Ordered on Uber app. It has not been delivered since 02:35. It has not been delivered until 04:05. No one answered my call. I can't cancel the order. It's really annoying. We are all waiting to eat.

I make the order on uber eats and after waiting for one hour I find out the restaurant was CLOSED. I never received the order and have to order something from a different restaurant.

Nice place. The food arrived rather late, and it was lukewarm.

Got food for the first time And definitely worth repeating! The mix of different meats was superbly prepared. The meat was prepared like a master! Definitely recommended.

I made an order for delivery, and i waited more than 2 hours. There was no phone call or a message from them. I called, and no one answered, plus i sent them an email. They didn't give me my money back, nor did i get my food.

WOW What super high-end food! Super luxurious and highly presented and very tasty. Very high quality food and vegetables very tasteful. Pure and fresh delicious salmon and lemon as it should be and I really enjoyed it. I only miss desserts such as creme brulee or vanilla pudding simple but tasty or chocolate bonbons. But this is the best in Rotterdam!

I order tenderloin at 11:30 PM, food would arrive at the indicated location at 00:30 AM, in the meantime the delivery person was on his way all the time, at 00:45 AM still no food, I called the company several times and I got no response, finally 02:27 AM got food somewhere else "don pizza" (that was very tasty) in this gare illi place you don't have to order anything a drerries they are going to flash you

First and last time ordering here. Carpaccio was sour and impossible to cut. Beef tenderloin was cold and not tasty. Way too expensive for what you get. Not recommended. update: after I filed my complaint I received a free meal as an apology. This time the food was hot and very tasty. Excellent service.

I occasionally order a ribeye here if my wallet allows it financially (home delivery), and it is always perfectly rare! Good quality meat, cooked exactly the way I like it, and the last time I asked for a change (more vegetables instead of rice due to a temporary diet) and they did this without any problem and in abundance! I even got an extra bowl of vegetables. And I don't even live very close! Really happy with these guys. Prices are on the high side, but justified for the type of meat they have, but I don't have that wide range, otherwise I would order here more often.
