Super tasty and also super small pizzas, which seem even smaller every time, especially the topped portion. So really small, but also very nice (and therefore actually quite expensive).

The pizza was decent, but the last time it was brought out it was a bit cold, which was disappointing 🙄

Yesterday I picked up two pizzas, but unfortunately, they were very disappointing. The truffle pizza tasted more like a mushroom pizza; the truffle was practically nonexistent. The combination of pepperoni and chili-honey on the other pizza didn't quite gel together. Furthermore, both pizzas were so thin that all the toppings fell off immediately. Such a shame, especially since I had high expectations.

Helpful and happy staff, great location off the main road - the pizza is great, the ingredients fresh and the base light and doughy - scissors used to cut the pizza was a nice touch / novelty.

Later, we asked for some eggplant on one of our pizzas, and the server kindly brought us a large bowl of perfectly cooked eggplant to spread on top. Top-notch service and a wonderful atmosphere! I'd cycled past it so many times, but on our daughter's recommendation, we finally went in. What a warm welcome (your name on a beer mat on the table as proof of reservation) from the fantastic staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, especially in these times of staff shortages. Many of the staff have a background in hotel management. Willem, in particular, stood out. We had a delicious meal, and the atmosphere in the small restaurant was excellent. Highly recommended!

We've been here many times; whenever we go to Amsterdam, we almost always eat here. We've also tried competitors in Amsterdam, but Pizza Project is simply perfect. Free water. Perfect pizzas; you really don't need to go to Naples for that. They have great specials. Friendly staff. Prices are good. You don't need to book far in advance; booking on the day itself is often fine.

Came on a Sunday, was very busy and our server Thomas who was solo was very proactive and really pleasant. Oh the food, food was great, we ordered 3 pizzas all three were great, got a tiramisu on the house and their 'Birra moretti' beer was very good ! 5/5 would defo come again.

A friend that had previously visited recommended I try their pizza. The place is small so expect a wait if you do not make a reservation. I was able to sit outside without a wait, but the weather was not the best on this day. The crust and dough were very tasty with fresh toppings. I got a white pizza which is usually my go-to, and it did not disappoint. I would recommend if you are visiting the area.

Very, very good pizza place! Usually, I can’t eat a whole pizza by myself, but here it was so good I couldn’t control myself and had almost the entire thing :) They have good vegan options (I had the one with aubergine and courgette, Norma is also very good), and the ones with meat are top-notch (e.g. the one with pepperoni). The dough is warm, crispy, and clearly high quality. I promise you’ll enjoy every bite. It’s very thin, but so delicious that you might want more and even eat the crust. I also liked the atmosphere. Can definitely recommend the place!

I heard great reviews about the pizza here. We had chilly honey, mortadella pistachio and margarita. I would have liked it more if the pizza was less watery. I would give it a second chance later. I lived the environment and staff a lot 🥰

Average pizza, very good vegan option. Too bad they forgot my order, so I had to wait a long time.

We arrived at 8:30pm. They shut at 9pm. On Sunday. They was so busy and so accommodating. The fact they was okay and got us sat down, ordered food and provide free water. The food was sensational. Highly recommend. Even after close of "9pm" We was still eating at 9:15pm. They didn't force us out or tell us to hurry up.

The pizza was truly delicious. Unusually for us, it was served with scissors.

We had a great experience at Pizza Project for dinner on our visit to Amsterdam. The staff are very friendly & responsive, and the vibe is amazing. We tried the Margherita pizza and it took me right back to Napoli. Quality ingredients and amazing taste. Highly recommend if you are looking for pizza in Amsterdam! Worth the effort to reach here even if you are in some other area.

We regularly eat at the Pizza Project and the food was, as always, delicious and what lovely staff.

We had another delicious meal, the pizza of the month was delicious as well as the new dessert: cheesecake.

Pizza is soupy. Service is not great. No one takes pride in their work here.

We went for dinner after reading positive reviews on social media, but we were utterly disappointed. The pizza was half-burned and limp, and the fior de latte on the pepperoni pizza tasted too animalic. We weren't even asked once if everything was to our liking, so the service wasn't great either.

