Waiting 20 minutes for waiter (who is missing?) to take your order. Meanwhile chef is happily chatting with his friend who he prioritized the pizza for instead of customers. Then chef proceeds to take the order of another customer who came after us. Could it be racism ? Because I’m with Asian friends ? Whatever Don’t come to this branch. Incompetent and slow

Beautiful Neapolitan atmosphere!

Small but nice place, simply furnished with details of the Napoli team; in a decentralized position but very convenient to the center and the parking, right in front of our hotel. Really good and digestible Neapolitan pizza, normal prices and impeccable service. Our waiter, Riccardo, was helpful and friendly, he recommended an excellent beer and served us quickly and carefully.

Today June 14th I went to this pizzeria to eat 2 margheritas. The pizzas were holed and burnt, the pizza chef was sweaty, he was singing while shouting and swearing, I asked him questions and he answered as if he were drunk.. The place was super hot and there wasn't even a fan. The waitress with blonde hair served well in private when she washed her hands and then dried them on her clothes.. Judge for yourself!

When we saw the long queue outside we felt excited to try . We ordered Margaritas and Tirmuso but they were less than average. They don’t deserve that long queue outside. The worst thing they force you to order more even if you just want to try small things first.

People there are nice but the Margherita pizza is literally awful. Not even worth a Euro. The Sweet Termisso is also bad. I'm not sure why it is crowded there. Guys,make your food better at least worth the price !!

O'Panuozzo is hands down the best pizza restaurant in Utrecht. Italians who know what they're doing. This location on Voorstraat specifically is very cozy and cramped, which adds to the experience in my opinion. If you like a private dining experience this location is not for you. And they have a cute cat (which is important to note for people with allergies or fear of cats). It sits on your lap if it feels like it. Don't be saddened when the front has no space, there is some in the back as well. The only thing I noticed is that with reservations it is sometimes confusing which place you'll end up at. I reserved once at Mariastraat and ended up at the one next to the station, after receiving this note on the day itself. I chose the one at Mariastraat on purpose (the atmosphere specifically) so it was a bit sad to see you cannot really trust your reservation.

Box is renproof! Pizza is not cut. Tastes good but is awkward to eat because of the cheese. They don't do Jallah Jallaah.

Pizza is OK but “you have to order one pizza each” “you need to leave in hour” like regulations takes all the joy out.

The only truly Neapolitan pizza in Holland. We live in Groningen and come to Utrecht whenever we can to enjoy it... truly amazing. The staff are always amazing, but today we met Desi and Altea, really lovely.

The pizza is very delicious, normal that it is so full. Pizza made in a wood oven. €15-€17 a pizza.

One of the best places in Nl to eat pizzas and also they got a cat so right away 5 stars minimum.

The pizza was really delicious! Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seems mainly focused on a quick turnaround of customers, which quickly makes you feel rushed. We had to wait outside in the cold until a table was available, and once inside it turned out that the tables were literally only five centimeters apart, way too tight if you ask me. We were served spa red from a plastic bottle, which didn't really add to the experience. All in all, it's better to pick up a pizza here than sit down and eat

The pizza here is always so amazing. Today I tried a desert as well and really liked it too! The prices are a bit high but I think that its one of the only places with authentic pizza. I would recommend!!

Small and cosy Italian place, super fun and very Italian hospitality. Had two panuozzi one vegetarian and one with porchetta and both really tasty and a Babá, the mozzarella di bufala was very nice! Would really recommend

Did eat a lot here in the past, always great quality pizza. But didn’t really order yet for delivery. Got the delivery perfectly in time delivered by Momo. Enjoyed the pizzas very much.

Waited 45 minutes for a pizza that was half burnt. While the mushrooms were probably still in the nursery, the artichoke consisted of two shreds, 1.5 olives and let's not even talk about the cheese, or lack thereof. Loud music that made it impossible to have a conversation and tables that almost fell apart in misery. The "best" pizzeria in Utrecht???? Get your head out of your ass and make sure you make that happen. Never experienced such a bad pizza before. This also applied to the pizzas of my table companions. WORTHLESS!! Waitress was nice and therefore 3 stars for her.

Solid pizza cozy atmosphere, (The store's cat was sitting next to us. Apparently she's always nice, except when she was with us she was a bit aggressive.) Employees reacted immediately and put her away

The best “panuozzo” and pizza in the Netherlands, finally. It’s an habit to come here whenever I’m in Utrecht, and Marco (the “pizza maker”) always manage to satisfy my neapolitan nostalgia. He always shows entushiasm and happiness during his work, even in busier days, and never losing quality. Also, the best “o panuozzo” of the three shops that are in Utrecht. Highly recommended if you want to try a pizza that’s truly worthy of its name.

Cozy place in the heart of Utrecht. The staff was friendly, but the food left something to be desired. The pizza looked more like a thick pancake and the snack board was messy and pricey. Unfortunately we also had to wait a long time for our food.

We moved to Holland recently and when we miss our pizza we go to O' panuozzo... What can I say, delicious pizza, top staff, Desire and Marta were welcoming and professional, very nice. Go and try you won't regret it... Highly recommended.

We snuck in just before closing and they made us a couple of pizzas to go. The dough and the tomato base were both absolutely brilliant. We had to take away but we walked past the next day and the atmosphere inside looked really fun. I didn’t ask about vegan options but just had the veggie pizzas without cheese and it was fab.

The pizza was delicious, tasty yet light! We had one pizza each!!! The atmosphere friendly and fresh! The service quick and efficient! The staff were smiling although they were constantly running up and down!!! Altea waited on us and she was really sweet!!! Thank you!!!

Real Neapolitan pizza, top service

This place is very average. The pizzas are so dense, they aren’t risen and aren’t at all light and digestible like you’d want/expect from Napolitana pizza. The service is really poor, the girl working there told me they only accept cash (which I didn’t have) and she made me walk around to find an arm. But she was just lying and trying to get me to pay cash because their wifi sucks and sometimes the eftpos machine takes a while to load. It’s also pretty expensive.

Good pizzas. But that's all there is to it. Atmosphere was hard to find. We were put in a corner at the back while someone from the staff complained about us. We had to try hard to get something ordered afterwards. This took forever. The overall decoration of the restaurant also screams fluorescent light and unpleasant. I would rather go to the other branches.

We ordered focaccia caprese as a starter in which the focaccia was made with the pizza dough which disappointed me a lot, and two pizzas that were good although the dough is a little dense, the prices are good I think we will repeat but we will know what to order better

What a good place, the food excellent in taste and quality-price-product. The attention is very good and fast. Don't be fooled if it looks small at first impression, there are many more tables inside the premises.

The pizza was good not outstanding, specifically the calabrese. The calzone we got was really doughy soggy and drowning in cheese inside. More similar to what they’d call a panzerotti elsewhere.

Really delicious Pizza! Small location but together with the nice Pizza it brought back some memories from a Napoli pizzeria ;-) Will definitely come back! Only my beers glasses were not filled up to 0.5 l. More like 0.4 l. If that happens the next time I might say something.

Do not recommend. We got delivery from this location. For two pizzas, we paid €37! The pizzas were awful and nothing like when we have eaten at the restaurant. One pizza was so salty we couldn’t eat it. The other pizza was bald; 1/2 of the pizza was just dry sauce along the edges. Robbery. Do NOT recommend, at least for delivery.

I’m Italian , I was visiting Utrecht and found this place which attracted me with the delicious aroma of pizza ☺️ service was amazing, pizza delicious and beer ice cold . Perfect! (Just the tables a bit to close but I get that it’s always full and they try to optimize the space). Definitely recommended!!
