Unfriendly staff who keep speaking Limburgs. Prices way too high (15.50 for lunch) and then they fry the egg until it's completely ruined. Never again.

We ate a delicious schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce and enjoyed some great people-watching. Just a quick break... just enjoying ourselves amidst the hustle and bustle of the day.

Few people come here; it's expensive and the portions are small. They also cheat on the ice cream. It doesn't matter what kind of ice cream you pay for, the portion is just as ridiculously small.

What a disgrace. We ordered two toasted sandwiches and had to pay for the sauce separately... €1 each! We weren't told this at the cash register. The toasted sandwich itself was also very meager... just two thin slices of bread. The coffee was mediocre, and the atmosphere was very noisy.

Great for lunch, but don't expect much in the way of atmosphere. We had our soup a good 10 minutes before the rest of the food was served.

Men’s Toilet - you pay 1€ and it’s dirtier than in a mainstation restroom in the 70‘s On top - there seems to be nobody. Not for complaints and I guess even not for cleaning

I went there today and there was no one there; we were the only ones. We weren't treated well, and the order was wrong. The lady said, "You'll get an ice cream for me, so after dinner I'll go pick it up." The lady said, "Yes, the order has been changed, so what's the problem?" Definitely not recommended. Stay away!

Good coffee, nice prices. Bit of a weird place overal.

Such a shame. My family and I always came here for a soft serve ice cream or a cup of coffee. We were in Roermond and also at the Trefcenter in Venlo! Today we ordered a soft serve ice cream for our 3-year-old son, who's celebrating his birthday today, and a cup of coffee for ourselves. The soft serve ice cream wasn't what we're used to. It had chunks of frozen milk in it, which my son didn't like. I explained it to the staff and showed them. They wouldn't even look at it and said they've been selling ice cream all day and nothing was wrong. To which I replied, "Maybe we're the first now." But no, they said I didn't seem credible. I asked them if I was lying. They couldn't answer. Such a shame. You've lost a loyal customer.

The food is terrible, but the toilets are even worse! Stay away, people!

We wanted something to eat shortly before 12:00, but there was almost nothing on display... We would have had to wait a very long time. The fact that there were only two people in the kitchen was also very poor planning for a Saturday at 12:00... We decided to just have a drink and then went to another place. It's a shame, because the dishes on the menu looked good.

A toilet visit for 1 euro and then encountering something I didn't even dare complain about. The ladies' restroom apparently looked even worse. Scandalous.

Whenever we're at the retail park, we always have goulash soup and a sandwich here. Delicious!! I was accidentally charged twice for the same amount. After a phone call, it was resolved promptly, and I received a refund. Excellent service, thanks again.

Never again! The service was incredibly unfriendly. After something went wrong with the order and I pointed it out, all I got was a "look at the receipt." We had to wait a very long time for two fries with a meatball, which were by far the worst I've ever eaten in the Netherlands. And then to pay €27 for this rubbish, including a small Fanta.

We ordered an omelette, but I don't know what kind of mess we got. We got an omelette. We went back with it. And the lady got into a big argument about how we ordered it. First of all, if you make a mistake, you make it again. Then this woman in question went behind my back and gossiped about it to other customers. Girlfriend, find another job because this isn't for you! You must have been alone for Christmas!

EXPENSIVE FOOD FOR SIMPLE FOOD......

You pay €0.70 for the toilet and then find the restrooms just like that. Ugh, so filthy! I then went to the employee, who immediately started talking about how awful it was. She said they were cleaned every hour and it had been done in an hour... you can tell me a lot, but not this. Absolutely disgusting!! They also said they didn't always have time, but it wasn't that busy. But don't charge for the toilet when the restrooms look this filthy. Ugh, yuck!

It's not what it used to be. We used to go there specifically for the meatballs. But now it's really not good anymore. Most of the meatballs were very hard. I think they were microwaving too long. The fries weren't good either. Unfortunately, we won't be going there again. The service itself is good...

Not recommended! Too expensive for substandard food. Unfriendly to children; I wasn't allowed to give my baby water from the bottle I brought with me because we hadn't bought it there. Sorry, but that's unacceptable, especially since we ordered two full meals and didn't drink from our own bottles. This bottle was only for the baby! The staff were incredibly unfriendly. We will not be eating there again.