This is my favorite pizza place in Amsterdam. The Spicy Honey pizza is my absolute favorite! Dough is chewy, and even the crust is soft and delicious, not hard like in many other places. So, I can enjoy every bite until the very end. On top of that, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended :)

I don't understand the hype... The pizza was limp and lacked any flavor. The prosciutto tasted cheap... All in all, I won't be returning.

Small pizza place just outside the city center. We were able to get there without a reservation and got a table. After a moment of taking our order, it was super quick. The server spoke German, and we were able to chat for a bit. Very friendly staff, and the pizza was incredibly good. We sat outside on the sidewalk for a bit, but since bikes have their own bike lane, that was fine.

We hadn’t booked a table but got shown to a table inside immediately, then moved to an outside table once one became available. The restaurant was great, with very friendly staff and delicious pizzas. The menu had a wide range of pizzas, with plenty of them vegetarian.

What a fantastic place: delicious pizza, helpful service, and outdoor seating. Pleasantly surprised! The wines are fine, not great. The red wine could definitely be served cooler! But hey, the focus is on the pizza. 5 stars!

Delicious pizza, friendly and attentive service but paying close to €4 for Coca Cola and only receiving a small 200ml bottle instead of the usual 330ml in every restaurant I’ve ever been to is a sad tactic. Not the fault of the friendly staff, purely a poor business decision from owners.

Came across this place while visiting another restaurant in the neighbourhood. Looking at the crowd, I really wanted to check out the place. The Garlic bread is out of this world. Really cheesy & garlicky. The service from the staff is awesome and they are quite interactive. Loved the joint.

Authentic Neapolitan pizzas. The menu was small, with only a handful of specialties—always a good sign! The grilled vegetables at the Norma had a light BBQ flavor, truly delicious. It was also great that they came with scissors instead of the mess of using a knife and fork. It also has a cozy terrace.

This place was walking distance from our hotel and in a nice neighborhood. It was hot (35 Celsius). Despite the heat, they were buzzing. Servers were very helpful and accommodating. We did not have a reservation (recommend) and they made it work for us. Ordered a burrata salad, pizza, and some bruschetta. A little different for us to have scissors to cut the pizza. All we had was so good. Highly recommend checking this place out

Very very tasty pizza, really. Big compliments on the taste, but I was quite disappointed with the size. The pizza is smaller that the average. The service wasn’t great - I tried to order my second drink for an hour and the waiter never came. We ordered a salad that also never came. Would I come back here? Probably, the taste was good.

Looks like this is not the first service issue they had. We ordered our pizza and also polpetta and bruschetta and specially and explicitly said we do not want to have starter and main etc, and wait instead we would like to have whatever is ready, and the lady serving us asked again because the meatballs are taking long, and we confirmed again that we do not want to wait, we can have first pizza and then polpetta. We waited 40 mins and then saw that they were bringing pizza to the table behind us, that sat down 10 mins ago. In the meantime another server or the manager came and said, our pizzas were being done and will come in a few minutes. But after seeing they serve to the other table who came much later then us, I went in, and actually they were discussing our orders, and indeed they did not do our pizza but waited for polpetta. And when I complained about it, the reply of the server was that they can cancel the order. I was there with my 2 kids, rushing so I can take them back home early, and already waited 40 mins and the solution was - “we can cancel”. Then they brought the pizzas a few mins later and offered us free drinks, and said the girl serving us was new and 16 years old, which is not my problem(!), and it was already too late for trying to make up the situation.

Started out with good vibes and appetizers and ended with 1h wait on pizza’s. Garlic bread is mostly cheese, you can almost call it a margarita pizza. The meatballs were actually good and worth the wait. Was really excited for the main dish aka the pizza’s. After 1h of waiting and seeing tables that came wayyy later than us getting their pizza sooner than ours… was kinda sad. They had to wait maybe 20 minutes. We asked them about our pizza’s after 35 min of waiting and they told us it would be another 10-15 minutes or so. Well they came… soggy pepperoni & honey and plain prosciutto. After one hour of waiting I didnt feel like asking for anything else. The bill came and no questions about how we felt about the night or the food. Service was mid considering the place isnt even big. Kinda disappointed.

