Great pizza! Definitely not too expensive and just delicious

The taste of the pizza is generally fine, but the delivery is usually not good, because somehow the delivery drivers have trouble finding my address. No other delivery service has this problem, only this pizzeria. I have called several times to provide feedback on this, but unfortunately, it doesn't change. I even specifically add extra instructions for the delivery driver, but apparently, they don't get read. Today was a disaster again; the delivery driver couldn't find it, barely spoke Dutch, or rather English, but still couldn't figure it out. So inconvenient. I called again to say how annoying it is that yet another hot pizza wasn't delivered. The woman on the phone was actually mainly busy defending the delivery drivers. This is really such a shame. She also seems never to receive complaints, and certainly not about deliveries within a 3 km radius. Typical. Yet, the reviews on Google tell me otherwise. Honesty is the best policy, besides the delivery from Pizzeria A'livella.

Unfortunately, this really was one of my favs. Now it takes a long time to get a cold pizza delivered. Call, answer, it's busy. But the delivery person stands in front of my door for minutes, talking on the phone with earbuds in. Unfortunately, this is the last time.

We order from here once every two weeks, but last time it was already bad (it happens sometimes). Today was a real disaster. One pizza was undercooked, wet and soggy, and completely inedible. The other pizza was burnt... used to be the best pizza place, now absolutely unbearable. Both pizzas went straight in the trash after one bite.

Pasta bolognese was really terrible! It smelled like soup vegetables and tasted like them too. I think the pasta was overcooked and was swimming in the sauce. I threw half of it away.

Pasta carbonara was terrible. “Bacon” didn't taste like bacon at all. No napkins. Paying by debit card is not possible – only cash or iDEAL.

We had to wait two hours for our pizzas. We called twice and then waited another 45 minutes. The pizzas were lukewarm, the rolls were okay, and the herb butter had melted. Never again, unfortunately... phew!

What incredibly poor customer service by the owner, a crystallized Ben & Jerry ice cream was delivered that had been completely thawed and then frozen again and the lady implied with her question whether I had put it in the freezer too late, that it was my own fault. are. I asked for a refund or new delivery but was offered 2 free drinks or 2 mini B&J ice creams with the next order. The order that will never arrive and a solution that is therefore of no use to me.

We stayed in Hilversum for a holiday. The first day we arrived we stopped by chance at this pizzeria. The pizza was really good and the staff were friendly. Being allergic to milk he tried to satisfy my requests in an excellent way! greetings from southern Italy 🇮🇹 (we hope to return to you soon).

For a takeaway piza place, it's quite atmospheric. And we were allowed to eat the piza on site. Piza was a little hard, but the taste and sauce were fine.

Wou snel een pizza meenemen voor terugreis naar Arnhem en werd heel erg hartelijk ontvangen en goed geholpen. Pizza tonijn extra was heerlijk! Graag tot een volgende keer!

Leuke nieuwe zaak op de hoek van de zuiderweg, lekker eten (pasta). Daarbij was het eten binnen 10 minuten klaar, vriendelijke vrouw in de winkel. Echt een familie bedrijf voor mijn gevoel!
