Pizzeria 4 Mori in Wijk 01 Lariks

Cozy, small-scale but delicious Italian food! Deserves more visits than the original takeout!

Ordered 3 times... The food always took 35 minutes for the first order, 2 hours for the second, and 15 minutes for the third. None of the three times was the order delivered correctly. Two of the three times, ingredients were missing from the pizza. The owner then did nothing to resolve this properly. In short, find another place to order your food.

Ordered pizza and lasagna bolognese for 4:00 PM. It was delivered at 5:30 PM. The pizza came in a crumpled box and the lasagna in an aluminum container with black burnt spots inside. The food was lukewarm/cold when it arrived. The lasagna also tasted slightly sour. I couldn't detect any cheese or any ragout/bolognese sauce. It was mostly pasta sheets and very little filling. And almost saltless. I will NEVER order anything from this place again. Even the lasagna from Lidl tastes ten times better and is well-filled. And it costs half as much.

I had a fantastic meal at Il nuovo 4Mori. The restaurant area is still relatively new, but I think once word gets out about its quality, there will be a fight for a spot. I had the prawns in white wine sauce. Delicious!

Delicious Lavazza coffee, had a nice sandwich for lunch, recommended!

Don't order here!!! We waited an hour and a half for our order, and the greasy pizza was freezing cold! Shame on you!!! Not even worth a single star!!

Ordered at 5:30 PM and called at 7:00 PM to ask when our pizzas would arrive. The final result: "Our pizza maker is working on it now." A little 6-year-old girl has been waiting an hour and a half (!!!) for her pizza. OUTRAGEOUS! We will never order from here again!!

Quattro Mori is relaunching in Assen under the name Il Nuovo 4Mori. We're pleasantly surprised! We've ordered food twice (both times delivered on time and the food was delicious) and dined in the restaurant once. It's all still in the early stages, so you have to get used to it. But the service was super friendly and the food is fantastic. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

Ordered through Thuiszorgd. Scaloppa gorgonzola. Now, I don't know what it was, but the sauce had almost no gorgonzola in it. It had little flavor. I also had to wait a good hour and a half. What a waste of €26.

I ordered food at 6:40 PM and it arrived at 8:10 PM. The pizza had few toppings and the crust was soggy. So soggy that the pizza box was wet. I also found the meat on the pizza had a strange smell. It really wasn't worth the money. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering again...

Well, guys, this is really not right. The food is always good, but waiting two hours is simply unacceptable. You really need to do something about this, otherwise even the most loyal customers will look for alternatives, and you won't see them in the restaurant anyway. It would be great if you could also respond to this so we at least feel taken seriously.

After they completely misplaced an order months ago, I gave it another try today. Unfortunately, I had to wait 2 to 2.5 hours. I ordered a scalopa gorgonzola, but the gorgonzola was nowhere to be found and tasted only of salt. The calzone, by the way, tasted the same "salty." Worthless, and this was definitely the last time.

We ate in the restaurant, it was nicely arranged and we had a delicious pizza for a great price.

Ordered at 4:30, arrived at 5:30, everything was cold. The scaloppa was awful, as if the meat had been in brine. There was no bread, the potatoes were black, the chicory was stuck to it. This was so bad. "If you call them, sorry, what do you expect us to do about it," was the answer. "I think this is scandalous..."

I have a tip! Find a different pizza place. This one sucks. I ordered two pizzas yesterday. They were baked way too long. The cheese was black and the edges were as hard as a rock. They were also stingy with the ingredients, and some were even missing. I called, but the person on the phone seemed like they didn't care. You get the idea...I'll never order from them again!

Ordered food at 5:00 PM, supposed to arrive at 6:00 PM. Called at 6:30 PM... It was ready, waiting for delivery. At 7:00 PM, the pasta and tiramisu finally arrived. The result: the pasta was lukewarm and dried out, the tiramisu warm and melted (it had been sitting on the pasta tray all this time). Unaware. And then you pay 24 euros for it...

