Perfect restaurant for a delicious dinner

The food was really substandard. I've been here before with the family, but the quality is simply not the same anymore.

The food is good, however, in one round a dish that was ordered was forgotten. The food is fine, but quite pricey. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Words cannot describe it. Delicious food, friendly and cheerful staff. And no time pressure, so no stress.

Visited for the first time today. We were there at 5:00 PM. We had to wait a long time, even though we were the only ones sitting inside, for someone to come and ask if we wanted something to drink and to get an explanation about the tablet. All the food we received was cold, not even lukewarm. There was absolutely no taste. We had to wait a long time for the food every time. They were quick with the drinks and the bill, though. Desserts that were supposed to be cold were lukewarm, and for example, the lava cake was so cold that the chocolate didn't run out. Clearing tables was very poor. The restaurant itself looks neat, but you don't need to come by for the food.

Had a great meal again! Even had the most delicious rosé in a very long time! The only question now is, which one was it? Haha And I don't mean the Pino. But the other fruity rosé on the menu. I am very curious! It was definitely worth repeating!

Always delicious dishes here that change, and with the drinks package included, you can drink just about anything. Always polite service and friendly staff. Onsz is and remains my favorite tapas restaurant.

We certainly had a good meal; Onsz is generally much better than other tapas restaurants. The restaurant is, however, a lot less quiet. The atmosphere is also a bit noisier due to the building as a whole. The staff, however, is as always very friendly, neat, and polite!! They are also helpful with questions. There is a young team on the floor that works very well together and enjoys their work, which certainly made for a successful evening.

An evening out for dinner for two, but we haven't had such a bad meal in years. About 5 years ago, this was still a fine place. Noisy; they definitely need to improve the acoustics, but the food was just fine. Now it is truly downright bad, tasteless. Microwave/oven and deep fryer. Nothing is done about it either when you point out that the food is very mediocre. No complaints about the service; they clear the table neatly and bring orders quickly. The restaurant was half full. Never again for us. Very poor value for money. (And pregnant women, take note: think carefully about what you can and cannot eat. A template is missing for dishes you really shouldn't eat.)

Super friendly and attentive service. The food is perfectly adequate, but don't expect anything special. The biggest drawback is the cacophony of noise. In my opinion, with such a large space, you should think more carefully about soundproofing; it makes the experience so much better.

Nice restaurant, very future-oriented. You get a tablet to serve your food. I just find it rather gross when you order spareribs and then pick up the tablet again. So, I prefer the old one. But otherwise, the food is decent, not really something you'd say "wow," and for that price, maybe once a year. Greetings, me.

Great quality food, just a bit noisy when it's busy inside.

We hadn't been able to find this Onsz location yet, but we ended up here because Hilvarenbeek was closed. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly! One drawback is that you're only open on Christmas afternoon. It would be a huge plus if you could enjoy a delicious, extended meal here in the afternoon, just like at Christmas.

Waiting 45 minutes for your 3rd dish is quite long for an all you can eat restaurant.

Good food at a reasonable price and very pleasant and friendly staff. There is a disabled restroom, but no reserved parking spaces. A minor drawback for the restaurant is the acoustics in the hall; some soundproofing would be welcome.

No more Ons for us. 45-minute wait for main course. Cold food. Tables weren't cleared. Cost almost €65 per person. Disgraceful.

We were seated quickly, but then waited 59 minutes for our starters to arrive. During this time, when we asked about the delay, all we received were repeated apologies and no real explanation or solution. When the main courses finally arrived, the food was cold and poorly cooked, even though the dishes only required proper frying. Several plates also looked nothing like the pictures on the menu. While I understand this is a chain restaurant with mass production, the difference was still disappointing. To make matters worse, the waiter accidentally spilled food on one of us. By this point, the entire evening was already ruined. We asked for some form of compensation, but the very young manager clearly didn’t know how to handle the situation. In the end, we were only offered one free drink, which felt completely inadequate given everything that went wrong. Some of the food combinations especially the lactose-free options were strange and poorly thought out. I expected professional chefs to be working there, but based on the quality and execution of the food, it certainly didn’t feel that way. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and honestly quite traumatizing for my partner and me. We will never be returning.

Expensive for what you can eat. Now, I'm not a big eater, so tapas is an expensive concept for me. The place was packed, so you could easily hear other guests' conversations. I'm not a fan of these chain restaurants.

Smooth service, with almost all tables occupied the dishes arrived within 10 minutes of ordering.

We've been here many times, but the quality has really deteriorated. Undercooked fries, everything was very salty, and the price has gone up dramatically. It took ages for our dishes to arrive each time. The staff were friendly, but twice we almost received dishes we hadn't ordered. Our last visit to Onsz.

Delicious food in a nice atmosphere.

The restaurant's appearance is cozy, the menu has not changed since the beginning, I think. The quality has gone down considerably, carpaccio was almost black and had a strange smell. This was reported to the service, nothing was done about it. Other dishes varied in taste and quality, many fried. We have been there 4 times now, 2x good to reasonable and 2x bad. Must have been the last time.

Been here several times, normally very good but this time significantly less!

Good unlimited food concept. When we entered it was quite busy. Then you notice that the kitchen has trouble with the crowd and serving dishes takes longer. As soon as some tables leave, the serving goes better and smoother. Generally good concept.

The best tapas place I have ever eaten. Delicious food, super friendly staff and a nice place. You don't need more for a successful evening. Plus point: there are playgrounds outside for the little ones.

On a party day there is no management present on desserts just waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes 1 table next to us the people have been gone for more than an hour and the table is still the same as how they left If you ask what time the desserts will come you get no answer back ask other tables where their desserts were apparently the receipt machine is broken

Lots of variety in the dishes, friendly staff who are happy to make an extra effort when needed. We had a great meal! The only downside for me is the crowd, very noisy.

