I have always had good food with delivery here, but even though it was the weekend, this is a huge disappointment! There was a piece of plastic in my mother's food, so she didn't eat any more of it! I find that terrible! And very poor of whoever thinks they are doing their best in the kitchen! Even on the weekend, I expect good food and no plastic in the food; on top of that, everything was already cold/lukewarm! Do something about this before something happens to your customers.

We ordered a large kebab but only received the bun without the meat. We called them and told them. They laughed at us, said it wasn't possible, hung up, and then didn't answer the phone again.

I have ordered food here quite often, I especially like ordering the kapsalon... unfortunately, I got very sick from it once, and after that I became very afraid to order it again. Please look closely at how it looks; judging by the reviews, it is really 50/50. The order did always arrive quickly for me, though, no complaints there.

I ordered a Kapsalon klein at 18:03 and it arrived at 19:45, and we had said it needed to be cancelled but they came anyway.

The delivery driver made a mistake by delivering an extra pizza. By the time we realized it, he was already gone. Twenty minutes later, he was back at the door demanding money. When I indicated that I didn't want that and wanted to close the door, he rammed my front door open with both hands and stood in my hallway. My children were standing behind me and witnessed this. Because of this, I felt threatened in my own home (as a woman). It is on camera. I called the restaurant, but they took no responsibility and stood by their delivery driver. Very intimidating and absolutely unacceptable. I am filing a police report!

I ordered pizza no. 35 on February 16, 2026 and received what I think was the wrong pizza. I ate a small amount of it, but it wasn't tasty. It was downright disgusting. I've been a customer for years, but I'm now switching to another supplier.

Ordered a doner box last month, and the next day I got food poisoning. The food looked awful anyway, with dry potatoes and not even garlic sauce. Dirty, unhygienic people work there too, yuck, full of bacteria.

We ordered at 11:30 and it didn't arrive until around 1:00. A long wait is one thing, but you expect at least good food. Unfortunately, the pizza was half-baked and therefore inedible, and the kapsalon was absolutely inedible. Still, I gave it a few extra stars because the guy on the phone was friendly. But honestly, the food was absolutely disgusting and extremely disappointing.

I ordered and waited two hours, and they said it would take 40 minutes. Finally, I called them and they said the food hadn't arrived, so don't trust them. Your food won't arrive. Don't trust this store.

Trash, hair, and empty cans with my food—I quickly called the delivery person back and asked what this meant, and he said, "Yeah, my colleague, colleague."

Pizza di mamma, I've been ordering this pizza regularly from Sahara for about 5 years now. The quality is still top-notch!!! Always well-filled and delivered quickly. Worth mentioning!!

The pita bread with cheese has almost no cheese and costs €4. We'll wait until the neighbor's is open again. There you can taste and see the cheese for less money. The outside area also looks awful. Cigarette butts are everywhere. Disappointment

Most disgusting lamb shawarma ever, the meat smelled like a dirty mop, so many hard pieces between the meat, the potato slices were probably refried 10 times, so much oil, dry, yuck, never again, if you dare to sell something like that, then write a review like that

Last night we ordered the steak in pepper sauce twice and a coke. In the end, we didn't get the coke with it, and the "steak" turned out to be a completely different kind of meat than they claimed... and there you are, paying €18 each for a tough piece of meat that isn't steak.

Stingy people have to pay extra for a sauce everywhere, nowhere else in the same kind of place do you have to pay extra, very disappointing and stingy here 🙈🤣😩

Unfortunately, the potato wedges I ordered weren't included. The kapsalon was too salty, and the Hawaiian pizza was buried under tiny bits of pineapple. You can overdo it. The pizza was tasteless and almost cold.

Ordered by phone and checked online. Had to pay €6 more at the door. It's a strange, dishonest business, so I'll never order from here again. Also, the garlic sauce is like yogurt, sour stuff. I will NEVER order from here again.

