One of the worse pizza in Eindhoven.

I went there with a friend to get pizzas almost at closing time, they prepared our pizzas as if they were the first they make in opening time. At the very least I know it was the best pizza I've eaten in Eindhoven! Quickly made too.

Waited 2.5 hours for 2 cold pizzas. Never again! The phone is not answered. Do not order here and save yourself money and frustration.

Consistently bad experience. The order time here is always way more than initially stated. I have waiting over 90 minutes on 3 seperate occasions. I do usually like the pizza's but they're very inconsistent with topping amounts. Lately they've been getting my order wrong and giving me pizza's with barely any toppings on it. As the cherry on top, I just found out that there's no way to reach them by phone. No number on their website and the number on UberEATS is not in service. I definitely cannot recommend a pizza place that you can't even call!!

We came to the pizzeria and ordered a medium vegan pizza to go. The food came relatively fast, and we even received a large one. The pizza was delicious, and the service was excellent too.

To deliver the order took a too very long time. Will never again order here...

Just recived Uber Eats order after a two hour wait. Phone does not work so can't call the store. Estimate delivery time was 30 minutes. Driver was extremely appologetic and had even asked the store to give us an extra for the delay. Not great service.

Waste of money, order late! Noone picks up phone. Ordered Italian Stack and Garlic Cheese Stick. Food so dry, I couldn't eat it!

Watch out here, folks. I ordered 40 euros worth of pizzas and left before I received them because I knew I wouldn't be able to eat them. Only one person was working; the delivery guy came and decided to help him without washing his hands. I saw him scratching his backside and sneezing, and then he continued preparing the pizza without washing his hands. Yuck. This was on April 25th around 11 PM. Never buying here again.

Worst pizza ever... Most rude and unfriendly delivery person ever. Spoke no Dutch and very broken English..... Mixed up all the street names.... The location manager doesn't speak Dutch either and speaks slightly better broken English... What a disgrace, don't buy your pizza here. It is supposed to be tasty. It will only become so when new people start working here to replace these amateurs.

Second time ordering and both times my drinks were missing. I was told they would be delivered but never received them, and no refund was given. Customer service was unhelpful and didn’t answer the phone. Very disappointing experience.

Pizza quality is great (if you're looking for American style). Service/delivery is the worst. Had to wait TWO hours ordering through Thuisbezorgd. And honestly prices are quite high

Continuously disappointing to order from papa John's, I live less than 2 kms away from the shop. Order took 90 minutes to reach me and arrived cold in the end. I'll never order from them again.

Great chicken nuggets, though waited a relatively long time for just chicken nuggets. Good spice and friendly staff.

if you want some pizza late night Papa John’s gonna save you I wouldn’t say it was amazing, but I wouldn’t say it was awful. It was decent and the guy who worked there was very kind and professional.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. Did not receive 1 item and called the branch. They were a bit hard to understand and I had to speak English. But within fifteen minutes they were at my door with my missing item, offering a free drink as an apology. The quality is okay; Papa Johns used to be better, but I am very satisfied with the service!

Forgot my drinks and a cookie I ordered. Took the whole order back still came back with the wrong drinks.

The food is meh, generic fast food pizza. The delivery, though, is horrible. It has been 2 hours and they are yet to deliver a single pizza with 3 prepackaged sauces. The number on Google does not answer and the number on Uber Eats is straight up a random non-existent number. Don't order from here if you are expecting to eat food in a short notice

Worst place I have ever been to

This is the second time the order is more than an hour late. When you call, they let you ring and ignore you. I try to call back within a 1.5-hour window. You don't get such bad service at other businesses.

The food is fine but the service is terrible, unreachable via Uber's phone number, unreachable via Google's phone number. The food is already an hour later than the latest delivery time, rubbish service.

I ordered two pizzas on a Friday evening after 10:00 PM. The delivery took two hours, give or take a mere ten minutes. They were unreachable by phone. This was my first order ever with that chain, and also my last.

Terrible service! We ordered a pizza two and a half hours ago, and it arrived ice cold! The delivery driver said he'd come back with a new pizza, but he never did. He marked the order as delivered. I will never order from this pizzeria again!

