Papa Johns Pizza in Oud-Woensel

I am cheated, I have ordered online for takeaway via App. Order went well. When I reached the location, the shop was closed. I did not receive my money back. I tried to contact via mail and phone, there is no response. This is terrible.

I ve been waiting for my order to arrive for more than an hour and they don't even answer to the phone, nor do they give some update when it will arrive. Probably my pizza will arrive cold and not to forget about the times they didn't put my sauce in the order. Dissapointing!!!

My UberEats order #CFB02 on 28-Feb-2026 never came. I called restaurant multiple times, nobody picked up.

We placed an order for delivery, but it never arrived🙃

I made the order to collect and upon arrival the restaurant is closed. Why are you taking orders when the restaurant is closed? I see other reviews saying the same

They normally have delicious food but right now I am on my 90th minute of waiting for an Uber Eats order. Their phone number does not work so I cannot contact them. As a restaurant, the least you can do is to have a working phone number even if you cannot deliver 2 damn pizzas in 90 minutes

Delivery arrived cold, half an hour late and incomplete. Another hour later they finally delivered the wrong drinks with an extra 90 cent sauce as compensation. Plays dumb on the phone and ignores you when that doesn’t work. Garbage.

The pizza deliveries take at least 1h

I ordered delivery, and then the delivery driver called me to ask if I could come to the store because they couldn't deliver. I drove there, and then the driver called to tell me he was at my door. Then, he refused to deliver the food because I wasn't home. When I got home, my food was cold, and I paid €30 and received no compensation. This was the first and last time I ordered from Papa John's. I'll go to New York/Dominos next time.

Delicious food, fast delivery and competitive prices. The only downside I constantly see is that they mix-up / forget items from the orders. This happens nearly every time I order.

The pizza here is consistently delicious 🍕, my preferred choice for Halal options. The service was good, though perhaps a tad slow. The atmosphere was pleasant overall. 👍 I'd definitely order again. 😊

It takes so long to pick up. The wait was about an hour. There's no parking, and I'll never order from them again.

The food was extremely bad, as you can see on the left. This is what I received, and on the right is my expectation. I've been here several times. I know what it tastes like and how it should look, but I haven't been there in two months, and the quality has dropped dramatically. The double pepperoni is just the beginning. Don't even mention the check and shawarma. It tastes like rubber, and I'm someone who eats almost anything. If you don't even make pizza, I don't even know what to do anymore. The tables are dirty. The staff is too stingy with the toppings, as if it comes from their own pocket. They charge you two euros more for sauce because of a rule. In short, they have to change and improve a lot of things.

I placed an order through Uber Eats..I waited 2 hours after ordering..I called them and they told me to go pick up my order because they don't deliver to the address I gave them..I told them to refund my money or I would call the police and they said there was no problem and that I could call...I don't recommend!!!

Everything here is Halal. its Delicious echt lekkker. I am coming back next week.

Very good pizza, good portion sizes and decent price if you make use of the discounts. Pizza tastes fresh good taste.

What a scam!!! Ugh, I've never had such disgusting pizza, and we came because of the TikTok commercial that showed a huge, delicious bowl of sauce, and what we got was the most disgusting thing we've ever tasted!! Never again! The whole thing went to waste.

We ordered the pizza (spicy chicken ranch) and it was soooo delicious. Like seriously its the BESTEST pizza In Eindhoven. Love the taste and the staff is so friendly. 100% halaal Pizza ❤️❤️

The pizza was delicious. I went there because I was surprised I didn't even know there was a Papa John's Pizza in the Netherlands. Once we got to the neighborhood, we thought, "What is this?" The Arabic lettering on the door seemed strange. Once inside, it was a small shop, which was completely unexpected. Staff didn't greet you. I stood at the counter to order, but the staff kept talking on their phones; it took a while before I was finally answered. I pointed out the offer on the window, which was in Dutch, by the way: buy one, get one free on all pizzas and mix and match sizes. I pointed this out to the employee, who said that because I chose a more expensive pizza, I could get a large from the other person for the same price. The employee, who barely understood Dutch and didn't even try to speak English, didn't understand and said it wasn't true. I didn't bother explaining because they wouldn't understand me anyway, so I ordered two small pizzas. The taste was great, just as I'd come to expect from Papa John's. All in all, not the atmosphere we'd hoped for at all. Just as you wouldn't expect anything less than a genuine fast-food chain vibe from the big yellow M, we didn't expect anything less than this, so it was very strange and disappointing. It felt like a "fake" of the real thing.

Wonderful, I recommend it more, and the taste is amazing

I placed an order on 5th May that was never received by the Papa John’s Eindhoven Kruisstraat location, even though the payment went through. I contacted them by email, went to the store in person, and gave all my details, but despite being told it would be followed up, I’ve had no response or refund after more than two weeks. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service — I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location.

Pizza were really fresh & Tasty. I really enjoyed my meal. will come back again.

These people take orders, take money and never deliver... they send you one email after ordering that's all.. the contact number mentioned in the mail is just a bogus.. nobody will pick and attend your call.. not only worst it is disgusting service...

Ordered at 7pm online, have not heard anything for 2 hours, not reachable over the phone, no updates.

When you tip the terrace in Holland and the slates and rare, the service is given and the service is given much more often and the pizzas that have high quality compete in the market 🚀

I traveled all the way from one country just to try the pizza. Hot pepper with stuffed pizza remains my favorite topping. While the garlic sauce used to be free, it’s now charged separately, and the service could use some improvement. The pizza reminds me of Domino’s pizza in India.

