Pizza Italia in Korvel

The food was delivered fairly quickly. But that was about it. All three pizzas were truly flavorless, despite two having anchovies on them. My vegetable pizza had a slimy, tasteless artichoke on it—blegh. We added salt and pepper ourselves, but honestly, it still tasted awful. We would have preferred a dry sandwich; it tasted better.

I don't know what's more unpleasant, the place or the owner. When I arrived and was served, I ordered a Bolognese calzone, hoping the food would make up for the terrible service. The place claims to serve Southern Italian pizza, but nothing could be further from the truth. It was a calzone filled with some kind of tomato sauce, cheese, and lots of vegetables. The portion was generous, and this is the only positive aspect I can take from my visit to such a peculiar place. It certainly is NOT Italian pizza, and needless to say, I'll never return. The owner should try to apply for Kitchen Nightmares; they'd make a great episode with Gordon Ramsay.

Bad service, not friendly staff DO NOT ORDER!!

It doesn't deserve the Italian name (Pizza Italia?), but really, any name. Don't eat pizza here.

Our order never arrived because their delivery driver couldn’t figure out how to enter an 11-digit phone number. When we called the restaurant, they hung up on us and ignored further calls. Very unprofessional.

We never got our food. The courier couldn’t dial my phone number (11 digits) and instead of solving the problem, the restaurant hung up on me and refused to answer again. Absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place. Our order was never delivered because the driver couldn’t use the phone number correctly. When I called for help, they hung up and didn’t answer afterwards.

Amazing service… if you enjoy paying for food you’ll never see, drivers who can’t use a phone, and staff who hang up when you ask for help.

We always order the same thing at this restaurant. Today, however, it was much worse. The Terpezzi was raw and the top was burnt, and the sauce and meat were completely flavorless. The Insalata mista (salad) had little to no dressing, and the lettuce was completely yellow. I then calmly called the owner to explain how the food arrived and to give a friendly explanation. Only to be told to pick it up at Albertijn from now on and then hang it up. We always enjoyed eating here, but after this order, we'll look elsewhere next time. Absolutely terrible service.

Delicious pizzas delivered quickly and that on a Sunday around a busy time. Really recommended.

Take note that via Thuisbezorgd you need to pay extra for cheese when it is a pasta dish with fish in it. I needed to pay 2.50 extra when the order was delivered. It may be wise for this restaurant to change that on their Thuisbezorgd page, because it did not state that you would be charged extra in person.

I ordered and paid through Thuiszorgd. I didn't receive anything, so I called and was told by the owner that the order had been shipped. I called several times to ask where my food was. He threatened me, and then I cursed the owner. I didn't receive my order, but I was relieved.

I've never encountered such unfriendly and rude staff in my entire life. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the first to experience this. If you want to retain your customers, you really should treat them differently. It's a matter of goodwill.

Owner's big mouth!! I ordered food online early in the afternoon for delivery at 5:00 PM. I called at 5:15 PM and was told it was on its way. I called again at 5:45 PM and was told they'd already told me they hadn't seen it before and were on their way. They didn't say anything about it the first time. The owner told me I wouldn't tolerate any back talk and that he could keep track of everything. A few minutes later, he called me back to offer some kind of apology, but didn't let me finish. He did say "sorry, sorry, sorry." When the food arrived in a car you could hear three blocks away, the sandwiches were soggy and wet, and the food was way too salty. The last time I ordered from them.

Not nice service. The order comes not as expected and not as I paid for. The pizza is thin and burnt to the point of black. First and last time. Adios

Not received an order for the 2nd time. The first time the case turned out to be closed. It's strange that you can still order... Last time my money was returned within 5 days. Now the 2nd time no order has been received, cannot be reached by phone and after several emails still no response or money back.

The pizzas smell like the owner's feet bad pizzas

If you really want to eat good pasta, this is the place for you. I've been ordering from here for quite some time. Its always fast and it's always delicious! Highly recommended. I also recommend ordering from them by phone. Customers who call take precedence over home delivery. Then they are lightning fast.

Horrible guy who tries to artificially boost the reviews

Good food, wrong order, unreasonable contact and harassment. Ordered 1 pasta trepezzi and 1 penne quatro fromaggi. However, we got 2 spaghetti bologneses. We called the restaurant about this calmly and understandably. The owner answered and called us liars. After a lot of shouting from him, he hung up with the final words: "get the hell out of here." We then called several times and he also left a voicemail in which he threatened to come to us to prove that we were lying. Then called again and, without apologizing for what had happened, he indicated that a different address had received our order. When we confronted him with the fact that he was wrong and had therefore acted incorrectly, he became angry again and still called us liars because we did not see the difference between bolognese and trepezzi in the box. After this, he called again and explained that he only wanted to deliver the correct order if we did not leave a bad review. I then made it clear to him that we would claim our money back through Thuisbezorgd and that we would therefore prefer to leave a review. The bolognese was tasty, but we were still quite shocked by the intimidation and distrust.

