Pannenkoe Ridderkerk in Drievliet

Door de jaren heen, gaat de kwaliteit van deze vestiging, langzaam aan steeds verder achteruit. Jaren geleden voor ons 5 **. Nu hooguit nog 2 **. Dit betreft niet alleen het eten, maar ook de uitstraling van het geheel. Als je vaste klanten wil behouden en nieuwe klanten aantrekken, dient het interieur en exterieur tip top in orde te zijn. Hier is al meerdere jaren onvoldoende aandacht aan besteed en wordt het een smoezelig geheel. Vanavond op het terras gegeten. De meeste tafelbladen zijn inmiddels flink doorgezakt. Hierdoor niet fraai om te zien en dus ook niet uitnodigend. Nog afgezien van het ongemak hiervan. Het is ook geen gezicht als men bierviltjes onder tafelpoten neerlegt om deze te stabiliseren. Men kan de bierviltjes beter gebruiken waarvoor ze bedoeld zijn en dus onder de glazen neerleggen. Overigens zijn de bierglazen steeds slechts voor 75 tot 80% gevuld. Een onaardige manier om er over de rug van de klanten, zelf beter van te worden. Aanbeveling: Schaf nieuw weerbestendig meubilair aan van goede kwaliteit en met verstelbare onderzijde van de pootjes. Zodat je de bierglazen met een gerust hart volledig kan vullen! Op deze heerlijke zomeravond in mei 2025 was het binnen geheel leeg en buiten slechts 7 tafels bezet. Desondanks duurde het veel langer dan gebruikelijk om de gerechten te serveren. Waarbij men net als de vorige keer het bestek was vergeten. Heel kortzichtig om bij het opgeven van de bestelling niet direct de tafel te dekken. Maar ook bij het serveren niet eens zien dat er geen bestek is en dat je daar notabene om moet vragen. Heel slordig. En een ijsje serveren met een vorkje is ook uit den boze. Mijn eega bestelde o.a. een pannenkoek met aardbeien, slagroom en ijs. Bij het verlate serveren was het ijs op de pannenkoek echter al geheel gesmolten en bleef er niet veel meer over dan een nattige brei. Tip: serveer het ijs voortaan apart! Mijn Barbekoe Premium Angus Burger was veel te doorbakken en aan de buitenzijde hierdoor grotendeels zwart. Derhalve een smakeloze Burger en bovendien met rauwe uien i.p.v. gebakken zoals vermeld op de menukaart. Mogelijk waren de meegebakken uien teveel verbrand en heeft men deze vervangen door rauwe. Verder was de Premium Angus Burger in tegenstelling tot het verleden, nu gelardeerd met vieze stukjes vet. De naam Premium Angus Burger, kan men daarom beter wijzigen in Vet Burger. Of een product leveren, wat zijn naam wel eer aan doet. Overigens waren de bijgeleverde frietjes lauw i.p.v. warm. Als je een opmerking maakt over de kwaliteit van het voorgeschotelde, krijg je enkel als antwoord: Misschien is het eenmalig en de volgende keer beter! Mogelijk denken voormalige gasten net als wij en komen hierdoor ook niet meer terug! Tot slot een opmerking over de bodembedekking van het kinderspeeltuintje. Deze bestaat uit houtsnippers welke doordrenkt zijn met een vieze bruine substantie (olie), welke afgeeft op kleding, schoenen en de huid van de kinderen. Vervang dit a.u.b. door naturel houtsnippers, welke niet afgeven! En zeer waarschijnlijk beter zijn voor hun gezondheid en het milieu.

The food was good, the service was friendly and quick. We went around 3, which was pretty quiet. Hamburger tasted great! My wife loved the ham and cheese pancake.

Nice location, very friendly service and delicious pancakes. Playground for the kids and 2 striking details that we have not encountered before; a senior ice cream sundae and the soft drink is served in the bottle with a straw through the cap. The latter saves a glass and a lot of loose caps and the ice cream sundae for seniors is just the right size if you no longer have room for "his bigger brother". The only cow in the "pasture" could still use some paint, but otherwise a nice location

Delicious food and friendly service. Empty tables were cleaned in between, and the children's play corner was also not skipped. And the toilets were spotless too. Definitely recommended.

Delicious pancakes that give you diarrhea (specifically the chocolate ones). It does take a bit of time to get your pancake and it is a bit expensive but other than that it is great

Simple and effective, especially for parents with children. The staff also seems well prepared. Friendly, neat, with a smile on the face. They offer children an outdoor playground, an indoor play area and attributes for eating. And in addition! The pancakes are delicious, just like the poffertjes, but the burger is also great and the satay is filling and tasty. Nobody comes here because it's a star place, but I was honestly surprised that they offer really good food! And delicious beer, specially brewed by De Molen. A good experience for parents with kids, children's parties and large families.

Walked in the Oosterpark and then had a delicious cappuccino with my husband. Unfortunately with a soggy apple pie that came out of the freezer and was stuck to the plate. And there was little taste to it, which is a shame. Fortunately, we were able to order it without the QR code, because we find this very cumbersome.