I ordered from the Kleine Berg restaurant many times, sometimes delivery takes longer than usual but that's normal, but what i can't understand is on the website they have a deal 2x pizzas for 13€ each and once you pick a pizza it charges you 4€ extra per pizza? It never happened before there's no point of this "deal" either it's some scam or some error.

My partner ordereda pizza to the wrong location and out of theor delivery radius. They went out of theor way to deliver anyway and it was still hot and tasted good 😎. Good service

We placed a big order today. Half of the order was not correct. Wrong items. I called the restaurant 10 times - nobody picked up. I left the message - no one called me back. Absolute negligence. We won't be bothering you anymore guys as we will never ever order from you again. That I can promise.

You guys really need to get it together. This is the 3rd or 4th time something I ordered wasn't included in the delivery. Wat jammer. Zo slecht. Zo vervelend. At least the delivery guy tried to find a solution for us. We shouldn't have to double check our orders every time. You're essentially stealing money from us. 😡 We paid for something and expect it to be in the order. That's not unreasonable is it??

Papa John’s Pizza – disappointing service I placed an order two days ago, but due to a system error, it was not delivered until the next day. I called immediately, but no solution could be offered, and three days later I still haven't received a call back. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing because of this.

Ordered online 2 pizzas for delivery at 20:00, estimated delivery time 20:30. By 21:00 I start calling to check what was going on. No pick even i called 5 times. By 21:20 i decide to hop on the car and drive to the shop. At 21:25 i get informed my delivery has arrived home. I understand that every restaurant can have a bad day, but not even picking up the phone when the delivery is almost 1 hour late is bad. Ironically this happened several times a few years back and i decided to stop ordering in papa johns. After a few years i decided to give them another opportunity, but i see the situation remains the same. Not ordering again…

Superb pizza, excellent crust, ready quickly. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza to eat in and thoroughly enjoyed it. The server was friendly and welcoming. Perfect for an Airbnb dinner!

NOT recommended for pick up. Very very loud music (was there 3 times and the workers don't hear you entering and shouting!) Last order was not ready, waited 15 minutes! Not again.

Normally the pizza is good. But the order never arrived, after an hour and 15 minutes I checked and saw that the wrong zip code was linked by the address system (Street and address were correct). So I called. The man on the phone shouted back: Speak English bro! Ok fine: "Hey my order isn't here yet and the wrong zip code is in the order." PJ's man: "It's coming bro, it's coming. It will be ok!" Tried to explain again, kept shouting that it would be ok and hung up. But it didn't come right, no pizza arrived.

Riders are constantly ghost riding right in front of their own store. They have almost hit me twice, I'll talk to the manager about this. I never ordered from here and I definitely never will. -unwanted advertisement in every mailbox. They really want to be out of business.

Pizza was so cold and they missed my extras that i have paid for. Pizza dough was dry without ranch saus. Real bad and disappointing experience Not recommended at all.

Ordered a pepperoni and Sausage pizza from here in the past week and my entire family fell sick! Sanitation is not maintained and they don't even wear gloves. Would not recommend. Not sure what was off - likely hygiene or the meat was raw? but we have been recovering since we had the pizza.

My pizza was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes, but I didn't receive it after an hour and a half. I called the restaurant, and it turned out that they delivered my pizza to the restaurant. I had to pick up my pizza from my delivery man, and received no apology from the restaurant. I don't recommend you order here if you want to eat hot pizza.

Delicious food. Pizzas were fresh and warm, as were the tasty side dishes. Delivery was also fast. Something went wrong with the order, but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently by the friendly staff after telephone contact. Highly recommended We will definitely order more often.

I order food and it usually arrives at my house in 15 minutes. I wait about an hour and go to the restaurant to ask what happened because they don't pick up the phone. They tell me that I have to wait for the delivery man to come. I wait and when he comes, he says that he delivered my food more than 2 hours ago to my neighbors, that I should go and ask and if the food isn't there, he'll make me another one for free. I go to the neighbors, knock on the door and no one is there. I find it strange that they delivered the food when no one is there. I go back to the restaurant and tell them that no one is there and they complain to me and they don't make me the food that they told me they were going to make me. Totally awful service. I will never order here again and I hope that they are careful when ordering because it's not the first time that a friend has also ordered and the same thing has happened to them. What scammers, scum.

