Dew lachman in Wijk 02 Almere Stad

Got a nice fish fillet and 4 herring today. I asked for extra onions and pickles. Yes, yes, she said... but I only got one bag of onions and one bag of pickles. I've been getting fish here for years... I don't know why 😡

I ordered a kapsalon and, due to an allergy, indicated that I didn't want garlic sauce, but only sambal. Yet, I received a kapsalon with garlic sauce and no sambal. Furthermore, the "large" portion was incredibly meager and could easily have been passed off as a "small." The rest of the order was also cold, and the baguette was burnt. When I called to ask for a solution, the conversation was very difficult because the employee didn't speak Dutch. The phone call was unpleasant, and they said that a kapsalon without garlic sauce wasn't possible because it was supposedly "standard," something not mentioned in the description, and I had clearly stated that I only wanted sambal. A refund wasn't an option. They said I would be called back within 10 minutes, but after waiting 25 minutes, I called again myself. No solution was offered; according to them, the dish was prepared correctly. When I asked why a suitable solution wasn't possible, they even laughed at me, and ultimately, they simply hung up. In short: bad service and bad food. I'll never order from here again.

Filthy little place with rude staff. Dry shawarma sandwich 17 euros and not even any lettuce with it. The stomach ache and diarrhea afterwards were free, though. NEVER AGAIN HERE!

I had expected better food. It was not possible to sit in the children's corner. That is not recommended if you are visiting with a child. It is a bit annoying when different waiters come to take your order. Colleagues should coordinate among themselves who serves which table.

My döner sandwich the other day.⛔️👎 The meat was cold and the sauce wasn't piped through the meat properly.⛔️👎 Ate a bone-dry bun after 3 bites...👎€8 down the drain.. The location is good though, right next to Almere Centrum train station.✅️ This is last-minute emergency food, when you really have no time..