Scandalous…. just close the shop if you can't make any money!! 2 sandwiches (1 with a tiny bit of egg salad and 1 with not even half a meatball) and 2 coffees for €19.80.

Price vs quality isn’t right. Slow service. Atmosphere is fine. You won’t miss it if you eat somewhere else

This is definitely not the place to be on a Sunday! Stood in line for over 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. Not because it was busy, but because there was only one person at the counter. There were three other employees present, but they did nothing more than stand around. They didn't even clean up. The soup pots only had a dirty, caked-on residue. The meatballs were the same. Later, when the kids wanted ice cream, they could have it. But then I would have had to stand in the long line again to pay. We happily avoided that. Definitely not a second time for us.

Upon entering, you are not greeted, and you almost have to ask yourself where to order, instead of them asking (hello, can I help you?). The fries and salad were good. However, the schnitzel was just like a dry, deep-fried shoe sole that had been reheated in the microwave. It was also scorching hot; too hot to eat for a long time. Also, you are only allowed to sit in certain places because otherwise they would have too much cleaning work to do before closing time.

A meatball the size of a dried-up tennis ball, completely submerged in juice. The staff says no, they've only just been in there. The staff do their job but can't manage a single word or a smile. Drive far away from this lunchroom because the products and atmosphere/quality are lacking.

Unfortunately, I have to give one star, but that is actually still too much. Today for lunch I had a tuna salad sandwich, a meatball sandwich, and 2 coffees for 19 euros... surely you are allowed to expect something for that price. The meatball for 5 euros (without a bun) was truly scandalous: very small, totally dry and tasteless, as if it had been sitting somewhere for a week and had just been put in the gravy pan... the Kaiser roll was the last one and perhaps even older than the meatball. We also left the coffee untouched, and not without reason. The tuna salad sandwich was decent. For me, this will be my only experience, because I am certainly never coming back, and judging by the comments, I am not the only one.

Gewoon ff iets gaan drinken.. mocht ik niet gaan zitten waar ik wilde omdat er gepoetst moest worden.. dat vind ik niet echt gastvrij..

Veel keuze in broodjes, salades en andere gerechten. Er zit voor iedereen wel iets bij. Alles smaakt prima, de prijs is wel iets aan de hoge kant. In tegenstelling tot de andere reviews, kan ik niet zeggen dat het personeel onvriendelijk is. Ze brengen de gerechten met een glimlach naar je toe. Zeker een aanrader voor een snelle, lekkere lunch.

Maakt deel uit van het Roermond retailcenter. Onbeleefde bediening vanwege een paar fotos te nemen. Resultaat zichtbaar, hoewel een mooi interieur zit er weinig volk. Duur toilet aan 70cent.

Schnellrestaurant mit niederlande-typischem Essen, Frikandell, Krokett und viel Kuchen.

Tijdens het winkelen is de lunchroom een prima plek om wat te eten. Geen kleffe hap, maar net gebakken frietjes met een smaakvolle toevoeging. Lekker gegeten!

Heerlijke stoelen, leuke zitjes en de vlaaien waren heerlijk.

Goed eten en vriendelijk personeel. Je kunt hier na (of tussendoor) het winkelen lekker en gezellig een hapje of een drankje doen.

Moesten lang wachten tot onze broodjes klaar waren. Terwijl het niet echt druk was. Eten was wel lekker.

Zeer onvriendelijke en arrogante vrouw aan de kassa !!

Große Auswahl, typisch holländisch. Preise etwas zu hoch, für Holland aber ok. Etwas ungemütlich. WC nur gegen Bezahlung, klarer Minuspunkt

Ruimte wat ongezellig, eten niet slecht.

Niet goedkoop maar wel lekker gegeten.

Heerlijk gegeten. Meer dan voldoende keuze. Personeel was erg vriendelijk ondanks dat het even duurde voordat wij onze keuze gemaakt hadden. Prijs mocht iets goedkoper.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, czysto, przemiła uśmiechnięta obsługa. Bardzo dobre ciasto 🥧. Polecam!
