Watch out! They take your order and then stop answering, no food. Can't reach anyone anywhere, and by now it's an hour and a half later.

I have never eaten such a rancid pizza; the dough was not properly cooked. The garlic sauce seemed past its expiration date and the delivery was really bad too.

AVOID!!! this restaurant is a SCAM, BEWARE!!! DO NOT order online!! They will NOT complete your order and text you personally to say cancel the order when it's not possible so you will LOSE money!

I absolutely do not recommend ordering from this bad and disrespectful restaurant. I ordered four pizzas and a cola there. Apart from the fact that the cola arrived incredibly hot, I found insects in the pizzas. I contacted the restaurant to report this, but they blocked me so I could no longer contact them. A truly totally disrespectful way of treating customers. A very bad restaurant that is absolutely not worth trying. Truly incredibly dirty and horrible.

For context: I live not far from the shop. That being said, I order pizza from them regularly. The pizzas are usually hot and always delicious (not too much/too little tomato sauce and tasty dough). Also, always good deals (buy one get one free) and fast delivery. Only once did I have a situation where they took a long time and gave me the wrong drink.

The pizza honestly tasted like it was a week old, and the wrong drink was delivered.

Ordered twice because the Hot Chicken pizza wasn't topped enough. So I ordered a Shawarma pizza as well, but that also had very little shawarma and a lot of jalapeño. The second pizza arrived with the sauce all over the box. After the first order, I called to ask if they could put some more shawarma on it, but the employee barely spoke Dutch or English. Furthermore, no one else spoke Dutch.

Food was delicious and nice cooked. Being able to order thick and thin dough pizza made me quite happy. Definitely recommended.

It's ridiculous. I ordered food, but it didn't arrive. The man said I'd get my money back. Two weeks later, I still hadn't received anything. He said I always called to say I hadn't received it. I don't even live in Haarlem. In the end, this disgusting old man started yelling, "Ugh, I'm a jerk," and hung up on me. Crazy scammers, and the food was always disgusting anyway, but it was just the only thing open. Let's see if the owner wants to yell like that when I come over.

The pizzas are delicious, but the customer service is terrible. I've ordered several times, and the delivery drivers can never find it. When you call the location, you only get someone on the phone who speaks Turkish or broken Dutch and English. As a result, you get a cold pizza. They also won't bring it upstairs (I live on the second floor with an elevator). Because of this, I unfortunately don't dare order anymore, despite the good pizzas. I might come back, but then only for takeout.

Living in Haarlem 7 years, this is by far the worst pizza I’ve had here. If AI were to make your pizza this is it. It had zero flavor or soul. It’s obvious the owners are in it simply for the money. Cheese was rubbery, crust was tough and chewy. It was a grease pit. The chicken nuggets tasted like a mix between sad and cardboard. The worst part is that it cost more than all the actual good places in town. Don’t be fooled by their buy one get one free pizzas, there are hidden costs and it ends up being expensive. The pizza was hot and delivered on time. That is the only good thing about this place.

Don't come here! The food is terrible, and they try to convince you by giving 5 stars in exchange for a free drink, which includes a Capri Sun. They give you the impression you can choose any drink you like. After 30 minutes, I wasn't helped until there was no one in front of me. It's truly awful. It's a miracle it's still open. I asked the owner for Red Bull, and he said yes, I'll get a Capri Sun. So I just complained about my well-deserved Red Bull. The fact that I can't give less than one star is truly disappointing and far too high for a place like this. It's not even considered a restaurant. It's extremely vulgar and doesn't fit the bill. Kept calling for one whole hour where NO ONE PICKED UP. when they FINALLY did, no one could help me cause they didnt speak english, i asked them to cancel and they understood but marked it as DELIVERED so now i can't get my MONEY BACK. In the meantime I walked to the main entrance of the Spaarnegasthuis. Then he called again, it turned out he couldn't find it. After 9 phone calls with the delivery person, and 45 minutes later, the delivery person delivered 3 cold pizzas. Unfortunately again no money received. I regret that I have to be contacted via a review in order to get my money back. Still waiting for an answer and my money back. Home delivery also informed. However, home delivery cannot do anything either... because the restaurant refuses compensation. Called the restaurant daily, and every time I was promised that I would get my money back. But I always get nothing back... extremely unprofessional... they don't care if they lose customers. And they have never heard of service. I especially recommend taking a course in business management, Dutch and Google Maps.