Review over bezorging van 7 juli die thuisbezorgd me niet heeft aangeboden. Een double pepperoni met extra pepperoni besteld. Vorige keer de normale korst, dit keer de dunne korst. Nooit meer. Het deeg smaakt heel anders en onze pizza was enorm zuur. De hoeveelheid tomatensaus was extreem en de hoeveelheid kaas en pepperoni was teleurstellend. Ze zijn niet consistent in de kwaliteit.

I have to shamelessly confess that we order pizzas (sometimes twice) weekly @ papa Johns and they're by far, hands down my favourite in the entire city.. In the past (2021) I had some orders going 'wrong' but as of 2024 i tried my luck again to see if things have changed and things are going very smoothly and all ordered pizzas (and cinnamon knots) are chefs kiss 🤌🏼! The delivery guys are always friendly and service and quality has been very consistent for us across-the-board 😊

on the website it is written that every pizza 1+1 is free, the courier arrives with one pizza, after talking to the owner he tries to lie to me that I made a mistake, which is not true. I don't recommend, you lost a customer, brother

Ordered pizza at 5:45 PM, pizza was ready at 5:30 PM? Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza but no BBQ sauce that you normally get? This is not the first time that I have not received BBQ sauce with this pizza, but it is the last time I order here.

Love these pizzas and piri chicken bites. Order once a week a large stuffed crust. Always delivered on time hot and delicious..keep up the good work

€50 for 2 kk dry pizzas. Paid for extra toppings. Received 3 mushrooms on a 4 cheese pizza that was made with 1 type of cheese. Cancer sad. I recommend people to buy Turkish bread with tomato sauce and a few slices of cheese. Then you are even better off than this airbag pizza dough. Best regards.

One of the best chain pizzas I've eaten! Although the place was not welcoming (broken glass! while sitting and waiting for the order, I was amazed at those great reviews here on GM - but they were right!), I feel it's a "take away" option especially for those "happy people" ; ) The pizza itself really good! The dough, the additions, the cheese - everything well prepared. A lovely girl at the counter! Thank you, coming back next time!

When i saw the 2.8 score I said to give it a try maybe its not that bad.The pizza that they make you can find at every festival, bad quality ingredients, also get rid of that horrible "garlic" sauce.

First I had to wait an hour longer then promised, person in the shop barely speaks english, same as the delivery driver, called me multiple times and then when talking to him hung up multiple times. Pizzas were stone cold when they were delivered, horrible

Chaotic. Ordered pizza for delivery, half an hour after expected delivery time called, was told "no driver". So walked there to collect it myself, got a call from the driver in front of my home... Did get my pizza (driver came back to the shop) and it's ok - better than Dominos, not as good as NYP - so not one star (plus staff at the shop was friendly, even though clearly stressed); but will likely not order again.

Ordered from here many times and always with fast delivery through their website (not using third party apps). Always a perfect pizza delivered.

There is clearly a problem with the schedules, both on the website and Google the week schedule is incorrect which lead to making an order at 13.30 and at 16 finally was able to contact the store which apparently just opened. Not good.

Bij Papa John’s besteld via Uber Eats, maakte me zorgen nadat ik de reviews had gelezen. Maar na een half uur ontving ik mijn bestelling al! Alles was goed warm, vol belegd, netjes ingepakt en was erg lekker. Er was echt niks op aan te merken! Snap er niks van. Ik vind het zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Reasonably tasty for the price. The pizza was delivered on time and still very warm. Unfortunately, the "special garlic sauce" was basically melted butter infused with garlic. But hey, free sauce is free sauce.

Honestly the best service I've ever experienced from a pizza chain. Never disappoints! I loved that the pizzas all come with a garlic sauce dip, which is perfect for the crust, and also a jalapeño on the side for those who like their pizza spicy. And their dough is just so fresh I don't like letting the crust go to waste. I think I ordered from them like 5 times the past 9 days. Pizza generally arrives fast and hot. Even though estimated delivery time is 30min, sometimes I get mine in 20. A life savior during these stay-in days.