Good restaurant. We were a group of 16 and were helped kindly. Appetizer, something to drink and then the order. All 16 main courses were there almost at the same time, with the exception of two. They came a little later, but not too much. The pancakes themselves were delicious!

Reservering gemaakt via de website, en na een aantal dagen wachten op bevestiging maar eens gebeld, blijkt dat ze het online reserveringssysteem helemaal niet gebruiken. Helaas was op het moment van bellen het restaurant al volgeboekt voor onze datum.

Me and my girlfriend arrived at exactly 11:00 am. (I checked this on a mobile phone) The gate outside was not locked after feeling. So we went inside. Once inside, the employee's first question was whether the gate was open. We said that we had felt and that the gate was indeed unlocked, but we thought this was a strange question and immediately felt unwelcome. Afterwards the employee said that it was not very neat and that we should have waited outside until the gate was opened (i.e. gate doors are open from each other). Once again he said that he didn't think it was nice of us and afterwards he said that we could choose a table. We absolutely didn't need this anymore. We were treated like toddlers and very customer unfriendly if you had to come in like that. Unfortunately we immediately turned around. It's a shame, I've been coming here for years and I've always felt very welcome. Because of all this I doubt whether I will come again. Greetings from a very disappointed customer

The pancake house Pannekoe Ridderkerk is located in Ridderkerk on the edge of the Oosterpak. Next to the restaurant there is a petting zoo and a small outdoor playground. The pancakes are neatly served and they have a selection of hot and cold drinks. There is a play corner for children. When the weather is nice they have a large terrace where you can sit in or out of the shade.

It was the first time for us and not far from home. We had a delicious meal. In a beautiful place. Will definitely come back here.

What a nice place after a walk with the dog to refuel with a drink and something tasty. They are so animal friendly. They were very sweet to our Dutch Shepherd. He was immediately given a bowl of water. We were helped kindly and the service was fast. Food was tasty.

We have already eaten at this restaurant several times and that is not without reason, so I would like to give it a maximum number of stars! There is plenty of choice on the menu with good prices and it really tastes fantastic. There is plenty of parking in a natural environment and the toilets are clean, this is what I find very important in a restaurant! I don't have children myself, but children feel more than welcome, the little ones are taken into account to keep them entertained. It is wheelchair friendly, always indicate when booking and make a reservation anyway, then you are assured of a spot. Highly recommended!

I'm sorry... but what a disaster for the first time. Received the wrong food, waited a lot of time, the fresh mint tea was anything but fresh... On almost every table I see people complaining and sending something back... I only see "children" working without any adults to stop the chaos... What a shame, this used to be one of our favorite spots...

We have been here again and it was great again. Immediately after our 50th wedding anniversary we discussed doing a pancake arrangement with brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Ate here last week with the 4 of us for our 6 year old son. We had to wait more than an HOUR for 4 pancakes, you understand that a 6 year old child cannot wait an hour for a pancake. We had to ask several times where our food was, the chef apparently first chooses who he serves his food to first, so there were 3 tables that came after us that were 2 of us and received food earlier, even a couple who waited 10 minutes. sat was already fed. Ridiculous! It seems to me that you should be served food in order, especially when it comes to pancakes. The service was not very good, except for 1 lady, the lady serving was very friendly and found it very annoying that we had to wait so long unnecessarily. The pancake itself was mhaa, a bit raw on the inside and what a price for a pancake these days. Too bad... because with good pancakes and top service you can run a fantastic restaurant.

It's very nice that they think about dietary requirements here and also offer vegan pancakes. Helpful staff, and we had a very friendly waitress. What made this evening completely good, however, was the high customer friendliness: when I had been waiting for my vegan pancake for a few minutes, the waitress came to apologize that it took a little longer, and even offered a drink on the house to make up for it. To make up. So my sincere compliments for the staff and customer service at this location - this makes the difference between a good meal and a really nice experience :)

Tasty pancake and friendly service

Had lunch here with our children (5 and 1 years old). I had an egg roll and a chicken sandwich, and the children had pancakes. Our daughter had a children's menu with poffertjes that included a nice little something and an ice cream cup. Staff are friendly and fun with the kids. There is a play area inside and outside, so they can have a great time while waiting. In our opinion, definitely recommended!

Lekkere pannenkoeken, vlotte bediening, gezellig restaurant . Ruime parkeerplaats. Jammer dat het damestoilet . Ideaal voor jonge gezinnen.

Besteld en laten bezorgen, de broodjes hamburger zijn fantastisch, de wafels overheerlijk, en ook het ijs is heerlijk. Vaak besteld, helaas waren ze deze keer een portie patat vergeten, een bak ijs en bij het kindermenu ook het ijsje. Dit kwamen ze in drieën brengen, dat vond ik wel erg sneu. Uiteindelijk alles gehad en het was weer heerlijk.

