Tasty pizza, but I ordered a pizza with gorgonzola; there was hardly any cheese on it. On top of that, there were jalapeño peppers that I hadn't ordered. Personally, I don't mind this, but if you can't handle it, it's a disaster. The bill seems correct, but I think I got the wrong pizza. Not recommended if you want to know what you're getting.

After 2 hours still no food. Called 5 times. They picked up on the 6th time and then still said they hadn't delivered yet. I will never order anything from here again.

It was a great first introduction, very tasty, with a fantastic flavor. They were friendly, it was clean, and the service was quick.

Do yourself a favor and don't order here. No matter how hungry you are. The delivery only arrived at the address after 75 minutes. The pizza was completely tasteless. Ordered kapsalon twice, but you have to search for the meat. Received fries instead of the ordered potato wedges, and received a very small portion instead of a large one. If you report all of this by phone, this place doesn't take you seriously at all. Scandalous.

I have been waiting for food for almost 2 hours and it still hasn't arrived.....

"Grillroom Piatto," aka just another trashy kebab shop filled with customers who can't communicate, answer simple requests or questions, let alone have the decency to remain polite on the phone. If you want to waste time and money, definitely order here. This is by far one of, if not THE WORST KEBAB SHOP IN THE ASSEN AREA. Waited more than 2.5 hours, had to call more than 4 times, didn't get any help, never again.

Very unfriendly! Calling after 30 minutes and saying there is no pizza!

Ordered 4 pizzas, 2 of which had extra toppings. Result: 4 lukewarm pizzas and the extra toppings I paid for nowhere to be found.

We order regularly and were always very satisfied until yesterday. The Turkish pizza had very little meat and a lot of lettuce, making it tasteless. It is a shame that the quality isn't consistent. Delivery was perfectly on time and the staff were friendly.

Truly a top-notch place. I ordered from Rolde and thought the food might be a bit lukewarm due to the distance, but when the order arrived after not a very long wait, the food was actually hot and fresh. I will definitely order here more often! Highly recommended. They are cheap too.

For the second time, we received an undercooked pizza. The first time, we finished baking it in the oven at home; the second time, we had the delivery driver take the pizza back. The driver walked away with the pizzas and stated that we didn't need to order again... so no new attempt to deliver cooked pizzas or any other way to resolve the issue... poor service. We will not be ordering from here again in the future.

Scammers. Claim to have delivered to the hair salon. That didn't happen. They claim to have called to ask for the location. Stated that they didn't do that. They are sticking to their guns, but cannot provide any proof. They say that you have to ask for a refund for home delivery. You are supposed to pay a visit there.

We ordered food last night. In the end, our food didn't arrive. We had already paid, of course. I contacted them today, and they claim that the delivery driver called me multiple times and sent a text message, even though I haven't received anything. We asked for proof, and he said he would send me a message, which he naturally refused to do. Instead of a refund, we asked if they would still prepare our order, but they simply refused. I would advise everyone against ordering from here, because it is questionable whether you will receive it at all.

Half a container of spaghetti. Cooked way too long (mush) and half a container of salad with 1 piece of cucumber. Everything straight into the trash. Never again!

The food was delicious and the courier delivered it hot. We loved everything. We'll be ordering again. The service and chefs were excellent. I'm glad we ordered from Piatto.

Super delicious! If I had enough money, I'd order from here every day. They're super friendly and willing to do anything you ask for. And the doner sandwiches they make are the best. Fast delivery and very tasty. Highly recommended.

The website says they have lamb shawarma, but what you get is cheap turkey shawarma with lamb fat mixed in. A disgusting, dry meal, too. I complained, and they insisted it was lamb. It doesn't have the color, smell, or taste of lamb. I eat lamb very often and can taste it immediately if I'm being ripped off. Never again!

I ordered lahmacun with head pieces last night and it was delicious! Everything was fresh and flavorful. The young man who prepared the food was super friendly and hospitable. Definitely a place I'll be returning to again. Highly recommended!

The pizza kebab was very good, not greasy and with a nice crust. The vegetarian lasagna is highly recommended. Delivery time was a bit 15 minutes off.

You get ripped off here, they quickly add 5 euros to the price when you pick up food.

I ordered kapsalon döner and potato wedges, and they were delicious! The seasoning on the potato wedges was excellent, and they even use seasoning for fries in the kapsalon. A real 10/10!

I had a delicious pasta meal. It was a bit small, but there was a lot of sauce.

We ordered a steak funghi. At least, that's what we thought. This is a piece of meat full of fat and tendons. We called, and they claimed it was a steak. They wouldn't resolve the issue. I've included a picture of a real steak. Then you'll know the difference. What a terrible place!

The order was really messed up, the delivery person looked at me suspiciously and I felt quite uncomfortable and literally had to send the delivery person away. The order was not what we ordered because the donor with chicken was not warm, the fries were soft, the chicken was not tasty and there were all kinds of pieces of tendons in it. I'm not used to this from you! There is a new chef or something in the kitchen who has been taken over from my favorite chef from Piatto

The food was cold and the chicken doner was not tasty and the delivery person was not really pleasant to interact with, he stayed there too long, usually it is delivered and gone, but he stayed there too long

They have very good pizzas and kapsalons. They use fresh ingredients and the delivery is always on time. They even include free pepsi with the order. We have orderd here more then 10 times and the food is alway very good and not cold. I would recommend to order here your food!