1 star is even too much, I have been waiting since January 17, 2025 for my money that I would supposedly get back. My order never arrived!! I had to order elsewhere for two younger children at home! They will never be scammers again

Worst pizza food worst service you can imagine. The base of the pizza was even tougher and drier than cardboard. Complained several times, never heard anything again. Just go back to the competition!

Forgot the sauce and forgot the drink. Delivery person does not speak Dutch or English, man on the phone only English. When they promise to deliver drinks, you get something different than what you ordered.

Lousy service. Delivery took almost 2 hours (!!) Called after about 1 hour, they said it would arrive after 5 minutes, without any excuses. then lasted more than half an hour. Couldn't get an apology from the delivery person. Food was cold.

If I could rate the Service and atmosphere a 0 I would. We ordered pizza and wings from these guys and they charged us 70 euro, even though on the uber eats app for the same order it showed around 60 euros. Then they proceed to show up at our door with bacon in our chicken pizza even though I specified NO BACON. I ask them to send it back and tell them I will pay for the vegetarian pizzas and chicken wings but they will have to compensate me for two hours of wasted time by giving me the rest of the order for free. The rest of the order was two chicken pizzas and a buffalo chicken wings which two people on Papa Johns staff said they would us for free as compensation. Then after two hours of back and forth the delivery guy comes to the door and asks for the full amount of 70 euro. I explain to this guy that I have asked him and his colleague for the rest to be free but he is insisting on giving 70 euros and talking to his boss later. So this guy expected me to give him 70 euro and go ask the rest of the cash back from his boss at their store as if that is not a waste of my time. Then I asked him to call his boss and he ended up being confusing, not understanding of his customer and blatantly shouted asking for 70 euros because he is running a "business". The boss says the best he can do is give me two garlic sauces for free next time I come to his store by saying his name to the cashier. What type of compensation is this? I say take off the price for the chicken wings and I will never order from your restaurant again. This is not a business, this is a money hungry, and scamming group of people who do not know anything about running a business and do not care about customers. Take my advice and do not order from this restaurant, I insist you buy frozen pizzas rather than ordering from here. Absolutely terrible, and it ruined and delayed my 9pm dinner to a 11pm dinner.

We ordered delivery for this mediocre pizza. We asked for no bacon on 2 of our pizzas, and they delivered the pizzas with bacon. We asked them to take it back and bring us our pizzas without bacon, and compensation for our time after wasting an hour of our time. We spoke to a member of management for the restaurant and he guaranteed us the pizzas for free with a free box of Buffalo wings. Once the new pizzas came, we were ready to pay for the other pizzas and wings that we delivered the first time, but the delivery man was asking for the whole price, after guaranteeing us the pizzas for free. We asked to speak to a member of higher management who proceeded to start shouting at us and said the best they could do was a 5€ discount. We spoke to a total of 3 staff, 2 of whom blatantly lied to us while the other shouted at us. Never order from this restaurant again, if you do you will eventually experience a situation like we did. This restaurant will scam you.

Excellent pizza. No experience dining in the store but we usually get the delivery. I found the papa john's pizza to be really tasty for the vegetarian options. Stuffed Garden party is simply delicious.

Prize of pizza was 9 euro, I gave some guy 20 euro and he give the change just 10 euro and absolutely ignore what i thing about that.

Ordered from Thuisbezorgd, where they mentioned that the delivery person is on their way for more than 2 hours after which they changed the status to 'delivered'. The food never arrived. I complained to Thuisbezorgd who went back to the store to ask for a refund, and apparently they REFUSED to refund me. What a shame, Papa Johns makes some amazing pizzas, but this particular store is a scam

Let me describe you my experience in very short words, VERY late, Cold, POISONED due super low food quality. DON’T RECOMMEND to anyone this experience.

Reasonable prices, friendly staff, good quality. A great trio! If they used a softer dough, it would be the perfect pizza

Pizza had quite a tough base and crust. They also forgot my drinks. Unfortunately they were not available by phone to report this. There's no point in going to all the trouble for this anymore. Probably not worth repeating.

First and foremost, the place is truly clean. Food is Papa John's standards... with more inclusiveness. Really appreciate that, thank you so much for having HALAL options I been to so many Papa John's around the world, I never thought nor foreseen a day when Papa John's menu will have HALAL options People and the atmosphere of the place is very friendly, and welcoming. I appreciate the diversity when it comes to ordering languages, this is rare in Europe Italian, Yorba, Arabic, Turkish, English and Dutch Thank you for your diversity, and inclusiveness and the great food

Food is good, communication is not good but normal it's okay

Waited 2 - 3 hours on the food (place was a 2 minute walk away). I called multiple times, but the guy only ever said, "Hello, this is Papa johns"

Welke Pizza?( 2021) Ik heb 3 uur geleden voor mij en mijn vrienden pizza besteld. Niks ontvangen of gekregen er jammer ook waren ze niet te bereiken. uiteindelijk hebben we maar domino's besteld die was er binnen 20 minuten. sorry maar dit was echt heel erg klant onvriendelijk.)

Ik heb hier regelmatig besteld en de bestelling klopt erg vaak niet en er over bellen kan ook niet omdat de telefoon niet op word genomen. Ook zijn ze vaak erg laat. Maar als je geduld en geluk hebt heb je wel een perfecte pizza en als ze dan ook de knoflooksaus niet vergeten(wat vaak wel het geval is)is het echt top.

Smaakte prima, goedkoop dankzij korting en redelijk snel. Goed geholpen
