Nile Sphinx in Wijk 02 Almere Stad

My food arrived an hour late. Upon arrival, it looked like it had fallen on the floor. The fries were undercooked and soggy. I received no compensation for the late delivery. My crispy chicken "menu" contained exactly 5 fries. I miss the previous owner; bring Baba back 😤

Unfortunately, the rice is old and dried out. I won't order from here because the service is very poor and they don't look for a solution.

The rice was completely dried out and hard. Then you call about this, and the person is incomprehensible and says the rice is just fresh out of the pan, right back to the last time.

I got the wrong drink with my meal, and I found the conversation about getting the right drink anything but easy. Did I just want the current one? No, I'll order what I want anyway. They didn't arrive until 1:15 later with a lukewarm drink.

I think this shop makes very good pizza and the meat dishes are awesome, only they are little expensive a big pita with shoarma for € 16,- but you can easily fill 3-4 pita's with the amount of meat you get.

Picked up food, waited 45 minutes, order was wrong, even though we checked it there. When we got home, the shawarma was inedible, meat hard and dry. They also had a kapsalon where you could count the fries. Don't buy food here, it's a waste of money.

This used to be the shawarma place in Almere after going out. But never again. I ordered a "lamb kapsalon" and it was ridiculous. The meat was dry and tough, and I seriously doubt it was even lamb. The NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority) should inspect this and give a definitive answer. The quality was seriously subpar. Save yourself.

They're scammers, charging more than what's listed on the menu, and it's incredibly unhygienic. The shawarma was incredibly dry; it seemed like it had been reheated several times.

Food is very good and tasty. Been coming here for over 12 years. A kapsalon with rice is not to be missed here.

Ordered 2 pizzas Almere by phone. The website states that the pizza costs 14.50 each. We picked up the pizzas and paid 35 euros. Huh how is it possible?? The person who works there said that it was more expensive to opalize a pizza because of the washing up... funny story. They don't have dishes to pick up 2 pizzas This is very bad. They're just scammers. Never again!!!!

Order placed by phone to pick up food discussion with the owner at the time of pick up that we had not ordered anything phone number verified and was called a liar never again ridiculous for words this!! Done with this case!!! Eating at the neighbors but getting food from Jerusalem and the staff was wonderfully friendly and the food was delicious. I'll get food again soon!!

If you have regularly ordered the same food for more than a year and suddenly you see a deviation in the quantity, you will wonder whether this was accidental or intentional. This time it was half a chicken fillet and half a kebab, which you might even think was someone else's leftovers. I doubt I will order from here again. And that's a shame, because this is not the first takeout restaurant in Almere with these kinds of practices.

Really, ordered at the counter.... 50 minutes later I asked where my order is.... busy busy busy meniere.... stop it man. 6 people in the kitchen with the courier there..... got a large shawarma sandwich... for 11.50!!!! Meat is extremely dry....Never again!!!!

Not ordering here anymore gave me stomach problems. Was told by one of the delivery people that their kitchen is not clean. Prices are high but food is less and give you fries that are not freshly fried and the doner didn't seem fresh either it was dry and hard.

I order more often and never have anything to complain about, today I received limp, dirty cold fries with 95% meat instead of a decent kapsalon. The person I spoke to on the phone was also very rude and did not want to come up with a solution.

I order from here very often, but after our order yesterday we started having stomach problems. The meat also had chunks in it that tasted very strange. Lamb shawarma was not fresh and I don't think it was 100% lamb either. Normally I call to report this, but I think this is a shame as we are regular customers. And for that price it could really be better.

Sorry, we were treated kindly, but that was the only positive thing I can say. This was not worth €16.50. The shawarma was tough and the bun was limp.

Best grill room in Almere, chicken fillet dish is delicious, shawarma could be a little less dry. But sphinx is a concept.

Ordered food but it was not tasty, the onion sauce smells very sour and the food also smells sour, my mother took a few bites of it and is very sick! In the meantime you call the company and we are threatened on all sides and even rude staff at the door never again!!!!

Wij hebben een xxl kapsalon besteld laat in de avond. De doner was lekker, echter zat er bijna geen rauw kost op de kapsalon en de patatjes waren erg zacht en wit van kleur. Leek wel of deze niet in de frituur gezeten hebben Na de volgende dag meteen gebeld te hebben konden jullie niets voor ons betekenen. Dat is jammer

Ik heb in tijden niet meer zo'n uitstekende shoarma gehad. Heerlijke sausjes erbij. Ga snel weer terug.

Vandaag twee pizza’s afgehaald. Ontevreden over de kwaliteit van de service. Ze gaan gerust een discussie met je aan voor twee extra bakjes saus, die ze op de bestelbon wel aangegeven maar niet meerekenen door een fout in het systeem. Na 5-10 minuten discussiëren hebben ze toegegeven dat er een fout zit in het systeem. Wat krijg je ervoor terug, niet eens een dank of excuses voor miscommunicatie of het feit dat de pizza’s uiteindelijk koud zijn geworden. Uiteindelijk tegen betaling toch 2 extra bakjes meegekregen. Ik ga volgende keer wel ergens anders bestellen.

Wat een teleurstelling. Midi broodje lamsshoarma is gewoon een normaal pita broodje met een klein bakje shoarma, die droog en koud is. Niet eens wat sla erbij o.i.d. en daar 8 euro voor vragen. Voelt bijna als oplichting. Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Altijd goede shoarma en lekkere kapsalon!!! Vriendelijk personeel en per a buis 2x betaald voor 1 bestelling. De volgende dag de 2e gekregen van het huis na laten zien van de dubbele betaling.

Eens gegeten daar en moet zeggen nog nooit zo’n lekkere calzone gehad, en uiteraard geweldige service.

Bezorging ging volgens afspraak, vriendelijk aan de telefoon en een vriendelijke bezorger. Pizza calzone smaakte heerlijk maar helaas was er wel iets mis, mijn man en ik zijn later op de avond beide ziek geworden. Niks raars geproefd en alles zag er goed verzorgd uit.....wij hebben, denk ik, gewoon pech gehad

Eten was prima, wat je verwacht.. maar, we kregen 25% van onze bestelling niet. Geen excuses, alleen chaos aan de telefoon en "ja is goed". We misten 2 redbull, patat en rijst. Dus een waarde van bijna €10,-. Excuses was op z'n plaats geweest. En nogmaals het is een shoarma tent, je krijg shoarma tent kwaliteit.

Ik heb hier soms eten besteld en het eten was heerlijk. Vooral de pizza met gegrilde kip erop. Als je in de buurt bent is dit zeker een goede tent om te gaan eten en als je geen zin hebt kan je ook nog bestellen.

Gezellig gezeten en gezellige mensen die daar werken... Ze kijken je niet het eten in je mond zodat je snel weer plek maakt voor anderen. Easy going en netjes uitleg geven over wat ze me aanbevelen kunnen. Was een gezellige avond. Gekal die nare reviews voornamelijk bij bezorging, ik ken ze via een vriend die bij iets dat fout bezorgd was, vroeg of ze het nu wilden naleveren of volgende week als hij weer op zijn werk bestellen ging. Zelfs na 2 weken kreeg hij gewoon een pizza gratis erbij.

Altijd goed eten, en de mensen zijn super aardig!
