The absolute best restaurant in the Utrecht region. Why? Because they're so incredibly innovative and create a complete menu every month, featuring the most unique dishes. The service is fantastic, and they always have exclusive offerings like Wagyu beef, veal sweetbreads, oysters, caviar, and more. Anything is possible here! It's truly on par with a Michelin-star restaurant in terms of quality, and the speed with which they serve dishes is truly exceptional, especially if you're looking for a quick meal! I wonder how they do it, but they always manage it! This is a sublime dining experience. Enjoy your meal! 😋

We had a delicious meal. The atmosphere was good and you could hear each other well. The gluten-free options were well taken care of. And what they do through Stichting met je Hart for lonely elderly people is very special.

Tonight, December 19, 2025, we had dinner in the conservatory with 13 people, and everything was perfectly taken care of. Staff: a big 10, lovely, friendly people. The food was more than good. We had a fantastic evening, thanks to Aunt Fie.