Ordered 3 pizzas online tonight. Because we had some extra wishes regarding topping, we called to make sure it had gone through correctly. 2 of the 3 pizzas were not made as ordered. I called again about this but was told that it must be fine. Bad experience and not worth repeating. In the end I picked up McDonalds and left the pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 7:08 pm. Expected delivery time 8:25 PM. Called at 8:45 PM to find out where it was. Was told it was just going into the oven so it would arrive in 20 minutes. Finally delivered at 9:15 PM. Fortunately, pizzas are hot and delicious.

Ordered at 5:30 PM via home delivery. I didn't receive my order until 7:30 PM. I also ordered a can of drink, but I did not receive it. Bad thing. I'll never order from there again.

Unfortunately not a positive experience. If it's too busy to handle orders properly, in my opinion you shouldn't take them. Ordered pizza at 7:10 PM, asked to leave out onion and pineapple. Delivery time after placing order 8:25 PM - fine, Saturdays are always busy. Called at 8:40 PM to ask where the pizza was. The delivery person 'was supposed to be there in a few minutes', but 'it was very busy'. At 9:00 PM still no pizza, so I called again. The delivery person arrived while I was on the phone with the owner, who 'also didn't know why the delivery person took so long'. So finally a pizza at 9:00 PM. This was lukewarm and had onion and pineapple on it, even though I had asked for these to be left out. The owner did apologize, plus a free drink (Fanta with sugar, I don't need it, sweet junk) and the offer to give a discount next time, but there will be no next time for me.

Very tasty kofta, and also an excellent pizza, according to my wife. Not much to say about the quality of the food. Good portion too for the price, good quality and didn't feel rushed despite the following: Ordered for delivery on a very busy Sunday. The order took a very long time (just under 2 hours). Finally the order came and it was delivered by the owner. In my opinion, mutual understanding and good handling. Our first experience with Piatto makes us want to order again, because the food was really tasty and we especially want to give another chance about the delivery time. That doesn't scare us away, but the timing of this Sunday was very annoying because we didn't have much time and wanted to opt for the 'fast' thing.

Recently ordered the lasagna gorgonzola. After 1.5 hours we received a lukewarm container with only pale cheese and pale lasagna sheets and a little fake gorgonzola. The only color was from the oven, except for the tiny bit in the bottom edge, there was no tomato sauce or anything to be seen, contrary to what was stated in the description. They better take this dish off the menu, we won't order this anymore.

Ordered at 6:38 PM, they did not let us know in advance how long it would take, so I was somewhat irritated to hear that it would only be 7:55 PM according to them. In practice it was 8:35 PM. Pizza really not tasty and of course cold. The pizza I ordered was with salami, ham and onion. Just look for that in the photo ;). Not again for me

Had it delivered on a Friday evening. Was nice, nothing special. Thin bases as they should be, but little tomato sauce and a little too much cheese. Few herbs, so the taste was flat. The partner's cow's milk allergy was taken into account, but the pineapple was not included. Includes 2 free soft drink cans.

We tried several places in Assen to find tasty spare ribs. Now they are certainly available, but tonight we wanted to order something from you. I went for the spicy and my wife for the sweet. We were hungry and ordered some drinks. The delivery person was very friendly, even came all the way upstairs and the food was delicious. Lots of meat on the ribs, tasty potatoes, fresh lettuce and even extra drinks. We really enjoyed it, thank you! We will definitely order here more often! The only thing I wasn't happy with was that due to my extreme fatigue after working 60 hours this week, I forgot to tip the delivery person. You're owed that!

I have magnum double gold I bought caramel billionaire ice cream and got a very nasty salty taste, but I didn't order it and then I call them and they scream. Person answers the phone and gets mad at me and comes up with no solution

Undercooked lamb, black pieces of pizza as an extra and a mediocre salad, you would be wrong to order this here.

Had a nice meal there. I ordered a hair salon and it was very tasty. While I was waiting I was given a freshly baked puff pastry cookie with honey. It seemed to be a traditional snack. This was also very tasty. In short, highly recommended.

I'm not easily satisfied with pizzas, especially if you've had delicious pizzas. So up to this point my preference is Domino's Pizza at P.J. Troelstralaan in Assen. The Super de Luxe Pizzas are super delicious. If I've already finished enjoying it, it's way too late to take another shot😁

Very disappointing. The reviews seemed extremely good, after ordering the pizza was both incomplete. The 1 missed the pineapple and the shawarma. The other missed the chicken. Also the crusts were not crispy

Not so hard/crispy, just right, tender, tasty. Tasteful. My wife had shawarma hawai, with perfectly cooked potato slices. Add a bowl of salad. And 2 cups of sauce with the flavor of your choice. Good sauce too!! Verdict: Highly recommended!