The food arrived much later than agreed. Half the pizza ingredients were missing, and what was there was very sparse. The pizza base and crust were incredibly dry. The pata bolognese was a bowl of dry pasta and a single dry chunk of meat with very little sauce. I would rather choose a frozen pizza than this place in the future.

I just have to give one star. I ordered at 5:55 PM and chose 7:00 PM as the delivery time. Still nothing by 7:30 PM, so I called. They said the pizzas had just come out of the oven and would be delivered soon. Still nothing by 8:00 PM, so I called again. The pizzas were still supposedly on their way. When my girlfriend told me she expected our food to be cold by then, she was told, "Well, there's nothing I can do about it." The distance between our house and the restaurant is a good 5 minutes. At 8:05 PM, I received an email update: the food was on its way. At 8:10 PM, the delivery driver was at the door, and we could finally enjoy our meager, cold pizzas. Incidentally, the drink we ordered wasn't the right one either. Once and never again!

Too Good To Go and the shack on Troelstralaan are permanently closed. It said so on the Too Good To Go app. I went to the city center, where I'd since discovered they were. They were also closed for the holidays. Goodbye, money. This is really not fair, as I arrived well in time (within the time indicated on the app).

A very nice and tasty place. I ordered three times and it was delivered by two very nice and spontaneous guys, Djurre and Daan. It's a really great place!

Terrible experience. We had to wait a full 2.5 hours for our food, and the food itself was inedible. The pizza and bread were dry and tough, and the pasta was okay but not great. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The service was terrible. After an hour, I called, "Yes sir," and after 20 minutes, after an hour and a half, still no one called. "Yes sir, they're coming out of the oven now, so still no food." Finally, after 2 hours, I finally got my food. And then, a pretty good pizza.

We have ordered here before, never had any problems. Until now! We had scaloppa with white wine sauce, mozzarella balls, a kind of mini calzone and a lasagna. First we were called fifteen minutes after ordering that there was no pork tenderloin so if it could be with chicken. Oh well, fine, Then we picked up the order. The lasagna was very burnt and the mozzarella balls were risotto balls. We called anyway and we would get the money back for the mozzarella balls (they apparently didn't have those either) and a new lasagna. It would be delivered within 30 minutes. Doesn't seem that difficult to me since we live 2 minutes away. (It took an hour) The second lasagna had a lot of sauce and the cheese had just melted. We didn't get our money back for the mozzarella balls. Too bad, was always very satisfied

Takes a long time and is inedible

Bizarrely bad company Always had good food the past months, but this really beats everything. Order arrived after 3.5 hours and then it was wrong 2x. No apologies, no solution, nothing at all. Bad service and no solution at all. This was the last time for me.

Super pizza and the rest is no less good

Ordered one piza Al vorno, there was very little on it and it looked like the chicken that was supposed to be on it had flown over it. Also ordered one lasange, the bowl of lasange was only half full, no cheese on it and it was also burnt. We will never order from here again.

Ordered here for the last time today. Pasta without taste last time. If you have any telephone contact, nothing will be done. How disappointed I am in 4Mori, I have been a customer of this company for years, but things have only gotten worse in recent years. Pizzas can be folded in half and there are hardly any toppings left on them, so if you ask them not to put something on a pizza, they will put it on anyway. The last time they gave me herb butter in the glass, I could just eat it, according to the chef there. The owner's son is not capable!!! Owner would call me back but guess what, he just doesn't care about his customers who have been coming for years. They lost me, never come here again, a baked pizza from the supermarket works better.

Ordered 2 pizzas. 38 euros. Turned out to cost 32 euros afterwards and I also paid for it. So always check the prices of the ordered pizzas first and calculate it yourself first and maybe also the other dishes, otherwise you are unconsciously Thief of your own wallet 😵‍💫🙏🏽

Nasty pizzas and long delivery (2 hours). After not ordering here for years due to the same experiences before, things seemed to go well again a few times. But today I was very disappointed again. Even our 7 year old son didn't want to eat his pizza, wan t he thought it was dirty. Such a shame because they can be as good as they want!!!