It is a large restaurant. Food tasted fine but was not special. Because of this I found the price quite high. I understand that it is all you can eat, but you will never get this out of it. Staff was friendly.

Nice meal. Operation started well, but over time this somehow deteriorated. Empty dishes were no longer cleared away, less attention was given so you had to make an effort to get in touch for drinks, for example, you asked a question but no follow-up was given. Give staff a little more positivity and a smile and you have a top business.

The food is good, service a little less. Often, the waiters came for the wrong table, twice actually they dropped their tray (once over my 80-year-old grandpa while it's his birthday, and once over my 1.5-year-old son)... One of the waitresses was shaking really bad while servicing, and nobody could hear her talk, we had to figure out what things were by ourselves... Overall, we did have a nice time, but there's definitely room for improvement. Ah, there's also no kids cutlery apparently.

Delicious tapas in a friendly atmosphere. The small dishes are beautiful made up and arrive quite quickly. You can eat as much as you want, 2 small dishes at a time. There is a lot of choice, fish, meat and vegetarian. And delicious desserts! The service is young but very friendly. We have been there before and will definitely come back!

Good food. It is quite big there and we were surprised that the order slips are retyped in the portable of one employee. Why not let customers submit immediately using a tablet?

Surprising friendliness, good food and lots of choice

Cozy atmosphere, staff is very friendly, tapas is really good in taste and quantity. Prices are fair and if you book including drinks, your glass will not be empty, great! The only downside is the quality of the rose, not recommended.

Christmas Eve (24-12-2024) had a great meal at Onsz Berkel-Enschot. It was pleasantly busy. Smooth operation.

Op kerstavond hier gegeten, wat een kwaliteit. Echt complimenten aan de keuken, de gerechtjes waren stuk voor stuk heerlijk. En de bediening was ook heel goed, wij hadden Guusje en wat een toppertje is dat! Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Beautiful restaurant, very atmospheric... sweet and cheerful staff... and of course the food (tappas) is also very tasty and includes desserts 😀

I thought it took a very long time for the food to arrive, sometimes it took up to half an hour, orders were often brought to the table incorrectly, so we could not eat together, we also had to wait a long time to order drinks, we often had to really after asking and that often went wrong with bringing the wrong things to the table. The containers containing the food and the empty bottles/glasses were not collected, and we had to report this several times! While we saw that there were often 3 or 4 people doing nothing, just chatting and looking around. When we asked about something, no one knew what to do/say that no one officially worked for us? Were they all hired? The food was fine, but unfortunately everything surrounding it (waiting times, service and handling) was very disappointing!

I thought the food was relatively expensive for what you ultimately get (not very good quality, I think a lot of it was ready-made/frozen). Service was very good and friendly.

Ate here last Saturday with my family for a reunion. We had the Tapas all-in so you can eat here in the evening without time pressure. With Early-Tapas (slightly cheaper) at 5 p.m. you are limited to a maximum of 2 hours. The service is good and staff are friendly. The atmosphere is a bit less personal because it was quite busy and we had a large group passing by our table who were quite noisy and exuberant. The food consists of a large and wide choice of small snacks. We received a bowl of cold fries once, but the rest was just good and delicious. A different experience of course as an a la carte restaurant. There is a reasonable parking space at this restaurant. Otherwise, park at an adjacent church where there is also parking space.

We had a delicious meal again and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were children of other guests who were playing quite loudly. We told the staff that and then things calmed down

Last weekend we had a delicious meal here with the family. You have a wide choice of different smaller dishes here. The quality of the tapas is superb. Every dish was delicious and everything always arrived hot at the table. The price is good for the amount of food and its quality. Dishes didn't take long to arrive, but we still enjoyed them for almost 4 hours. The staff and service are excellent. In short, it is highly recommended to eat here. We will definitely come back!

We had dinner here tonight and it was great!!! Everything deliciously prepared. Fast service with the food and drinks. We sometimes go to Bistro Merlijn in Oosterhout or t Zusje, but all 4 of us thought the taste of the food here was even better, including the atmosphere, and you don't sit so close to each other. So all in all worth repeating. Thank you for the nice evening!!! We left at 5:30 PM and didn't go home until 11:00 PM.

Nice restaurant where you can eat unlimited tapas. We had drinks included and had to attract attention more often to order drinks. Food was good. I personally found tables very close together and therefore bothered by everyone's conversations. Free parking in front of the door.

De avond was prima, gerechtjes niet hoogstaand maar dart mag je voor die prijs niet verwachten. Personeel was aardig en deed zijn best, was niet echt druk en bediening was chaotisch, volgens mij 2 die hun eerste avond hadden, iedereen moet het leren.......... Ik moest ruim 200 euro afrekenen voor 4 personen op een woensdagavond, tot hier prima. Het probleem kwam 's-nachts.... 2 van ons vieren werden hartstikke ziek, het liep er van boven en van onder uit. De volgende dag contact gehad met de vraag of ze meer klachten hadden van mensen die ziek zijn geworden. Hun reactie was ; nee, wat vervelend, beterschap. Jammer dat je na een avondje uit zo ziek wordt, als het er eentje is dan snap ik dat maar als er 2 alles uitkotsen dan is er meer aan de hand...... Voor ONS geen ONSZ meer........

Excellent staff, nice and helpful. Food has been frozen a lot, ready to eat. When choosing the products, a b product was chosen. What you taste. Furthermore, we sat at a round table much too close to the walkway of the play area, so you had to keep moving for noisy children without patience.
