Fantastic service, friendly people and good pizza!

Good pizza, lukewarm guy behind the counter. Only downside was the Waddinxveen drerries who also came to get food at 12 o'clock at night. Recommended!

I'll be honest with you, the people who work there are cool and the pizza they sell is damn tasty.

Staples in the Pizza. I ordered a salami pizza from Spidi. Halfway through the pizza, I bit into something incredibly hard. It turned out to be two staples. Naturally, I called and asked for an explanation. I spoke to a nice young man who gave me the manager's phone number. After a phone call with this gentleman, it quickly became clear that this wasn't going to work. He kept interrupting me, saying that staples were a "natural product" and that this could happen. Very surprising. The man didn't agree that I wanted a refund for one of the two pizzas. Because "where people work, mistakes are made." Incidentally, the man said in the app that they have a stapler, so this might have happened. However, later in the phone call, it turned out that the man had only said this to hear my story. And that there wasn't a stapler. I was a bit surprised, because there were definitely two staples in the pizza. The man started yelling on the phone. I yelled back that I'd just go to the store. (Incidentally, I called right away when I found the staples. On an employee's advice, I finished the pizza.) The manager said I shouldn't have done that. And then blamed me for eating it. Again, very striking. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by the young man I'd spoken to on the phone. I'm guessing he was about 15 years old. There were four other adults there. After a lot of effort, and a shouting match with the manager again over the phone, the man couldn't go to the store himself because he's abroad. When we left the building, the 15-year-old followed us. He said to me, "My boss keeps calling me," to which I replied, "Maybe you should look for another job. I find it strange that he keeps calling you and not one of the adults calls about this." To which the boy replied, "I'm not going to answer either. I'm here for the money, and then I'm leaving." I thought this was a wise decision on his part. In short: The food is delicious. The staff is friendly and shows empathy. The manager has no empathy. He very easily blames the customer. And, moreover, he's someone who shows no experience or social skills towards his customers. With regret, I won't order from here again. (Edits correct spelling errors.)

Super! Delicious Calzone shawarma with extra shawarma. Domino's can't match that.

The food is terrible plus there's a hair in the pizza

I ordered pasta pesto, I get the pasta without pesto. Just plain cream sauce. Not edible.

As always, enjoyed fantastic pizza and pasta. Consistently good quality, delivered and/or collected on time and nice and warm. Nice team and normal delivery people at the door. Great team Spidi!

Biggest scammer. The gentleman has a sign outside that says pizzas and pasta are €10. Yet he charges full price and just makes excuses for it! This is already the third time this has happened. Never again spidi

Ordered hot chicken and it came with a very large portion of spicy chicken that was very tasty. The fries were also good. And that from a pizzeria after all. Even a salad and pita bread. Fine!

Pizzas were delivered hot and on time. They were delicious. I only expected the same pizzas as from Spidi Gouda, but they taste completely different.

Delicious traditional pasta al dente quatro formaggio and a pizza Alberto. The pizzas are made in a traditional way and prepared in a real stone oven. For the Italian taste you really have to go to this pizzeria. Quality is really a 10+

Has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the old Pizza Spidi where we even ordered pizzas from Boskoop. Gone is the good bread with the salty herb butter. Pizzas are completely different. No big deal, but give me another name dude.

These gentlemen from Spidi know how to prepare the best pizzas! They made me a pizza that was on a box but not on their menu! This pizza really tasted delicious beyond my expectations! This pizza is definitely recommended!

Delicious stone oven pizzas, made by rightly proud chefs who cheerfully talk about their great business. Pizzas were ready quickly, really spidi. Better than the Domino's next door!

The pesto pollo pasta here is unusually tasty. I always order it and it remains delicious. When you order you always get a delicious sandwich that you can dip in the sauce, definitely recommended.

