As always, a good pancake eaten there. They now have a nice spot along the water but according to the staff that is temporary. Too bad but it's about the people and the pancakes.

Not recommended! The pancake was burnt and the poffertjes were soggy and also burnt. The chef has absolutely no idea what he's doing. Very disappointing.

It remains one of our favorites. We do regret that the location has been moved. Just a little less cozy. Not a disaster, but it is annoying that the floor sags a lot when someone walks past you. Last time we sat next to a very large group. Had to be served a lot. So a lot of foot traffic which made it very restless.

Both the indoor and outdoor seating areas are really nice, and the staff were super welcoming. They offer English menus too—didn’t expect that from such a local spot. As for the poffertjes, I was a bit disappointed. They tasted slightly burnt, even though they were undercooked inside. They were also quite greasy—there was a noticeable pool of oil/butter at the bottom of the plate. Not the fluffy, light poffertjes I was hoping for from a local place. I’m still giving this place four stars because I really liked the vibe and the staff, and I’d love to come back. Hopefully, the poffertjes will be better next time!

Spent a few days in Amsterdam near this restaurant. It was by far my favorite place to eat a late breakfast. Ate there 3 days and food was great, workers very friendly and fun watching the cook prepare our food.

Xth generation family business in the Pannenkoeken Poffertjes shop - very tasty and definitely worth a visit for anyone who wants to try this authentic Dutch specialty. The junior boss is happy to proudly show and explain the 'traditional craft' of making poffertjes.

Very tasty pancakes and poffertjes

The pancakes and poffertjes restaurant, something that the children can always enjoy. Especially when a bouncy castle has also been hired. Good to know that the poffertjes are lactose free. And there is a wide variety possible, but I can recommend the more traditional variants. Some of them are almost 2 persons in terms of portion. If the weather is nice, make a reservation!

Delicious pancakes eaten in a quiet location. The service was smooth and friendly. Parking is available in the ample spaces opposite, so nice and close. Although it is wheelchair accessible, the benches are not suitable for eating for these visitors.

Driving through Ouderkerk aan de Amstel I came across this nice place. Actually still too early to eat, but this will save me a stop on the way home. This was a good choice! Had a delicious portion of poffertjes with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Highly recommended. I will save this address for the next time I am in the area.

We loved this place! Largest poffertjes pan ever and the batter options were fantastic. Cannot comment on those finding it less than ideal but given its setting, the food and the casual approach to a food that isn't to be rushed to taken too seriously - what more could you want?

Vandaag met ons jarige zoontje lekker pannenkoeken en poffertjes gegeten. Groot assortiment aan zoete en hartige pannenkoeken. Ze waren stuk voor stuk heerlijk. Ook de poffertjes, voortreffelijk. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam en deden alles om de jarige jop te verrassen. De wc was ook proper. Hier komen we zeker terug.

Heerlijk gegeten! De poffertjes werden op de ouderwetse ambachtelijke manier gebakken. Onwijs vriendelijk personeel. Het was een feestje om hier te komen als gast. Bedankt voor ons leuke uitje. Wij komen zeker terug!

Heerlijke pannenkoek de reus gegeten bij dit poffertjes en pannenkoeken restaurant. Vooral het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en je voelt je heel goed en gastvrij behandeld met alles naar wens van de klant. Het eten is geweldig! De poffertjes met aardbeien, slagroom en Nutella is zeker een aanrader!

Heerlijk gegeten! Pannekoek met spek en kaas was heerlijk. Wij houden ervan als het spek is doorgebakken bij andere pannenkoekenhuizen lukt dat nooit of kunnen ze het gewoon niet. Hier was het hartstikke goed en de poffertjes zijn ook heerlijk!

De locatie ziet er leuk en veelbelovend uit. Een echte authentieke poffertjestent, zou je denken… de poffertjes waren simpelweg niet gaar en nog een papje van binnen. Ook de ronde vorm was ver te zoeken. Daarnaast ruim 40 minuten moeten wachten op een kleine portie. Met 7 man personeel en een nagenoeg leeg terras zou je toch anders verwachten. De ijskoffie was daarentegen zeer smakelijk. Ik had ze meer meer sterren gegund, maar helaas.

Hier afgelopen zondag gegeten. De pannenkoek( de reus van Ouderkerk) was lekker. Bediening was vlot en vriendelijk. Sfeer 1 ster minder omdat je langs een doorgaande weg zit. Maar daar kan de kraam niets aan doen.

Heb zelden zulke lekkere poffertjes gegeten 😋😋. De bediening was zeer vriendelijk en gezellig. Heb echt genoten 😊👍🏼

A happy nice crew at a little surprising location. It looks adorable and they have nice menus of pancakes and poffertjes. Do realise the poffertjes are served with a soft chompy dough. That might feel their not done but that is how poffertjes also can be served. It is like a medium rare steak but than a poffertje, I liked it.
