Wow, the food here is always super tasty and the man at the service is also fantastic!! This food is perfect if you want to eat quickly and healthy, and they also have tasty vegetarian options. Can recommend it to everyone here!

Average food. However, the portions are very good! :) You'll definitely get full and more. You can do it, but you don't have to.

Nothing but praise for the food and service, the food is authentic and freshly prepared and the service is very friendly. Where things went wrong is the climate control. Moisture dripped from the windows and the entire room smells of food. We stayed, but when we got home we noticed the consequences. Everything smelled like Vietnamese food! Our hair, all clothes and everything we had with us such as a backpack and its contents. We had to run 2 washing machines to solve it. I don't think that's the point of a night out for dinner. Perhaps we were unlucky this evening, but otherwise it is highly recommended to do something with this! Unfortunately, this is a reason for us not to eat here anymore.

It is cosy to have something warm for lunch as the temperature drops. And Pho Saigon is the right place to go! My friend and I ordered Pho Sai Gon and Pho Bo respectively. Both of us enjoyed the food, except the MSG is a little too strong. We were very thirsty after the meal.

The toilet could be renovated at some point.

Best Pho in the north of the Netherlands hands down. Delicious and affordable food. 10/10 soup for the cold days.

Good Pho. Simple restaurant, friendly staff, unfortunately some people who think that talking very loudly with their stupid smartphone is the solution to make their completely uninteresting story worldwide. Every restaurant should ban the use of telephones. But what is important is the quality of the food and that is excellent.

Pho: noodles were not amazing, soup a bit stale but the meatballs and other meats were quite nice. Fresh spring rolls with shrimp were nice. Fried chicken rolls were nice too. Ventilation in the room is awful.

I had the pleasure of dining at Pho Saigon today and was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was top-notch. I ordered the spring rolls, which were crispy on the outside and filled with fresh vegetables. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. The atmosphere was very relaxed and authentic, making me feel like I was transported to Vietnam. The staff were friendly and attentive. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu and made some great recommendations. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Pho Saigon. If you're looking for a taste of authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Groningen, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

My daughter and myself were hanging with hunger. We had to wait 45 minutes. The waiter was honest and told us the order had been forgotten and was really embarrassed and he comped us free beer. The food was worth the wait. Heavenly. Like medicine for the soul. I would highly recommend this place despite the long wait as I sensed that was a once off! Will be back

It is a small vietnamese restaurant in Groningen, Netherlands. I did not have a meal inside, I preferred sitting outside in the autumn if it was not rainy. The staff were friendly. I tried Beef Pho, and I did not expect too much, but it was amazing, one of the most delicious Pho I have ever tried in the Netherlands.

Its absolutely delisious! We had Pho sup and salad with spring rolls. Mega! Highly reccomend. Small restaurant was full at lunch time.

Definitely recommended! The food was fresh and perfectly balanced in taste. The tofu was also surprisingly tasty. Super friendly owner and fast service. Received such large portions that I couldn't finish it in one go. I was provided with a container and was allowed to take the rest home. I will definitely come back here more often. 🍲

Pho Saigon is located at Oude Bouteringestraat Dining area is spacious , clean and neat Have indoor and outdoor area . We take outdoor to enjoy nice weather. Our menu Spring Rolls Chicken & Pho Bo Delicious meal  👍👍👍

The best pho in town! Surprised this place doesn’t yet have a Michelin star. In our opinion, it should be listed as a protected heritage by UNESCO.

We accidentally did not communicate an allergy properly to the waiter, but this was resolved very nicely. Food was very good, atmosphere too!

The pho with meatballs is an exceptional meal. And for those who like big portions it is the right choice. The server is a kind man.

The restaurant seemed promising based on the menu and reviews. The service was good as we could change tables. The coffee was tasty. Unfortunately the food left much to be desired. The taste was very bland and lacked character. It would help if they paid more attention to the taste of the dishes, preferably small portions of well-seasoned food rather than the other way around. We had two meat dishes and a vegetarian dish, but the flavors were disappointing. Even with three sauces on the table it was not tasty. For me this is not a place to visit again.

