Paviljoen Noordkust in Wijk 04 Bakkum

Self-service, friendly, not too busy... just a really nice place for normal people.

It's great that Noordkust is still around. I had a chicken thigh satay with a cold draft beer. Excellent quality, not factory-made satay. We love coming here; Dennis is a great host with a great team.

It has a typical kiosk mentality. I wonder why the reviews mention "fries" 🤔. They're not on the menu. The restrooms are like those at a campsite, so you just have to be prepared for that. We didn't eat, but it looked good from what we saw at the tables next to us. I took a photo of the menu. The view is, of course, magnificent. Why someone would write that they're bothered by the windsurfers... Hmm, it should be obvious to them when I'm by the sea...

Great place for fries or an ice cream on the beach - staff were super friendly and accommodating. It is very expensive but that's because of its location on the sandy beach. Food was fresh and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Toilets could be nicer but again...it's on a beach so gets used alot. We'd visit again!

The beach is very nice, but there are a lot of very annoying paragliders.

Great place for a quick drink. Coffee and delicious pastries. The blond beer, brewed especially for this location, was also delicious. Nice parasols with a local atmosphere, but they did obscure the sea view a bit.

A constantly extremely loud generator with the door to the container open right next to the pavilion. High prices.

Nice location with a cozy atmosphere. Prices are very high; a beer and fries will set you back almost €20. At least the restrooms are clean.

Does not match what their website suggests at all. Filthy, dirty and filthy. Glasses are barely washed. After a comment about this you get another dirty glass. Tables were all full of dirty plates/glasses and are not cleaned. Worn-out dirty tent. Disposable cutlery. But the price was that of the better brasserie.

Worthless! 20 euros for a board for 2 people. Only the shelf was enough for my 3-year-old daughter. When we reported something about this that this was extremely little, I received the answer "the shelf is filled, right?" No excuses or anything like that and clearly stood behind his product. Very hopeless and very unfriendly. Highly recommended and I would continue walking to the tents further away.

Friendly and excellent range, but it is a shame that it runs entirely on a generator with additional noise. A shame for the environment!

Beautiful view of the sea, order and collect drinks yourself. Toilets not great, no soap and towels

A place where we immediately felt at home. Just be who you are. Ate delicious salads. 2x coffee in confidence...👌

Mediocre location with a quite expensive card. Hamburger for almost 20 euros. Sol beer 7. Would skip this place.

I like going to the quiet beach. After 5 hours we ate a delicious barbecue sea bass. Fantastic. Go for it

Bizarrely expensive place where you pay 7 euros for a beer. You should definitely not come there for the atmosphere and experience. Go somewhere else!!

Wat een fijne tent, heel gastvrij. Dennis, je eten is uit de kunst!

Een echte strandtent zoals een strandtent hoort te zijn. Goed eten geen overdreven opsmuk!! We hebben heerlijk gezeten, genoten van de rust en het uitzicht. Niet te veel tafels op het terras, lekker overzichtelijk. Het bier was verrassend lekker. Crew was vriendelijke, deze strandtent is een aanrader we komen zeker weer terug.!!!

Wir sind zweimal dort gewesen und beim nächsten Urlaub bestimmt wieder. Service: Getränke holt man sich selbst an der Bar. Das Essen kann man ebenfalls dort bestellen, bekommt es aber direkt an den Tisch gebracht. Essen: die Karte ist übersichtlich, wobei für jeden Geschmack und hunger etwas dabei ist. Unsere Gerichte haben voll überzeugt und waren sehr lecker Getränke: lokale Auswahl und alles, was man braucht. Extravagant gehört hier auch nicht hin. Einrichtung: liebevoll hergerichtet und gemütlich. Besondeheit: sehr kinderfreundlich. Spiele für kids gibt es ebenfalls. Bis nächstes Mal

Samen met mijn beste vriendin en onze gezamenlijke 5 kids plus nog wat zoete inval, een ‘het kon echt niet beter week’ gehad en dat was niet in de laatste plaats dankzij Noordkust, Dennis en z’n mensen. Wat een gezelligheid, wat relaxt, wat kon er veel… Heel blij dat deze fijne plek er is. Als je die duinpan hebt overwonnen lacht deze plek je toe! Dank je wel voor een topweek, Dennis!

Zelf afhalen van consumpties maar dat is verder prima. De koffie was goed heet. Gezellig ingericht.

Top locatie, heerlijk eten, maar bovenal............super gastvrij !!!!! Heb je zin in gezelligheid, lieve mensen en dus een top dag...dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Familie de Jong weet hoe je het iedereen naar de zin kan maken 😀

Heel vriendelijk personeel! En heerlijke koffie !

Gezellige strandtent met aardig personeel. De kaart is wat beperkt, maar alle klassiekers staan erop. Je kunt er vanaf een uur of 17:00 uur ook iets van de barbecue bestellen, wat het zomerse gevoel nog eens versterkt. Heel leuk! Tijdens een besloten feestje, kun je er niets bestellen. Dat is wel rottig, want de eerstvolgende strandtent is vanaf daar nog wel even lopen.

Na een paar bezoekjes kan ik zeggen, dat de ontvangst en bediening door eigenaar en bediening heel vriendelijk en persoonlijk is.

Ein koffie verkeerd oder ein biertje oder ein broodje bei Sonnenuntergang ist hier einfach mooi, lekker un heerlijk!

A nice place at the seaside. We visited for a wedding celebration and boy, were we in shock! With good access to a sandy (and windy) beach, great food and very kind staff we felt that this is one of those places you definitely have to return to. There are some caveats, however. The parking is one of them - with 7.5€ to pay at a nearby parking lot this wouldn't be seen as great, nor terrible, but nonetheless it wasn't something we were expecting (especially given that we were there as guests for a celebration). Overall 4/5 stars since it's a great place to go, but may lack the final oomph for a 5/5.

Voortreffelijk eten, leuke bediening

Gezellige tent mooi ingericht. Heerlijke high tea. Lekker daarna strand wandeling gemaakt.

We visited Strandpaviljoen Bad Noord for a nice weekend. With 'we' I mean our family of five from Finland. We had a very nice weekend on the beach! We rented a container cabin with a bed and a sleeping couch. There was also a fridge in the room and that was handy. Toilet's and showers were really close by as well as the cooking area. From the Strandpaviljoen you could fetch something at the beach or even sit down and eat there in the cosy restaurant. In the evening it was nice to sit down by the fire place and have a few drinks and a laugh. Atmosphere was nice and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for having us there, we will come back for sure next time when we're in Holland again!

De plek waar je naartoe wilt als je op een mooie zomerse dag wilt genieten van al het moois dat het strand heeft te bieden Als je op zoek bent naar een hippe tent vol hipsters dan ben je hier aan het verkeerde adres. Voor een gezellig strandpaviljoen met goed eten en een laagdrempelige sfeer ben je hier wel aan het juiste adres.

Super fijne plek! Zowel overdag, wanneer je er lekker kunt lunchen (heerlijk van een uitsmijtertje genoten) als 's avonds op het terras onder genot van een koud biertje de zon zien zakken. Vriendelijk en informele sfeer. Ik voelde mij er als een vis in het water!

Ik heb genoten van de sfeer en vooral de rust bij bad Noord. Ik zal het mijn vrienden aanraden. En ik kom zelf weer genieten daar.

Erg mooie en relaxte plek om heerlijk te genieten en tot rust te komen. Prijzen zeer schappelijk en personeel heel vriendelijk. Gaan we vaker komen.