Placed order at 6:32 PM, called half an hour later to find out what time we could expect the order, quite grumpy and angry man who told me that everyone wanted their order quickly... while I had explained that we were on the boat and we would like to know what time they arrived, we were assured an hour after ordering at 7:32 PM... well you can tell it was around 8:15 PM that we received the pizzas. Then the pizzas were half warm and tough... not a good experience.

If in doubt, order the last few minutes before closing time due to the late evening hours. Due to previous experiences at other establishments, I called the branch with an anxious feeling, asking what time the food would be available. the response to this did not include an exact time, which fueled uncertainty. Still, the food arrived fairly quickly and was delicious. worth ordering

It was a bit unclear when those pizzas would arrive, but they did deliver at a quarter to three in the morning. and as usual, very tasty pizzas as we have come to expect from Spidi

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and one was a hamburger and the other was not the chicken sandwiches were are used to. We called to complain but they didnt care to fix the issue or refund us. Never going back

Ordered spare ribs & pasta tagliatella and had it delivered. The portions are generous and no expense is spared. Wonderful taste and thoroughly enjoyed. Also ideal if you want to eat halal. Toppers!

Cold pizza, delivery 60 minutes, wrong topping that was paid extra for.

Received very mediocre/cold food. Pizza was inedible and was thrown straight into the trash. Price/Quality certainly not worth it. Rubbish…

Ordered a kapsalon doner and Italian shawarma dish 20 minutes before closing time. No problem at all to make that. Portions were ample and very tasty! We will get food here more often. :-)

Very mediocre, lukewarm, cardboard-like pizza, no crunch or taste, little toppings. One day later: I just received a call from the boss of the pizzeria who explained that there was a traffic problem that caused the pizza to arrive later. Great, that explains part of the complaint and it's nice that we were contacted. We'll try again next time. 😃

Pizza helemaal goed, bodem goed, smaken goed, alleen was de doos niet alleen horizontaal geweest waardoor de topping aan 1 kant vd pizza lag. Doet uiteraard nix af ad smaak! Ken pizza Spidi nog van andere eigenaar en locatie...t was en is PRIMA! Bezorger heel enthousiast en alles nog goed warm in Moordrecht.😉

Vandaag na lange tijd weer keer eten afgehaald bij de Italiaan van Waddinxveen. Pasta was heerlijk en pizza was genieten. Complimenten aan de chef-kok 🇮🇹 mijn dochter mocht nog even achter de schermen kijken 👀 super hygiënisch en alles netjes op orde. Namens Tasnim dikke duim 👍🏼 tot de volgende keer. Had besteld kon niet beter gewoon aan de telefoon vriendelijk en de bezorgen was geweldig ik bestel vaak bij Spidi en ken de bezorgers ook zowat wel deze was nieuwe maar ook geweldig ( Milan) van alle keren dat ik had besteld was dit de beste. Pizza ook zoals altijd lekker. Al kon ik meer sterren geven had ik dat gedaan! Geweldig

om 2 in de nacht en toch kan ik pizza eten. lekker warm en een aardige bezorger.

Vandaag een bestelling van 10 pizza's geplaatst en een mooie korting gekregen, wat een fijne service! En de pizza's zijn ook nog eens heel lekker. Feestje geslaagd!

De pizza was natuurlijk lekker en ook erg fijn dat ze tot zo laat open zijn. Maar vooral 5 sterren voor de bezorger die midden in de nacht nog de pizza naar mij kwam brengen nadat ik hem per ongeluk naar het verkeerde adres stuurde. Helemaal top!

Lekker pizza en goed eten ! Klantenservice niet helemaal verstaanbaar en erg druk, ik accepteer drukte maar maak even klein beetje tijd voor je klanten die gewoon betalen ! Klonk niet super gastvrij ! Verder allemaal super geregeld ! Bedankt !

Vandaag calzone bestelt ik eet ze normaal graag van pizza spidi maar ze zijn niet meer zo als toen echt jammer en er zat dan ook nog is wat van papier tussen me eten en het deeg was ook hard echt een no go jammer dit