Hey met jelle zit hier met me familie en vriendin kwam binnen en dacht wat moet ik gaan verwachten eenmaal bestelt het kwam heel snel ookal was het wel druk toen ik het op had zat ik goed vol het was heerlijk en de biertjes en het drinken is lekker en verfrissend top zaak aan rader ik kom zeker vaker terug de prijzen vallen wel mee de speciaal biertjes heb je opzich wel aardig wat keus in en zelf een eigen speciaal biertje leuke personeel aardig en vriendelijk hebben geduld ik ben er zeer en zeer te vreden over. Leuke plek! Leuk voor de kinderen. Grote pannenkoeken, wij hadden de vegan variant. Was heel lekker! Wij hebben gebruikt gemaakt van de rotterdampas en kregen 1 pannenkoek gratis. Wel moet je eigenlijk p.p. dan een drinken kopen. Koffie en water zijn bijna dezelfde prijs, rond de 3,50 euro. Wij hadden een lieve serveerster die zei dat we maar 2 drinken hoefde te kopen i.p.v. 5.

Leuk knus gezellig tentje met ruime keus en je komt niks te kort.

Eten fantastisch, service keurig alleen het restaurant zelf had na aankoop wel een upgrade kunnen hebben. Hebben alles hetzelfde gelaten na de overname van het vorige pannenkoeken restaurant. Dit is dan toch wel een beetje jammer. Mist dan een eigen identiteit.

De pannekoeken waren lekker! Waar we alleen niet tevreden over waren is dat mijn man had gekozen voor 17,50 onbeperkt pannenkoeken in 2 uur. Het duurde gigantisch lang voordat hij zijn eerste pannekoek kreeg. Bij de 3 pannekoek heeft hij zeker 35 minuten moeten wachten, voordat hij zijn pannekoek had terwijl er gezegd werd dat hij gelijk gemaakt zou worden omdat het niet zo druk zou zijn

Hartsikke leuke zaak waar kinderen heerlijk pannenkoeken kunnen eten en lekker kunnen spelen.

Wij komen hier nooit meer terug, hadden om 17.00 buiten gereserveerd voor 12 personen. Ze hadden voor ons in de serre gereserveerd ipv buiten. Dit werd wel snel hersteld, maar moesten daarna zeer lang overal op wachten, de verse sinaasappelsap bv waarvan we er 2 besteld hadden, en 1 werd geleverd, hadden we na een kwartier nog niet. Na weer een keer vragen, werd er gezegd dat de bar het erg druk had en het nog ff kon duren. Daarna nog een poos moeten wachten. Ook de 2e bestelronde duurde lang voordat de drank geleverd werd. Alles duurde lang, we wilden nog een dessert bestellen, dat hebben we maar niet gedaan, omdat zo werd er gezegd dat het nog wel 45 min. kon duren voordat ze dat konden serveren, omdat het zo druk was. We waren er met o.a. onze 4 kleinkinderen waarvan de oudste 4 jaar. Als je dan nog 45 minuten om 19.30 op een dessert moet wachten, is wel eeeerg lang en ook niet kindvriendelijk. Voor ons geen Pannekoe meer in Ridderkerk Met 5 kleine kinderen

Altijd gezellig hier! Alleen kun je voor onder de €10 bijvoorbeeld geen koffie met een gebakje of iets anders zoets meer krijgen. De poffertjes blijven heerlijk maar voor 10 poffertjes betaal je ook al €5,50. Al met al dus prima om af en toe te gaan eten maar voor een kort drankje met wat lekkers erbij loop ik toch door!

De sfeer was niet gezellig,het personeel was onkundig en irritant en het eten was slecht en veel te duur..9,95 voor een breekbroodje met smeersel,en 7,95 voor 10 poffertjes.tevens waren de poffertjes maar aan 1 kant gebakken en waren nog niet gaar..toen ik dit na afloop melden was diegene tegen wie ik het zei niet echt vriendelijk en kreeg ik het idee dat er met de klacht niks gedaan werd.dat aan 1 kant was niet goed maar poffertjes zijn nu eenmaal zo en zijn niet rauw..en waren volgens hem wel gaar..al met al een onplezierige ervaring daar wij vroeger altijd bij het pannenkoekenhuis kwamen en daar altijd goed te eten kregen en vriendelijk persoon een en wij nog niet bij de pannekoe waren geweest sindsdien en we ze de voordeel van de twijfel gaven vonden wij dit dus heel slecht en raden wij dit ook niet aan

Super lekkere pannenkoeken en poffertjes. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk en je hoeft niet heel lang op je eten te wachten.

The establishment is a very cozy place to eat Dutch style pancakes, but also a lot of savory meals such as salads or meat dishes. Plenty of vegetarian / vegan meals also available. Ample chances for kids to play, inside and outside and the staff is extremely good with children, handing out free candy and often a free token for their "always a price" grabbing hook machine. The "Oosterpark" and nearby petting zoo next to the restaurant are also recommendations to make an afternoon complete.
