Poorly cut and rolled, not much salmon on it, see photo. They seem to make 2 maki rolls from 1 salmon roll by cutting everything small. You may think that the length of a lemur is approximately the same. Nourivel is definitely missing, there is just a part missing, see photo. I had 1 mini bottle of soy for 2 people. If you really want to pay a lot for little, order here. At least I never will again. What a disappointment. These people have no knowledge. What a crappy tent. Waste of money. Order on Tuesday and get a 50% discount, well then you also get about 50% less sushi. The sushi at AH is not cheap, but it is much better. Normally I'm not so negative, but this really doesn't make any sense.

A few days ago I ordered an ebi pokebowl with extra salmon via home delivery. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the payment, so the order was not placed, but the money was debited from my account. I then went to the restaurant to ask if an order for my poke bowl had come through. Unfortunately that was not the case. Still, fantastic service was provided once I showed what had happened and my poke bowl was made with love. I hadn't eaten there for a while, but I was very positively surprised at how good it tasted and how fresh everything was. Thank you for the great service and delicious pokebowl! The ebi with extra salmon is highly recommended!

Ordered a bowl. Delivered quickly. Friendly employee called me to ask what kind of sauce I wanted. Delivery person was friendly and the bowl was more than enough and tasty.

They never deliver what is ordered. I've been ordering from them for months cozz it's the only sushi place delivering to my location, but now I'm done with it, they NEVER delivered what was ordered. Either something is missing or it's just completely different. But they always charge what was ordered. The food is eatable, most of the times.

Today I called again to see if they have gluten-free again. Not so. I placed a fairly large order in September (previously it always went well and we ordered regularly) and it started that they called me to ask whether certain ingredients were gluten-free. Sorry?? You should know that... after calling back and forth and discussing, I received sushi. Completely bald. There was nothing on it except rice sheets, sushi and tuna or salmon. Never experienced this before!! Sent an email, never got a response... Another try today. Called, asked how gluten-free is arranged and they still answer that they call the customer to ask what is gluten-free for them. It shouldn't get any crazier. No more gluten free sushi here!

I ordered on ubereats and the restaurant only called last minute of the estimated delivery time. I was told everything was sold out already and it was too busy. I’m very disappointed and not happy with this. The restaurant should’ve called earlier so I have time to order food from other restaurants.

Sushi was geweldig bezorging was top en de bezorger was vriendelijk echt top service echt een aanrader!!

Een prima bowl gekocht, hij was niet heel speciaal maar wel lekker. Het was niet erg dat ik iets te laat was voor mijn afhaal bestelling, al was de ebi niet heel erg warm meer. De binnenkant was niet iets wat ik gewend was, omdat de keuken helemaal is afgesloten van de balie, dus de sfeer was een beetje vreemd vond ik. Maar dat maakt niet uit want het is een afhaal en bezorg plek. Wat ik vooral handig vind aan de Sushi Time is dat ze tot een stuk later open zijn dan andere sushi en poke bowl plekken, dus ik zal hier vast nog eens eten halen na mijn avondshift. Wel een minpuntje is dat ze zijn verhuisd van adres, maar hun oude adres staat nog hierop. Ze zitten nu op de Stationsstraat 7. Dit kan je wel op hun website zien maar niet op Google Maps.

Crunchybox is echt niks! Het is alleen maar garnaal en 6 sushi met kip. Alles smaakt het zelfde. Snackbox was koud. En die nori vellen om de sushi mee te rollen waren zo ongelofelijk taai kreeg het amper weg 🤢 Zo vaak eten hier besteld maar iedere keer was het wel wat. Ik bestel hier al een tijdje niet meer maar, gisteravond toch maar weer een keer proberen. Zonde van mij geld echt spijt dat ik niet gewoon bij shabu shabu heb besteld 😩

Pokebowls altijd lekker en ziek snel

Zeeeer lekker. De personeel is super vriendelijk. Wij komen zeker terug. Drie jaar later nog steeds zeer goed!

We ordered pokébowls from this restaurant and it was delicious! We really loved and we were so satisfied afterwards. It's really filling and it isn't very expensive. I wouldn't say it was cheap food but it was very good priced for a pokébowl.

Grote plus is de woensdag sushi dag met 50% box korting. Sushi zelf wel goed van smaak maar vaak wat rommelig, niet vast genoeg. Het is beter te vinden naar mijn mening...

Nooit problemen met sushi time maar ik weet niet wat er is gedaan heb een poke bowl bestelt het ligt letterlijk door de hele tas heen beetje jammer dit.😴

Geweldige en kwalitatief uitstekende sushi ! Heel erg bedankt Team Sushi Time voor het extraatje ivm Moederdag (zie foto), we hebben ervan genoten en door jullie een super smakelijke avond gehad. Deze zaak begrijpt tenminste hoe je klanten bind én levert ook de lekkerste sushi van Het Gooi en omstreken. Dus mocht je twijfelen waar je sushi besteld, doe het hier !

Goede service, er was eerder contact geweest, er was een miscommunicatie. Er werd meteen gebeld om dit netjes op te kunnen lossen. Heerlijk gegeten en zelfs een extra gehad als excuses. Nogmaals hartelijk dank!
