I ordered one mega shawarma sandwich, one döner sandwich, and extra sauce. The döner was well-done, and the mega shawarma sandwich was just a loose mini roll with almost a kilo of shawarma and a tiny, paltry amount of lettuce... I won't be ordering from here again.

Had a delicious doner kebab. Friendly staff. The only downside was that the garden gate was open, so you're looking at the trash. The door closed, and the trash is out of sight. If I'm in the area again on my motorcycle, I'll definitely be back.

Very tasty pizza. We've ordered there several times and are never disappointed. Deliveries are usually very quick, and the staff are very friendly and multilingual.

Super delicious and very large portions at a reasonable price. We had the Icelandic burger (the tastiest in years) and the Sharma "Cleopatra" beef with mushrooms. The staff there are very friendly, and the owner is incredibly personable. We'll definitely go back on our next trip to Holland.

Ordered twice now. Very fast delivery both times. Everything hot and fresh. The salad was packaged separately so it did not become soggy due to the heat. The portions were generous. After my message that I have a dairy allergy, the employee called to discuss. Very neat! ----------- Unfortunately, our 3rd order was a complete disaster. Called after waiting 1 hour, would ask and the phone was hung up. I listened to them work for 10 minutes. then hung up and called again. They forgot to check it. It turned out that our order had fallen through the cracks... with the question whether we still wanted it. Ehh.. yes otherwise no food. Finally, after a total of 2 hours of waiting, the order arrived. The ordered pizza was not topped correctly, but due to the haste of our guests (had to catch the train) we simply ate it. Very bummed, because there was no apology, no compensation, nothing... I think it's outrageous that you have to wait 2 hours, call twice and then still get the wrong delivery.

Order half an hour late. Potato slices cold and tough. Normally good food but today it left much to be desired unfortunately.

Food not great but not bad either. The annoying thing here was that we were constantly in a draft because the staff left the outside door open while they were going from room to room. After closing it 10 times I said something about it... well and then 8 people fell over me. So far from customer friendly!

Once again received a pizza with a raw egg. According to the delivery person, that's how it should be, but a raw egg on the pizza seems very dangerous to me because of salmonella... and the eggs on the pizza had always been fried before.

We are a regular customer and that is not without reason. We prefer to eat at the restaurant because the experience is complete. We also have deliveries delivered regularly and the food is very good. Ingredients are fresh and portions more than enough. Staff are always friendly. And everywhere something goes wrong, it is also resolved neatly. All in all, a pleasant and delicious experience that we would like to share with others!

Ordered on their app, I got the spare ribs with gebakken aardappelen but it came with fries instead of what I ordered and the meat was tough not what was expected when getting spare ribs since normally it would be tender and would fall off the bones, we also ordered the donor broodje it was 95% salad and 5% meat like what is this? several of our items we ordered were missing too and we called them and got told that they don't have the items we ordered so we could choose something else (ok sure but why didn't they call us before they delivered to see if we wanted something else or a refund?), so we did pick another item on the menu and then got told we have to go pick up the rest of the order?!.. sorry what?? I seriously do not recommend coming here or ordering from here since they seem to not care about their quality of food or the customers, they only care about profit and are greedy.

Aalten, you will not find a village closer to heaven in the Achterhoek. And you can taste it, because what heavenly pizzas. A super tasty thin base, with a crispy crust. Highly recommended. Also to sit outside on the open (covered) terrace. Sitting next to the pond, with music softly in the background and a breeze in your hair, you will soon feel like you are in Rome or Napoli.

Because there is no delivery service in Dinxperlo, we order our favorite pizza from you by telephone and then pick it up. Sometimes we order directly for the neighbors. We go to you because it was the tastiest pizza in the Netherlands so far. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the pizza with the last two orders (24/02/08). The price is getting higher and the pizza is getting worse. What is that? The pizza is poorly topped and the crust is burnt and dry. It's just made with love, not like before. You couldn't eat the rim at all.

We were in the area for the weekend. Didn't feel like cooking. So quickly ordered something here to pick up. Shoarma was super tasty, as was the lamb dish, but the meat was a bit too well done for our taste. Loved it and staff was super friendly. Definitely recommended if you are in the area.

Haven't been there for a while because they are not solution-oriented when you bring back spoiled chicken. I went back with green rotten chicken and all he said was oh dear.. the chicken oiiiiii. And he rushed back inside to probably inspect the chicken? Because he didn't come back with a solution or refund 🫣🤨 We had also reported twice that the pizza calzone was not cooked properly on the inside, but here too just...oh okay... (No bat, this is not okay!) So we haven't had anything here for two years now and we are going to Winterswijk to get our Döner and such. And quite a few are now doing that. So people from Pizzeria-Grillroom Aalten, do a little more in the way of excuses and compensation, because at some point the goodwill of the people of Aalten will end, right?

Smoking is allowed... I find that so disgusting, especially in a restaurant. The food, on the other hand, is fine. The wait staff (probably also the owner) was extremely friendly. But he forgot to bring my ordered drinks. Apparently he had completely forgotten, because he only calculated the food.

Ordered pizza yesterday, it was stated that it would be delivered 45 minutes later. After 45 minutes nothing, I called, what a rude staff, whether I was the only one who ordered something, it wasn't such a big deal, but the way it was done was not normal. To top it all off, they simply hung up with an unrepeatable comment. Finally after 1.5 hours we finally had dinner. And thank you, pizza is cold, limp cold fries. Good advice, save your money there and order somewhere else, it can't get worse than there.

Placed an order on Sunday afternoon via their own website. We opted to have 3 pizzas, 2 döner and a chicken dish delivered. The first delivery time was more than half an hour later (5km distance). When the delivery person was 10 minutes late, a phone call was made and asked if the order had gone through. Unfortunately, this conversation was very chaotic, but it was said that they would now start with the order and that it would be there in 20 minutes. You guessed it wasn't there after 25 minutes. So I called again, they said it was very busy. They were now working on the order. The delivery person didn't arrive until 45 minutes later! He got out, pressed the bag into his hands and immediately wanted to get back in. When I asked whether any compensation was possible (I had even tipped with iDeal in advance), I received a blunt, short response (it's crazy, you know how busy it is, another order that was for you has nothing yet). It's a shame about the poor communication and that orders just keep being taken when it's busy... this pizzeria is no longer for us.

Never eat here! Rude staff, arguing about weak pizza, shouting over the phone, suddenly I have someone else on the phone, and the order was also incomplete. What happened was that I canceled the order and the delivery person would refund the money. Having the delivery person come back will argue that we have received a complete order. My husband and I fluctuated between 3 and 4 stars 🤪 More reminiscent of a snack bar than a restaurant, there seems to be a lot of eating out. Not a typical Italian pizza, more of a mix of Turkish and Dutch. It was okay, it won't be my favorite pizza.
