I ordered an hour and a half ago and received a confirmation of my bestseller via email, but it was not delivered even though the store was actually closed. I find this very unprofessional.

I have really enjoyed visiting De Wonders for quite some time now. I always thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and the delicious snacks, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience last Sunday. Together with a friend, we ordered two cappuccinos and two bottles of mineral water. Subsequently, the waiter came to our table every ten minutes to ask if we wanted to order anything else. When we politely indicated that we had had enough for now, his facial expression visibly changed, and we felt very uncomfortable. This constant pressure and unfriendly reaction absolutely do not match the atmosphere and quality I have come to expect from De Wonders. It is such a shame for a place I used to visit with so much pleasure.
