I ordered on thuisbezorgd. i didnt get my order for TWO HOURS. Kept calling for one whole hour where NO ONE PICKED UP. when they FINALLY did, no one could help me cause they didnt speak english, i asked them to cancel and they understood but marked it as DELIVERED so now i can't get my MONEY BACK. TERRIBLE service, very frustrating especially because its 1 after MIDNIGHT, I am BUSY with work so I NEEDED the food, I like their food. Very disappointed and angry.

Ordered a pizza at uber with a €15 discount, which meant I had to pay €6.95, and I wanted to pay cash at the door. When the delivery guy came he said I had to pay the full price or I couldn't have the pizza.

Online ordering doesn't work, and then you call the store and you can't order anything because they don't speak Dutch. The phone just hangs up.

I do not recommend anyone to try this restaurant because the owner of the restaurant is very bad. He does not speak Dutch or English. It is difficult to communicate with him. It seems that food is not suitable at all. The prices of meals are very expensive. You think that you are in Switzerland.

I recently visited this pizzeria and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. Inside I met Emre, a very friendly employee who helped me choose a pizza. He even gave me a free cookie – a small gesture that was really appreciated! The pizza was incredibly delicious: fresh, well-topped and perfectly baked. The service was great, the staff is welcoming and attentive. Thanks to this positive experience I have decided to eat here every time I am in Haarlem. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves good pizza and friendly service!

The order was placed at 1:44 am and would be delivered at 2:15 am, according to Thuisbezorgd. At 2:27 am I received a call from the delivery person, he was said to be at the address mentioned. However, it turned out he wasn't there. 2 minutes later he called me again, explained where to go. After 10 minutes he called again, saying he was now at the main entrance. In the meantime I walked to the main entrance of the Spaarnegasthuis. Then he called again, it turned out he couldn't find it. He happened to be standing at an intercom, which turned out to be at the pharmacy. Completely on the other side of the Spaarnegasthuis and the location where I was. After 9 phone calls with the delivery person, and 45 minutes later, the delivery person delivered 3 cold pizzas. In the meantime I had called the restaurant, and the person on the line indicated that I could get new pizzas. I indicated that this was not an option, because we would then be faced with the same problem. Namely that the delivery person cannot find the address. Then he indicated that I had to cancel my order so that I could get my money back. However, this was not possible via Thuisbezorgd. The delivery person indicated to my colleague who opened the door that we would get our money back. However, this was not possible now, as the delivery person had no cash in his pocket. And the person I spoke to on the phone said he was only an employee and not the manager. I contacted the restaurant by telephone on Friday afternoon, an employee indicated that he would look at my email. Waited on Saturday and unfortunately no response. So I sent another email today. Again no response, so I called the restaurant again. I got on the phone with an employee who told me to contact Thuisbezorgd. Because of my bank details, I indicated that I had mentioned my bank details in my complaint email, so that the money can be refunded. The employee replied that this would still happen today. Unfortunately again no money received. I regret that I have to be contacted via a review in order to get my money back. Still waiting for an answer and my money back. Home delivery also informed. However, home delivery cannot do anything either... because the restaurant refuses compensation. Called the restaurant daily, and every time I was promised that I would get my money back. But I always get nothing back... extremely unprofessional... they don't care if they lose customers. And they have never heard of service. I especially recommend taking a course in business management, Dutch and Google Maps.

I ordered a shawarma pizza. They had a buy 1 get 1 free promotion. But they came with 1 pizza..pure scam!! The delivery person called the store and the boy on the phone said that the boss was not there and that he had nothing... this is just too sad for words!

Lately this is one of the best pizzas I've eaten... I discovered this place a little late, but now I feel very lucky. As a true pizza lover I can definitely recommend it!

A time has been agreed upon for collection. In practice this does not appear to be the case. When I arrive there is nothing in the oven and preparation of my order starts. Nothing but praise for the quality of the pizza.

Pizza made me have this because it was the only thing I ate for dinner, and I drank water. When they were preparing the pizza I saw that the girls were smoking and they came in without first washing their hands or anything to prepare the pizza. When I started to see them wrong, they automatically put on gloves. Hygiene on the part of the staff is not adequate.

I don't recommend anyone to eat pizza from this restaurant, from what I've seen the hygiene is a ticking time bomb and since 2 in the morning my girlfriend and I have had diarrhea and stomach pains and the belly is not even normal, my advice is not to eat from the pizza dam I'm sorry why rivew las yes it's true.... Advice never to order here. Pizzas were delivered 2 hours late. Pizzas are delivered cold. No promised drinks supplied. After this negative experience, the restaurant was contacted to find a suitable solution for the above complaints. An hour later the delivery person (who spoke no Dutch and hardly any English) arrives with the pizza and the free drink that I could choose. Then I look at the box and see that it is a 25 centimeter pizza box, while I had ordered a 35 centimeter one and I immediately recognize the difference because I have worked in different pizza parlors for over 3 years. so I confronted the delivery person that the order was incorrect, which started to become difficult even though it was even indicated on the receipt that it should be a 35cm pizza. Ordered from Pizza Dam Haarlem for the first time. Called directly, which was difficult because the employee had to ask again 4 times what the order was. (we actually live 3 blocks away, a 5-minute walk, but because we were tired and wanted hot pizzas, we had them delivered) After 50 minutes still no pizzas, so I called when we could expect our pizzas... according to the employee, they had 'just' gone out. 20 minutes later they still weren't there. In the end I had to wait an hour and a half for 4 pizzas of €76.50 and unfortunately all 4 were extremely disappointed with the pizzas and therefore did not eat everything. De pizza's zijn lekker en zeker aan te raden. De bezorging is snel en vriendelijk. Wat wel een enorme teleurstelling is was het stokbrood met kruidenboter als bijgerecht. Dit is een afbakstokbrood van de supermarkt en hier wordt €4 voor gerekend. Dat vind ik niet kunnen voor een restaurant. Als dit vervangen zou worden voor een vers stokbrood en smeerbare kruidenboter zou het de prijs waard zijn.

Voor het eerst hier besteld pizza's waren echt lekker. Absoluut een aanrader
