Olle Stee in Wijk 00 Zuidlaren

Had a delicious meal with excellent service Eric

Nice spot for a cheeky beer before collecting you Chinese takeaway across the road!

It is a joy to sit here and enjoy myself every time. Top location, top staff....... I eat here regularly. Delicious. Great spot, very good staff, a fantastic location to simply enjoy yourself. And again this time, Had a lovely lunch with friends and it was wonderful and enjoyable again.

Had a lovely time sitting on the outdoor terrace in the sunshine. There is always something to see at that intersection.

As we’ve come to expect... we had another delicious meal!

Nice place and good food. But we don't know why we manage to see service within 10 minutes elsewhere, and not here again. If you're just coming for a drink, I find 20 minutes between being seated and being served too long. But we're keeping our hopes up, because otherwise it's a nice place to be.

Delicious food Beautiful terrace Friendly service

We have been coming to Zuidlaren several times a year since 2018, but had never visited Olle Stee until now. After last night, I am ashamed that we never went sooner. The atmosphere is cozy and village-like. Beautiful terraces and a cozy interior. Friendly staff and very tasty food at a good price. Definitely worth a repeat visit in the coming weeks. This cozy eatery has been around since 1957. Top location.

The food was fine, but the dessert was disappointing. It turned out not to match what was on the menu. The quantity relative to the price was disappointing.

We had a delicious meal, and the service is super friendly.

Friendly service. Serve tasty food. The entrecote was excellent.

The food was fine, although several dishes were unavailable. The service was disappointing, distant and reserved, and the wait time was very long.

We had a delicious meal, with very friendly and helpful staff.

We came for a quick lunch and it was delicious! We were served very kindly. We wanted 2 extra eggs with our lunch and this was no problem at all. Delicious coffee too! Good atmosphere, right in the middle of the village. Highly recommended.

Once again, a joy to be there. The kitchen is getting better and better, with original daily specials.

Had a delicious meal; excellent value for money and efficient service!

Great restaurant. Food delicious. However, we had to wait a long time before it was served. That's why we didn't have dessert 😊 But otherwise, a great restaurant!

Delicious food, good service, lovely seating on the terrace!

Excellent restaurant. We have been coming here for years and keep coming back!! See you soon!!

Very cozy, good price-quality ratio and very hospitable

Bad, never again. Not recommended.

Cozy restaurant in a prime location. A fantastic terrace in the summer and during good weather. Friendly service and delicious food at a reasonable price.

You can have a delicious lunch there. The menu is extensive. The location is perfect and the service is friendly. Highly recommended.

Had a nice lunch, everything else is good.

Delicious food and great service

Had a delicious meal. Friendly staff, nice terrace with a view, fast service.

We had a delicious meal at the Olle Stee. We had reserved a table on the terrace, but the weather wasn't really cooperating, so we went inside. The service—who turned out to be a former student of mine—was great! My brothers and I grew up in Zuidlaren and we love coming back there; that certainly applies to the Olle Stee as well.

Haven't had any food yet, but I already think it's amazing.

Very dry schnitzel. Pointed this out to the waitstaff and they said "I will pass it on". The hot vegetables were also very mediocre. And the stroganoff sauce was apparently out of stock. All in all, not worth repeating. And the mixed grill was tasteless. Luckily, the pieces were only very small.

Ate here tonight Schnitzel with side dishes and fries Unfortunately, a thin slice of meat of mediocre quality, also just slightly overcooked The beans were much too hard There were also 3 baked baby potatoes on the plate, which I didn't quite understand why they were there (filler?) It was a mediocre meal, which I also indicated when paying They said they would pass this on to the kitchen, but experience shows that in practice, little is done about it

Lovely terrace in the city center. Cozy. Very friendly and relaxed service. Even though we arrived 10 minutes before closing time for lunch, they took their time and the salad and croquettes were delicious. If you are in the area, be sure to stop by.

