Warung waddinxveen in Wijk 04

Spicy sem sandwich was a huge disappointment. It was quite sparsely topped. Fortunately it wasn't bad but I wouldn't order it again. The saoto had very little filling and the chicken wasn't tasty. The broth was fine if you added ketjap. Tjauwmin with hot chicken is not hot chicken at all. More like salty chicken and the tjauwmin is tasteless. Too bad because I had high expectations. I won't order here again

If these are Surinamese they should hang their heads in shame! I had stomach problems for 2 days because of the crap they sell, and then they ask the main price for such a pathetic piece of shit that you get. And it's just old. You think you're eating nice nasi, you just get white rice that's fried in oil, no vegetables, nothing. Really, I've never eaten at such a crappy place in my life as here. Don't believe me? Try it yourself!

The nasi with spicy chicken is a bit dry, the bami with spicy chicken is a bit more creamy. It is certainly spicy. But the taste is not that special, call it ordinary. Sweet and sour cucumber is recommended to take with it. Belongs to the top in terms of taste, we think. The roti chicken curry (fillet) was also quite ordinary in taste. The sambal costs one euro, was unfortunately a red variant. We personally find the Madamme Jeanette a bit tastier with the Roti. We cannot judge the service and atmosphere, had it delivered twice.

Always good food at Warung! I always buy via their own site or pick it up from them. The food always arrives warm, I personally think the roti bakkeljauw is the tastiest. In addition, the satay sauce here is also my favorite, I can eat it with everything ;) Highly recommended!

Fine, I only ordered chicken and don't know what I got but it wasn't chicken 🤣 it was tasty though.

Ordered via home delivery. Was delicious roti and satay. And delivered quickly, absolutely great. I have no idea what the atmosphere is like there, but I think that will be good too...

The Saoto soup was really tasty. We are moving and had to drive a bit after picking up our food. It was still warm and full of flavor when we ate it at home. Recommended!

Baras were so bizarrely greasy and spongy that you could squeeze them out and souto soup had no taste and lamb rottie was tough.. too bad

Waited an hour and a half for my food. Bami had no taste. The meat was overcooked and I couldn't even pierce it with a fork. And I think the spring rolls come from Jumbo or something. NO TASTE .

We have just ordered, but I think the food is really tasteless and the meat was cooked for far too long. We will not order from here again and we had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for our food.

Just ordered 2 nasi and a bami, delicious food, it was hot upon arrival. I will definitely order more often, keep it up. People who give negative reviews should just go get food at Lidl.

Just don't order noodles, this is really inedible, tasteless and the noodles are too soft, roti was mediocre but not what I'm used to, same about the bara, it was just heated up so a lot of oil came off, it's a shame because the cook was super friendly

The Surinamese cuisine in Waddinxveen. I had the tastiest nasi chicken satay ever here this weekend. The telo bakkeljauw is also delicious. In short, you must eat here. Enjoy your meal 😋 🇸🇷

**Disappointing Experience** My recent experience with this restaurant was a true disappointment. We decided to order online and chose the saoto soup, bara chicken curry and bara hot chicken. I'm sorry to say it went wrong on all fronts. The saoto soup, which should have fulfilled the promise of a heart-warming taste, was actually just boiled water without any flavor. It lacked the essential spices and ingredients that should make this soup so delicious. And then the rice - old and mushy. It looked like it had been reheated for hours and was not fresh at all. This was a real letdown. But the absolute low point were the baras. I don't even know where to start. They were tasteless and seemed like they had been prepared a long time ago and then reheated. The texture was definitely not what you would expect from crispy, flavorful baras. All in all, our experience with this restaurant was downright bad. We had hoped for a tasty meal, but were instead disappointed. We certainly won't return.

Had a delicious meal at Warung Waddinxveen. One of the better Surinamese eateries in the area. The noodles and rolls are delicious!

Ordered my food here several times (via home delivery). Food is good and lately the taste has been consistent, last to slightly varied. Roti and nasi with satay are fine. Too bad that delivery, regardless of time and/or day, always indicates 60 minutes. Today we were 15 minutes early.

Surinamese sandwiches were really nothing. The tofu and chicken curry were cold, had no taste and even the bread was chewy/hard. The telo was also tasteless and had loads of oil. We had to throw everything away. So disappointed.. this is not Warung.

Heerlijk eten met een constante kwaliteit

Super lekker gegeten, heerlijke bami met hete kip. En broodje bakkeljauw. Zeker een aanrader!! En snel bezorgt.

Rotiplaat supervers en zacht, goed gevuld met erwten, de bara lekker luchtig.

Goed eten top op tijd voor herhaling vatbaar

Heerlijke roti (kip ketjap en lams)!!!!!

We hebben op 31-8-2020 3 porties kipfilet met roti besteld. De kipfilet in massala was wel lekker, maar die roti.. kan echt niet. Je kan en mag geen OUDE ROTI leveren aan je klanten, deze moet vers zijn. De roti was hard en was zeker niet vers. Daarnaast graag alles beter verpakken, want de massala lekte.

Heb vandaag weer twee gerechten geprobeerd, de saoto soep was echt authentiek en heerlijk zoals ik gewend ben. Tweede gerecht was niet zoals ik gewend ben van de Surinaamse Hindoestaanse keuken.

echt heel lekker eten, en nog eens voor een lage prijs dit is zeker een aanraader voor iedereen.

Surinaams zoals Surinaams hoort te zijn. Vriendelijk aan de telefoon, snelle levering en gewoon echt goed Surinaams. 5 sterren!

De roty is leker maar de bara niet veel te veel olie

Heerlijk voor het eerst roti met kip gehaald bij Warung Waddinxveen. Dank mensen. Recht-toe-recht-aan eten, zeer ruime porties en gezelligheid tijdens het wachten.