Fratello, the pasta fruit da mer was great! Super delicious, I really enjoyed it. Authentic Italian pasta no. 1. From Tilburg!

I order pizza quatro formagi I dont get anything and when I call to them they say I got it and its my problem . Do not order from them worst experience what I had

Part of the order was missing and when contacting the restaurant the guest hangs up twice and makes fun of me that I should have read better, even though we had paid extra. I haven't even finished that pizza because I want it out right away. One of my friends just got sick too. Bad service and even worse food.... Not recommended!!

It took an hour and a half for it to be delivered and we didn't get what we ordered

A. I cannot pay by card B. Stood at a closed door at 4:30 in the afternoon while the door said "opened" C. Then I go to the nearest ATM. Pay 22.50 and the gentleman wants to give me 5 euros back for a pizza of 12.50 I'll never go to this backstabbing place again.

The pizza was good, the tortellini was hard to swallow, even with the thought that there are many reviews about mold, etc. I would not order from here again, the price-quality ratio is not too expensive, DO NOT order here

Best spaghetti bolognese in the world

Ordered 2 pizzas last time, they were too weak, the owner promised 1 free pizza with the next order, when I called I was suddenly told that there was a new owner, even though it was the same person. So service is bad

Pizzas very salty. Okay, but weird taste. tiramisu was sour. My boyfriend and I both spit out the first bite immediately. Called, but according to the chef it was the amaretto (because it is of course sour.) We tasted spoiled mascarpone, because it was literally inedible. That was denied because it was freshly made by the chef that day. We have therefore received no compensation. We actually found the reaction and denial the most annoying. We only order on special occasions and then this detracts a bit from the atmosphere and is therefore a shame.

Ate the cacciatora pizza around 20:00, puked the whole thing out at 04:30, I got terribly sick. Do not eat/order

Hier is de pizza of je in Italië zit. lekkere dunne bodem. En de pasta's verrukkelijk. we gaan de hele menulijst af.

Only cash, pizza was okay but the whole place just seemed dirty and had bad vibes.

Pizza’s zijn heerlijk. Bestelde een 4-tal pizza’s waarvan 1 pepperoni pizza. Dit blijkt een pizza zonder de ‘worst’ te zijn….dus geen vlees. Staat op website maar is op zijn minst wel heel erg vreemd. Noem het dan anders, overal is pepperoni een pittige salami.

Heerlijke spaghetti bolognese en lekkere pizza's

Ze hebben de beste pizza's van Tilburg maar helaas gaat er wel bij altijd iets fout. Zoals vandaag pepperoni besteld, paprika gekregen. Vorige keer waren ze de ansjovis vergeten. De keer daarvoor miste de pasta de zalm. Etc etc. Echt ontzettend lekker maar het is elke keer een gok of je krijgt wat je besteld hebt...

Goed eten. En hele goede sevice. Altijd snel en het eten nog goed op temperatuur. Gisteren besteld, was iets niet goed. Gebeld en binnen no time op nieuw bezorgd! Lekkere broodjes ook. Pasta met zalm ook top!

Best place in Tilburg to eat a pizza

Pizza was lekker, maar pastas waren redelijk smaakloos. Let op! Via hun site bestellen krijg je pas 10% korting. Contant betalen, zelf ophalen en bestellen via telefoon dus niet!! Dus voortaan bestel ik wel via thuisbezorgd.nl, geen probleem!

Goede Italiaanse pizza's met de echte dunne bodem en goede ingrediënten. Één van de betere pizzaria's in de stad. Voor Amerikaans dikke bodems met mindere kwaliteit ingrediënten moet je hier niet zijn en kun je beter bij de grote ketens bestellen.

Lekkere pizza, hoe een pizza hoort te zijn

De echte Italiaanse pizza met dunne deeg. Misschien niet de grootste qua formaat maar wel supper lekker.

Heerlijk. Zoals altijd. Heerlijke pasta. En brood met kruidenboter ook super. Heerlijke kruidenboter. En snelle service altijd sneller dan de aangegeven tijd. 😊
