Oriental to Go in Oud-Strijp

I have been coming here regularly ever since I moved to Eindhoven. Back in the day, I couldn't make saoto myself, but fortunately, I can now. 😂 Still, it remains fun to eat a saoto here every now and then, naturally accompanied by a tasty snack. I also always enjoy a chicken curry sandwich or chicken risolles. The food is tasty and ideal if you want to grab a quick bite. You can take it away, but you can also just sit down in the restaurant. If you are going specifically for the saoto, you sometimes have to be quick. It can sell out surprisingly fast, sometimes within three quarters of an hour. Unfortunately, that has happened to me a few times, and the disappointment is great. 😂 The staff is friendly and helpful, the interior is clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Nowadays, they even have a robot that comes to serve the food. Super funny to see. After all these years, it is still a trusted spot for me for a saoto and a tasty snack. Definitely recommended if you want to eat quickly and deliciously!

It's right next to Oriental Plaza. I tried it once after shopping. The machine ordering is convenient, then you pick up your food at the counter when your number is called. There are also QR codes for ordering at the dine-in area (but they seemed difficult to use). I guess they'll be using robots to deliver the food. Honestly, I don't understand the menu's structure, and the dishes didn't look very appetizing, so I chose a simple shrimp sandwich. The taste was so-so, I probably won't come back.

The best Soto in Brabant. My regular stop when I'm in Eindhoven.

Everything is available for our eyes and mouth. Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, all kinds of vegetables, spices, ready meals. Kitchen accessories, etc. a lovely store!

Not good food at all, in my opinion. If it were cheaper, I'd understand. Low-quality fast-food buffet.

Delicious sandwich! The interior is very clean, the atmosphere and service are good. We'll be back to try more.

Warm food not warm. Not friendly to stomach.

I got a bubble tea and it was the worse that I have ever had. Very diluted and there was no option to control the sugar. On top of that tapioca was tasting weird. For the cost, it is not at all worth it.

It was very busy on the Saturday afternoon we were there. The choice is wide and the service is good. The robot is a nice addition. The food is good for what you would expect from a buffet restaurant. It's good food for a reasonable price in my opinion. The bubble tea was good and recommended.

A restaurant where you can order good Asian food. I took the royal box which was really big. Bubble tea was delicious too. I will definitely come back here again

Autistic management. Filling the Bara sandwich with, for example, a Rendang, instead of the worthless options on the menu, is not possible. Friendly service. Quality of food looks good. But whoever is in charge is as cramped as a sore hamstring.

The Service is quick and friendly. It is very comfortable to order and there is a lot to choose from. My wife and I were very excited to try so many things we knew we love. Unfortunately the quality is not that great, especially in context of the high pricing. We were very disappointed by the food. The Bubble Tea is great though!

The food was very tasty, but an employee was very rude because we had gotten our own drinks from next door, but apparently that was not allowed and we did not know that. after this she kept staring at us. This is a shame, but I will go to another oriental next time

As fast food, the taste is really good, especially Indonesia style meats. Vegs are less interesting. Spicy noodle is good. Inside seating area is also pleasant. Although not sure why on google map the description for the restaurant is “hongkong style”. To me there are more Indonesia food there.

Erg lekker en vers eten waar we vaak gebruik van maken na het winkelen. Er is volop keuze is verschillende gerechten met verschillende bereidingswijzen. Je kunt hier afhalen of eten in het restaurant. Ze hebben pas verbouwd waardoor het er mooi en modern uitziet. Je kunt ook bestellen bij zuilen, zoals bij de mc Donald's. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Erg aan te raden als je snel en lekker wil eten.

Geweldig eten. Ik heb nu al spijt dat ik niet eerder hier iets gehaald hebt. Zoveel keuzes en alles was fantastisch van wat ik geprobeerd heb. Ook fijn dat je via een scherm kan bestellen, dan heb je toch wat meer tijd om rond te neuzen. Daarnaast was de bediening ook zeer vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader en kan niet wachten om nog een keer terug te gaan.

Restaurant ziet er super uit sins de renovatie! Assortiment is breed en smakelijk Personeel is attend en denkt mee Corona maatregelen en de manier hoe het personeel dit handhaaft, is het beste wat ik heb meegemaakt in Eindhoven en Amsterdam! Amazing guys

It's AMAZING food and it is not very expensive. The bubble tea is awesome. The people who work there are nice too. :)

Ruime keus maar je proeft gewoon dat het eten niet vers is! Het ziet er ook niet echt smakelijk uit allemaal. maar het kan er mee door

Die Bedienung ist freundlich und wir mussten auch nicht lange warten. Die Auswahl ist riesig für so eine Art von Restaurant. Die Menge ist ausreichend um satt zu werden, jedoch ist die Qualität recht schlecht. Das Essen war nicht sehr warm und die Suppe hatte den Geschmack von altem Öl. Außerdem waren wir danach den ganzen Tag durstig wie Ponys.

Too much seasoning in food, we both have a huge demand to drink lots of water afterwards! The soup is really not as good as it should be, they use something expired and with a heavy taste of 'long time oil'. Can only say if you are really hungry, then somewhere makes you not painful. But if you expect a place to enjoy, better walk a bit to the KleinerBerg area for real lekker food.