If you order here you pay 4.5 euros for a small container of garlic sauce, and you get a container of potato slices measuring 20x10cm with the bottom visible. The oven potatoes were also burnt and the owner can call on the phone to say that this is not the case, but it still tastes burnt. 0/10 save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

I ordered scaloppa which was already ridiculously expensive for what you actually got. Then it took over 2 hours for it to arrive, well after the stated time. Scaloppa was so salty that a friend and I both became unwell and had to take magnesium pills. Never this again.

Bad thing!! It used to be better not to have a love for the food. Everything comes from jars and the pizza is very tough.

It's just a little too expensive to be a fan of it. Calzone is usually not well filled. Not even the fungi. Quottro Fromaggi is very good again. If you add something, for me usually roast beef, then it is significant and nice. So a bit of mixed feelings. If you have to wait inside, you can read a newspaper. Not suitable for a romantic dinner. But better than before.

Pizza was on time. Taste was good, but not very hot, pizza was limp and crust was tough. It looked like it had been heated up in the microwave. Too bad 4 mori was always good, but they are no longer available for us.

This tent can only be described in two words; pure incompetence. (Summary below) The customer service and delivery are exceptionally poor. We placed an order at 6:18 PM. Successfully paid and then we received an estimated delivery time of 7:05 PM. Absolutely fine. After waiting until 7:30 PM, we decided to call. We were told that it would take a little longer due to a delivery shortage. The pizza was also ready in the shop and would be delivered as soon as possible. Okay, it's a bit strange that that wasn't communicated to us. But I do understand that. When we still didn't have our food at 8:00 PM, I started to get tired of it. We called again and asked again where our food was. The company assured us that a delivery person would pick up our food and bring it to us. It's still not gone?!?!? This also means that it has already been in the store for at least half an hour, and is therefore ice cold. When this was said, we demanded financial compensation. After a while of being defensive, with the excuse that it was ''very busy'', the person on the other side of the phone decided to guarantee us that a deal would be made. We agreed to this and would come back to it later. After about fifteen minutes a car finally came and brought us food. After digging in his car for a while, the delivery man came into our driveway. After a quick check of the food, everything seemed fine. Wrong. The food had clearly become cold. But instead of making new food, Pizzeria 4 Mori decided it would be a better idea to simply throw the food that had been waiting for half an hour back in the oven. This was clearly noticeable in both taste, texture and temperature. But the worst part was that after all this time, desserts were still forgotten. After making another call, an apology was finally offered that they forgot, still under the guise of being busy. It would be delivered. Around 9:00 PM, almost 3 hours after our order was placed, we finally receive the last part of our order. A double portion, which I can appreciate. When I confronted the delivery person about whether the food had been reheated, he panicked a bit and guaranteed us that it hadn't. And that it stood for a maximum of fifteen minutes. I find both statements hard to believe. In summary it was an absolutely absurd experience. A total wait of THREE (3!) hours for food that was barely swallowable. Accompanied by completely unprofessional and nonchalant behavior from everyone we came into contact with from the business. Apart from a half-hearted apology and a double portion of dessert, we have not heard anything about compensation. I, as someone who has a lot of experience in both the service and the kitchen, would be extremely ashamed if one of my colleagues showed such a performance. Even if it were the busiest day of my catering career. In any case, I won't spend another euro on this place. And I will still turn to Bella Italia for my Italian.

High prices, Pizza Salami with barely any tomato or cheese? Have never experienced this before. We called promptly and reported the problem. The gentleman responds that these are decent market comfort prices. But at 9/10 other companies a pizza costs between 9/10 euros instead of 14 to 15 euros. We were told that the old pizzas could be picked up and that we would receive new ones if they agreed after 20 minutes. No thanks once and never again.

It's a take-out only restaurant, but a very good one. Not only for simple daily food, they also do holiday catering for larger groups of people.

Once upon a time you could get, or they would deliver, the tastiest authentic pizzas. I have no idea what's going on these days, but something often goes wrong with an order. Apparently people don't read. Additional communications regarding filling are regularly missed. Sometimes an entire order goes wrong. Nowadays the pizzas are very sparsely topped and the very thin pizza base looks more like a German flammkuchen than an Italian pizza. A thin base is fine, but a base that breaks and crumbles. No thank you. Next pizza not from 4 Mori.