We enjoy visiting the Olle Stee every now and then to savor a cozy atmosphere that isn't overcrowded, a nice menu, and friendly staff. This time, we both had a Caesar salad with crispy chicken and ordered a large portion of fries to go with it. We found it to be a delicious salad, served on a wooden board on a beautiful plate with a bread roll, butter, and a classic butter knife. In short, together with the drinks we enjoyed, we had a flavorful lunch in every respect. Thank you.

We arrived at this place after walking and had a drink on the terrace. We ordered food at a quarter to seven and received it at five to seven-thirty. We had to catch the bus at a quarter to eight, so we had another fifteen minutes to eat. Little response from the staff. All in all, a shame. Waiting for forty-five minutes for 3 plates of food. Slow pace in the place.

The food was acceptable. The host was very nice.

I found it mediocre; the starter was a 5, the main course was good I must say, dessert nothing special. The service was downright bad, everything took an awfully long time, and when we were shown to the table, they didn't even ask what we wanted to drink or give us a menu. We had to ask for it ourselves. I don't think I will be coming back again.

Very nice restaurant with delicious food! Definitely recommended to sit down here and enjoy vibrant Zuidlaren!

The portions, especially the meat, could be a bit bigger. We had 4x mixed grill and that was on the modest side. There was also quite a difference in portion sizes. Extra fries would have been welcome. It was very tasty though!

A cozy spot in Zuidlaren, had a delicious lunch, very friendly service, and the food was delicious. Definitely worth a repeat visit. Tip... be sure to make a reservation.

Extensive menu, delicious food, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Great place for lunch, drinks, or a hot meal.. Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff.. I feel very comfortable there because I am often alone for a change.. #caregiverforhusband

Good food? We will never know, because we got up and left after being ignored by staff for nearly 15 minutes even though it wasn't a busy time. The next restaurant in town served us instantly...

We come here regularly on the terrace, but this was the first time we sat inside for dinner. There were four of us; luckily we had a reservation because it was otherwise full! Very friendly staff, delicious food, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back, both on the terrace and inside!

In one word: Top! The food, the service, and the atmosphere. We received wonderful assistance and (for the umpteenth time) immensely enjoyed our dinner.

Everything was fine. But a bit noisy due to the crowds.

Had a truly fantastic meal for a reasonable price. Cozy atmosphere in an excellent ambiance. The chef's creativity was truly sublime. This restaurant had been on our wish list to try for a while, but we know for sure that we will be back 👌🏻

Had a great meal with a group of 16 people. Service was also top-notch.

Atmospheric place with friendly service. Tasty dishes for both lunch and dinner. Excellent value for money. We have had dinner here with colleagues several times already. It has been great every time.

Friendly service, delicious food for a good price

Friendly staff. Good layout, plenty of space 👍 Great food for a great price.

The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all absolutely top-notch. We will definitely come back and it is highly recommended.

Delicious lunch on a lovely sunny terrace.

The food was delicious, but the service was particularly wonderful. Friendly and attentive.

A lovely spot to sit... have something tasty to eat and we love coming here... friendly staff... ❤️

Had a lovely time having drinks outside.

We enjoyed our dinner! We will definitely come here more often.

Nice, cozy place to eat! Friendly service and the food is great!

It was an incredibly enjoyable evening with delicious food and tasty accompanying wines! The service was top-notch and everything was explained well!

Enjoyed a delicious sandwich after a bike ride

Always nice to come here for dinner. Or just for a drink. It's not very big, but it is cozy. I went with my son just now and had lunch. A hamburger and a crispy burger with fries. Very tasty. You don't have to wait very long. Actually, just right. Friendly service.

Had a delicious lunch, pita bread with chicken. Keep this on the menu. Despite the crowds, you can still hear each other well.

Delicious food, nice location, friendly service

Great atmosphere, good food for kids, a nice menu, and affordable! Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Always a cozy atmosphere and a great place to sit! Perfect for a good latte or a tasty lunch. I enjoy going here; there's always something delicious on the menu!

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, but the time between arrival and the main course was quite long. We arrived at 6 p.m. and the main course at 7:35 p.m.

Super delicious food. Good quality, great owner.

We had a wonderful meal in a cozy setting! The fish of the day and satay were excellent.

Had a delicious meal with friends. Cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Had a delicious meal, as always.