Honestly the best place in town. Especially for people who love to eat light, healthy home cooked meals. I went to this place EVERY single day of my stay in Groningen after I fell in love with the food and hosts the first day I ate there. An ABSOLUTE must try. The host is super friendly and willing to make your stay comforting. A MUST try 👏✨️💗

Delicious & authentic Vietnamese food! We only had spring rolls, shrimp summer rolls and a banh mi this time, but was by far the most authentic in the city. The portions appear to be generous too, regarding main dishes - so we will definitely come back for that. Spring rolls could be bigger/more of them for the price, but besides everything was tasty.

Great pho, large portions with a lot of meat (variety too)! The place is somewhat humid though, better ventilation can help. Card payment is limited to maestro and vpay (March 2024), so be aware or bring some cash.

I discovered this nice Vietnamese restaurant in the center of Groningen. I enjoyed a tasty dish with pork and rice. It was a generous portion, great value for my money. The restaurant was well attended.

My go-to place for delicious authentic Pho for years. The summer rolls and noodle salads (with beef or shrimp) are also delicious. Affordable and always friendly service!

Absolutely divine, high quality and very flavorful food! I strongly recommend the shrimp summer rolls, fried duck, and beef pho. The ice tea is also very sweet and helps prevent food comas. No portion here is small and everything is a very good price. You will never leave here hungry.

Absolutely adorable and inviting! I've been eyeing this place for a while, and it didn't disappoint. The ambiance was charming, and I had a delightful experience. The food exceeded my expectations and felt genuinely authentic, even though I'm not an expert. As I was leaving, I noticed they offer Vietnamese beer, which gives me the perfect excuse to return and explore more of their menu. Can't wait to try out some other dishes!

Heerlijk gegeten in het Vietnamese restaurant. Zeer klantvriendelijk en knap hoe de man (bediende) mensen bediend en zelf ook nog meehelpt met eten bereiden. Prijzen zijn totaal niet hoog en je eten staat er binnen 15 min.

We hadden er veel van verwacht door de goede reviews. Helaas viel het erg tegen. Er hing een enorme frituur lucht die in je kleren en haren blijft hangen. Niet echt restaurant idee qua uiterlijk. Eten viel ons tegen. De loempia’s erg vet en voorgerecht met varkensvlees smaakte heel raar. De hoofdgerechten wel vers maar weinig smaak aan. Sorry maar dit kan echt veel beter!

La comida está realmente buena y las raciones son muy completas. El local es pequeño pero acogedor y el servicio es atento. En general muy recomendable si te gusta la comida vietnamita. El único inconveniente es que los precios de la página web no están actualizados y en realidad son un +25% mas elevados.

Lekker gegeten, leuke knusse zaak. Gerechten zien er allemaal smakelijk, vers en goed uit. Pho was prima, de groente er bij had wel weinig variatie. Was eigenlijk alleen taugé en koriander. Vriendelijke bediening.

Een restaurant naar mijn hart. Geen pretentieus gedoe met dure wijnen, cocktails of amuses. Heel vriendelijk bediening die je naar je plaats leidt, eel ruimte om de tafel, Heerlijke gerechten met een goede bite, Kip rund garnalen en vega. Heerlijk

The Pho Bo was decent overal, but the broth was disappointingly salty with not much taste beyond that, although there was plenty of meat. It is too cramed inside, you are lucky to grab a seat beside a window, otherwise it is also too dark.

The beef pho is delicious. The Vietnamese iced coffee is also great. unfortunately the fried rice with honey pork tasted dry.

Echt heerlijk gegeten. Klein, heel druk, restaurantje. Wij waren blij dat we gereserveerd hadden.

I loved it. Though it's not too spacious and therefore not too many clients can squeeze in, so that those willing to have a meal there but who haven't made a reservation gotta look for somewhere else to dine in. Service is high quality and fast.
