Pandy Food in Wijk 02 Almere Stad

I ordered a kapsalon and, due to an allergy, indicated that I didn't want garlic sauce, but only sambal. Yet, I received a kapsalon with garlic sauce and no sambal. Furthermore, the "large" portion was incredibly meager and could easily have been passed off as a "small." The rest of the order was also cold, and the baguette was burnt. When I called to ask for a solution, the conversation was very difficult because the employee didn't speak Dutch. The phone call was unpleasant, and they said that a kapsalon without garlic sauce wasn't possible because it was supposedly "standard," something not mentioned in the description, and I had clearly stated that I only wanted sambal. A refund wasn't an option. They said I would be called back within 10 minutes, but after waiting 25 minutes, I called again myself. No solution was offered; according to them, the dish was prepared correctly. When I asked why a suitable solution wasn't possible, they even laughed at me, and ultimately, they simply hung up. In short: bad service and bad food. I'll never order from here again.

Horrible service. Your food arrives two hours later, and they hang up on you as soon as you call. Not recommended if you want to eat on time.

We regularly come here for takeout, and I'm never disappointed. The kapsalon and wings are my favorites right now. The food tastes fresh and is always hot.

Delivery time was supposed to be 45 minutes. They delivered something two hours later, and we had to call first. The order ended up being incomplete. When we called about it and tried to discuss service and delivery, the person was extremely agitated, and the conversation ended with us saying we should order from somewhere else next time. What a...!!!

Horrible restaurant. I don't write reviews often, but I really have to share this to protect others. Don't order anything here. I called them and got a rude, disinterested man on the phone. Mid-conversation, he said, "Have a nice evening!" I hadn't even finished talking yet. I thought I'd grab something to eat late at night. I ordered, but they didn't arrive for almost two hours. I already had a bad feeling about the food, partly because of the bad reviews, which are absolutely undeniable! I went to open my burger, and it fell apart immediately. It was sticky, and the bread was incredibly dry. Truly scandalous. See the photos. I ordered desserts, cheesecake and tiramisu, completely frozen! They are very unreachable after you've ordered. This is disrespectful. Don't order from here, because you're guaranteed to regret it.

Got cold fries and chicken nuggets. I called because I waited almost two hours for my order and received cold food. I was told, "Sir, that's not possible. We also deliver to Amsterdam, and that's not cold." Very rude on the phone! If you want hot food and on time, don't order from here!

The normal delivery time would have been 90 minutes if I hadn't called. Then got a stomach ache and went to the toilet twice within 30 minutes and super slow delivery person. I deliver myself and would have been 10x faster and more efficient

I ordered a hair salon and then there was a hair in my food and I called them about it and the gentleman suddenly couldn't go to the Netherlands and 2 seconds later they hung up out of nowhere and then didn't answer again.

Well, I ordered a cheeseburger with aloe vera and the Cheeseburger was cold and with a greasy long hair on it. They forgot to deliver my drink, so I called to ask if they would still deliver, then he pretended not to understand Dutch and then tried to explain in English that a drink was missing from the order and asked the address and said they would still bring... Message from at least 1 year ago: Delicious, creamy pasta. Staff are friendly. Pasta is prepared on time and ready for pickup on time. 29-11-2023: Also enjoying delicious, creamy and spicy Arrabiata pasta with Parmesan cheese. Kapsalon van bijna 13 euro, erg prijzig!

De Spareribs BBQ zijn erg lekker en ook zeker aan te raden. De bezorging vind ik echter wel teleurstellend. Reken op zeker 20 - 30 minuten vertraging.

The pizza here is real amazing and I would like to recommend try this taste. They have a great toppings selection.❤

Op de site besteld voor afhaal. 1:41 mocht ik het komen afhalen & pas om 2:10 kreeg ik het eten. Het eten hier gaat steeds meer achteruit helaas…

Eten was niet meer warm heb 50+ min gewacht terwijl ik heb neergezet ‘zo snel mogelijk’ en bezorger zei heel zachtjes ‘hi’ en liep gelijk zonder ook maar een normale ‘fijne’ avond te zeggen. Dat laatste is natuurlijk wel prima maar dat erbij naast de rest is een beetje raar he.. graag beter op letten