I visited Pizza Project in Amsterdam with my family and can honestly say it was one of the best pizza experiences we've ever had. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and from the moment we walked in, we were made to feel right at home. Special thanks to Bas and Alon, who went above and beyond to look after us. Their hospitality, knowledge of the menu, and genuine warmth truly elevated our evening. The burrata pizza was mind-blowing—perfectly crispy crust, incredibly fresh ingredients, and that creamy burrata just melted into every bite. We also had the bruschetta, which was so vibrant and flavorful. However, the star of the show was the chili oil which is a must try when visiting this branch! Will definitely come back!

The waiter was extremely quick and polite about taking our order and made a special exception since we don't eat that much. The pizza and spicy olive oil were exceptional and the quality of the pizza was outstanding and the price was not substantial but they didn't comprise in any way.

A small place with good pizza and excellent service. They provide scissors with each pizza, which makes it really easy to cut – very convenient! I really enjoyed the anchovy pizza. The ice cream, both vanilla and lemon is also really delicious. To reserve a table for a group larger than 3 people, you need to pay a deposit of €10 per person.

No crispy pizza dough, but a sticky white bread bite. Edges were not cooked but like a bite of a sticky soft white bread in your mouth. But partly burnt black on the edges. Very unhealthy!! The base was wet and sticky. Too much tasteless cheese and too little unseasoned tomato sauce. We had a Napoli, too few anchovies, olives and capers. In short, our advice: go to a real Italian pizzeria and not to this white bread baker. Service was friendly and quick, but it was also very quiet. The owner responded as follows: It is true that we make Neapolitan pizza, which is characterized by airiness and a slightly burnt (called leopard crust) crust. It is also characterized by using the best ingredients (such as San Marzano tomato sauce) without adding too many herbs. This is of course on our website Nevertheless, we do everything to create beautiful memories, sorry that this did not work in this case! And the base was soggy when the pizza was put down. And our pizzas were served immediately and were hot. Furthermore, the menu states that the pizza is salty... Great we thought, but there were too few anchovies for that and the olives were not salty. The distribution of the capers and olives could also be better. Layers together, not divided and unequal in quantity on both Napoli pizzas. So.... it is not an option for us to eat with you again. Nor are we looking for another compensation. But thanks for the offer. Perhaps you can do something with this, because I think it can be better! Grt Ronald

I always used to go to the West location. Now moved to south and tried this location for the first time, nothing short of the West location. Service was very good, had a few kids with us, they were very helpful, flexible and attentive.

Pizza take away experience was downright bad. Ordered pizza margarita with ham and mushrooms and pizza with bell pepper and burrito. There was not a single piece of ham on the pizza. Very soggy, limp. Also the bell pepper cooked to mush was very disappointing. Will never come back.

Disgusting is all I can say for this, Rushed our food we waited about 20 minutes for a waiter to come and ask us what our order was, we then asked for our garlic bread first and then pizza but because they took so long to come to us in the first place….the time was nearly time for the restaurant to close so instead they brought out our pizza first and then we said what about our garlic pizza she then brought it out, now the pizza was absolutely disgusting most soggiest pizza I’ve ever ate in my whole life! As you can see in the pictures not great!

A true taste experience at Pizza Project! The smell of fresh dough greets you upon entering, and the atmosphere is warm, intimate and stylish – perfect for a date night (see photos!). The pizzas are sublime: airy, crispy crust and toppings that are perfectly balanced. We enjoyed the Spicy Honey and the Mortadella pizza – wow. Super friendly service and delicious Birra Moretti. And yes… we even got scissors to cut our pizza ourselves – so nice! An evening to remember.

Bruschetta was perfect. Unfortunately pizza was a bit too burnt. Tiramisu a little too much coffee, but still delicious.

Just a very cozy and casual atmosphere. Food is good and well prepared. Normal prices. Good location, chill service and whether you just have a drink or an extensive meal, it's all fine here. Restaurant in the atmosphere of the café on the corner.

Were here with a group. It was super cozy, good atmosphere and fast service. This time the food was a little less tasty. The pizzas served had pieces (burned too black) on the bottom, which did not improve the taste.