Perhaps better than the pizzerias in Assen. Tip; pick up, delivery is often a bit late. But the taste is great. Carbonara gorgonzola was really great tonight!

We ordered saltimbocca romana. for a change the order was on time but the food was less. The potatoes and vegetables were black and there was very little. There was barely any sauce in saltimbocca romana. The bread was burnt.

We order here regularly. Really, the food is amazing! However, with the same pizza that I often order, sometimes it has a much richer topping than other times. Also received the wrong order two or three times, but this was resolved properly. I really like the meat and pasta, I have never eaten it as good as from 4mori. For us, no restaurant can compete 💪

What a bad experience! If you order food, they will arrive an hour later with the wrong order (this can happen). Terribly bad service. Ordered food at 5:15 PM for 7:00 PM. Just call at 7:15 PM to see where they are staying. Should be there in 15 minutes. Finally eating at 7.45 pm. Complained to the delivery person that he was 45 minutes late. Half of the food was thrown away because it was unpalatable and the fries were burnt... left in the food for far too long.

As a regular customer, I have often received the wrong order and a ridiculously long delivery time (+ one and a half to 2 hours). Always had a lot of patience and understanding. Then I would get a free pizza. Due to the bad experience, my last order was in November. I would be put in the system for the free pizza and only had to provide my address. Today I tried again with hope again with pasta and free pizza, but I didn't get the pizza for free. Well, I only ordered the pasta, but it was also burnt because there was barely any sauce in it. Bah, completely done with 4mori.

I ordered large shrimps in a mushroom cream sauce. Unfortunately, the shells are still around the shrimp. So you either have to dip your hands into the sauce to remove the shells or use a knife and fork (with a lot of effort) to remove the shells. I'm a fan of 4 Mori but this is absurd! Especially considering the price, 25 euros!

1st time ordering here also last time. Been waiting 1 hour and 5 minutes. After an hour I no longer feel like eating. Then reluctantly because I paid a LOT for it, eating pizza that is cold.

Pizza cold, little taste and texture

I can't recommend you 4 Mori. Ordered several times this year and also passed on the complaints. Nothing done with the input. Standard 45 to 75 minutes late for a telephone order. The worst experience was waiting 3 hours. The response to this was yes, we are busy. The pizzas are often stone cold or not well done. The best people are difficult to reach by telephone and do not take you seriously at all. Would you like a hot meal as agreed? Do not order here!!!

Excellent food, all incredibly salty and the garlic sauce is as thin as water

Not tasty, cold food and not good service. We order from Pizzeria 4 Mori about 3-4 times a year, because my parents like the spaghetti here. We order €65 worth of food and indicate delivery "as soon as possible". After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, I call the pizzeria to ask how long it will take. I'm told it will take another half hour. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I call again and indicate that my patience is running out and that I would appreciate it if we could get a discount on the next order. We order there several times a year and I believe that as a company you should provide this service to keep your (regular) customers satisfied. Well, after 2 hours of waiting the food arrived. What seems? The food is cold, the lasagna is inedible and then we miss part of our order. And also don't want to go to the trouble of bringing this anyway. This was the last time for us.

4Mori has been THE takeaway or delivery pizzeria for years. Once set up by Meta and Inatia Mura. Had 6 pizzas delivered, good temperature and plenty of toppings. Another treat. 4 Mori compliment and keep it up. Gr, Albert Roggen

Not recommended. Delivery took 15 minutes longer than promised. Not gourmet. Lasagna was a thick bowl of puff pastry with some lost cheese and minced meat here and there.

Tasty and rich pizzas and large portions of pasta.

1 star because it is not possible to give no star. Hellas, what a travesty having to wait an incredibly long time for delivery. Staff on the telephone very inadequate and customer unfriendly. Finally, out of misery, I picked up the pizzas. My husband picked up the pizzas and thought it all looked rather unsavory. What a disappointment, dry, almost unfilled pizzas, even the Margerita was inedible and ended up in the trash. I don't recommend anyone ever order anything here. The supermarket has better pizzas in the freezer section.