Worthless! Waited 2.5 hours for our food. Called and the food was in the oven and came as soon as it was ready, it was indicated that it was busy. 45 minutes later, still no food, I called again and finally the food was there, which was a shame because it was cold! And the side dish was missing. All in all not recommended first time ordered here but also the last time. Crappy tent.

The food looked promising, but unfortunately it was stone cold when it was delivered after 90 (!!) instead of 40 minutes. This was a disappointment for us and unfortunately not an experience we want to repeat.

I have ordered from here before, but the food is really dramatic. My friend had a pizza without ham plus bacon, instead she got a pizza with ham + chicken bones and no tenderloin on it (and the chicken didn't belong on it). I also received an undercooked pizza. Last time we order here.

Specially ordered a pizza carbonara on February 24 via their own site. Received an email asking if I wanted to post a review on their own site. I was disappointed in what was delivered to me for the 2nd time in a row. The completed review has not been posted on their own site, it is not allowed even though my complaint was serious. On their own site you only see positive reviews. My last pizza carbonara special had a very thin topping, there was no bacon on it, the extra ordered onions were raw and there was a lot of egg shells on the pizza, in addition, the pizza was pale and baked far too short, the dough was not even in the middle go. For me the last time, it's not like it was before

Ordered here for the first time today, the potato slices were limp and cold and the lettuce tasted sour and seemed old. The spareribs were floating in the sauce and had many fatty pieces on them. I think 50 euros for 2 portions is a lot of money for something that is not tasty. The delivery person was right on time.

In the past I have always had good experiences with Sahara, but after tonight I will NEVER order from here again. At 7:05 PM I placed an order via Thuisbezorgd and according to Thuisbezorgd it would take a maximum of 45 minutes. Now I'm not that worried about that on a Friday evening, so I just waited quietly. The delivery person calls at 8:12 PM. He was standing in front of my apartment building and I had to come outside. However, I just live in a terraced house. Because the delivery person did not speak fluent Dutch, I then spent at least a minute explaining that he was on the wrong street altogether. At 8.25 pm he finally showed up in front of my house, with cold food. Now this may be an incident, but after this fiasco I'm taking it on the safe side and I won't order from here again from now on. You lose customers with this kind of antics.

Good tent to order from. Almost every order so far has been at my house within 25 minutes (once in 13 minutes from ordering) and nice delivery staff. Very good hair salon that is only €9 on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Pizzas are good too.

Normally always very satisfied, good food and fast service! But I just received my cheeseburger XL and the bottom of the bun is just really hard and burnt. It also tastes burnt. And the cheese is nowhere to be seen. I want to call them To pass this on; the phone number doesn't work! This is a bit of a shame!

Ordered once from Sahara, unfortunately it was very disappointing. Instead of the 30-minute delivery time, it became 1.5 hours. The durum was decent as you throw a dollop of garlic sauce on top which masks everything. The supplied apple juice from a bottle was tasty. We have literally never had such a bad experience with delivery, too bad!

I ordered food over the phone and picked it up in person. I ordered the food without vegetables and it was a bit spicy, but I got it with vegetables and it was so spicy that I couldn't eat it, and when I received it everyone was laughing so it was a joke on their part. I will never order food there again

Absolutely disgraceful, we went there to order a simple meal for the family because we were very hungry, they took our order and it took UP TO AN HOUR to get our food, meanwhile around ten other costumers who came after us got their food within minutes just because their order was easier, we waited and waited and eventually they gave us the food but the mood was absolutely ruined. Never stepping a foot in this restaurant again.

(Kapsalon) The potato slices were so wet that they were like mashed potatoes... I had reported no onion and there was still onion in my food... The delivery person could use some more decency by not leaving my food on the floor near the to open the front door and just almost walk away... Next time I'll handle it differently :@

Ordered doner sandwich, lamachun doner special and "special" shawarma sandwich. The doner and lamachun sandwiches were good, but the quality of the shawarma sandwich was considerably lower. First of all, there was no sandwich. It was just a bowl of shawarma with some fried onion. There was no salad, no peppers and no mushrooms. There was nothing "special" about it. Finally, they were unreachable during the wait and after receiving the order.