Due to late reservations, things were a bit hectic, but the staff communicated well and resolved the issue. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We'll definitely be back.

Pleasantly busy and delicious food. Staff efficient, friendly, and professional.

Highly recommended. For lunch, dinner, or just drinks. The friendly and welcoming staff are truly fantastic. Opposite is a large parking lot where you can park; the Zuidlaarden horse market is always held here.

Nice place and a very cozy terrace in the heart of Zuidlaren! Delicious dishes and the service is top-notch!

Cozy atmosphere, everyone really enjoyed our lunch, and the service was very friendly. It's also a great place for dinner! We love coming here. Reservations are recommended, as it's a favorite for many.

Two coffees, a rosé, and a glass of red wine. Which, by the last sip, was literally full of dregs (unnoticed, of course). Such a shame, you're essentially throwing away a third of your wine. I mentioned it to the waitress. She said it had happened before. That's it. I didn't really expect anything, but it also says something about the service; no apology was forthcoming. I think it's a fine place otherwise, but I still left dissatisfied. And 19 euros lighter.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, and the duck breast was amazing! In short, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful meal here. Four of us ate here. The service was quick and the prices were great. You'll definitely be back!

Nice restaurant, friendly service, and food served at a normal pace. Recommended!

The food was okay, and the service was excellent. If it's full, you'll be sitting very close to the adjacent tables, essentially eliminating any privacy. The price was definitely a bit steep for the quality. The appetizer (pictured) was around €30 for two people. Delicious, but really steeply priced.

We had booked online, and upon arrival, they had no idea. Fortunately, it was resolved quickly, and we had a delicious meal.

We had a really enjoyable beer and sausage tasting. The dishes were surprisingly delicious, pairing them with the delicious beer. Highly recommended.

A lovely place for lunch! Super friendly service that caters to your needs and goes the extra mile.

Had a delicious stuffed bread with chicken, among other things. It came with delicious fresh tea. Wonderful atmosphere.

Delicious food in a beautiful setting, excellent, hospitable service, highly recommended. Reservations are recommended.

Cozy, nice staff, tasty dishes.

We enjoyed it. Casual atmosphere, cozy and warm! Price-quality a solid 10. And super friendly staff.

Another delicious meal! Reservations are recommended, as it can get quite busy.

We went to dinner with friends at "Olle Stee" today; it was pleasantly busy! They have a variety of tasty drinks, specialty beers, and an extensive drinks menu. They also have a daily special and several interesting, and what turned out to be, delicious, special offers. We were given time to make our choices and were advised to try something new or different. Everything was well-organized, and it was a pleasant experience.

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent restaurant, generous portions, good variety, good house wines and friendly service

Delicious lunch menu with something for everyone.

What a great staff, cozy living room atmosphere, we will definitely come back again

Delicious food in a small restaurant.

Cozy terrace in the center of Zuidlaren. Nice seating in the sun. Service was excellent. Wide selection on the menu and fast service. Delicious and well-prepared fried eggs. Reasonable price, and the restrooms were also perfectly fine.

The chicken burger was quite greasy from the fryer. The steak had a strange smell. The side dishes were delicious. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.

Last Saturday, we sat down on the patio for a bite to eat and a drink. We didn't see any service at the table. There were a few staff members at the door but they weren't paying attention to the guests. Suddenly, two employees came to the patio, "Ha, maybe we could order something." They started to neatly arrange the tables on the patio. Then we left, which was a very clear signal.

Had a delicious farmer's schnitzel and the cheesecake was also delicious. The staff who work there are friendly.

Great and cozy location. Friendly and helpful service.

Beautiful place, delicious food. Something for everyone. There was a large group there, which made the atmosphere a bit noisy. With a few minor adjustments, they could reduce that.

We had such a delicious meal! On a super cozy terrace, fantastically located in the heart of the village of Zuidlaren.

Good food and super friendly staff. They even catered to food allergies very expertly. The atmosphere was great, and the fact that we were the last to leave wasn't a problem at all. We had a very pleasant evening here with excellent food prepared with care. A fantastic place.
