They are very nice, their food is tasty, we have been here for a while now and they keep getting nicer, it really is a perfect place.

I used to always come here to De listige Santa maria and it was good, but since the new owner and the new name (Torino) the atmosphere has changed, though not for the worse! The food is still/again of about the same quality (nice and greasy) and the staff is still very friendly. All in all, a great place!

Ordered today, small order, four items. You know how it goes, you're hungry, you order something to eat. Other places are closed so you end up here, Santa Maria; none of us knew it, but we are gullible. We order our food, solely with high hopes and enthusiasm, hoping for the best. Seconds, minutes, hours pass, so we decide to make a call. Response: we are already back, we delivered. We indicate that we didn't and received nothing. A rebuttal was not accepted; we were hurled insults in Arabic, Dutch, English, and other languages—shocking, but what can you do about it? We calmly explain that we want to find a solution for this case, but that didn't sink in either; the verdict from this decadent establishment is that we have to figure it out ourselves, received no money and no food, so there we are, with our good intentions. The only thing left for us is for this place to meet a swift end. For us and for everyone else. Thanks.

I ordered for 1:00, called to ask how long it would take, and according to the owner, it would take 50 minutes. After waiting for 3 hours, it still hadn't arrived, so we decided to go home. The next morning, it turned out the food had been left at the door at 5:00. The food was cold, and delivering for an order 4 hours is not normal. It used to be okay with Farrit, but this new owner is a real jerk. I went back the next day and, after a lot of nagging, did get my money back, but I will never order here again.

Since the takeover, this place is nothing like it used to be. I live in the neighborhood and really notice a huge difference. The food is of very poor quality these days. The chicken döner had a strange smell and tasted like the meat had gone bad. There were even chicken scraps and feathers mixed in with the food. Both my girlfriend and I got sick after eating it. The delivery person literally arrived at the door in pajamas, looked grumpy, and didn't say a word. I said thank you, but got nothing in return. I used to enjoy ordering here, but nowadays I absolutely do not recommend this place anymore.

What a disappointment since the new owner took over. We used to love coming here, but the last time was really bad. The pizza was super thin, rock hard at the edges, and way too full of cheese. It looked more like a pile of melted cheese than a real pizza. No flavor, no good crust, nothing like it used to be. The service wasn't pleasant either. Hardly anything was said and the staff looked like they weren't interested at all. No smiles, no friendly atmosphere, just very unwelcoming. A real shame, because this used to be a top spot for us. We won't be coming back.

I have been coming here for years and was always a satisfied regular customer. That is why I find it especially regrettable to have to say that my latest experience was truly disappointing. Last Friday, I picked up a kapsalon, chicken doner, and a pizza from Pizzeria Santa Maria, but unfortunately, the quality was far below the level I have come to expect from you. The kapsalon was very poorly prepared: the fries were soggy and undercooked, and the chicken doner even contained pieces of bone and hard remnants. That is absolutely unacceptable. The pizza was also a huge letdown; it looked mostly like dough with cheese, while the crust was far too thin and tasteless. What also struck me is that the atmosphere and service have changed significantly. In the past, you were always greeted kindly here, the staff chatted, and you felt truly welcome as a regular customer. Unfortunately, that personal and warm feeling has completely disappeared. Precisely because the quality had improved so much last year, it is especially unfortunate to see this. We come all the way from Sint-Oedenrode specifically for this, but after this experience, I do not think we will be coming back. I hope you take this feedback seriously, because this was once a business I recommended with pleasure.

I never received my order, even though it was marked as “delivered” in the app. I tried to contact them multiple times, but no one answered. A very disappointing experience. I paid but received nothing. Absolutely not recommended.

Placed order today at 4:44 PM. After 2 hours, still not delivered. Called the restaurant. No one answers. Called Thuisbezorgd. Can't reach them either. I'm getting my money back. Ordered somewhere else then. Oh wait...! At 8:10 PM I get a call. No known number. I pick it up; it's someone speaking broken Dutch. I heard Santa Maria. I say that the order has been cancelled. He tried to indicate that he was sitting outside by the door. I open the door and the bag is thrust into my hands. The man rattles on about having rung the doorbell 4 times. That's possible. I was sitting in the back garden to put away a (mountain of) cardboard waste. Anyway. The dürüm was greasy. Jeez, with that much fat you'd have a heart attack immediately. It was literally dripping off it. See the photo of the burnt tortilla. Went straight to the trash. How dare you? You can clearly see it failed. Oh yes, delivering after a good 3.5 hours is really strange. I haven't experienced anything like this before. I read a response to a review. If you dare to respond (openly) to a genuine review, you lose me as a customer immediately. Which is exactly what is happening now.

We didn't get what we ordered; several things were wrong. We called to say it wasn't right, explained on the phone what was wrong, and we only received one new dish. I am not angry, but disappointed!

It's not the same anymore. The food used to be really great, but it's not as tasty anymore. The cheese on the kapsalon tasted old/funky. The fantastic garlic sauce has also changed and isn't nearly as good anymore. I wouldn't recommend it anymore. It was: Always a pleasant experience here. You're recognized, there's time for a chat and some tasting, and the food is ready in no time. The food is delicious, and the garlic sauce is highly recommended, but you won't go home without it!

I used to come here almost weekly, but with the new owner, it's nowhere near worth the money. I once fancied just dropping by for a beer and a chat with Farrit; with that grumpy new guy, you don't even have to try. Today, after a long wait, I finally gave it a second chance and ordered a large kapsalon and a four-cheese pizza. After waiting over an hour, I got a small kapsalon. Ten minutes into raking aside the immensely thick layer of lettuce and canned vegetables, I discovered the fries weren't cooked and the chicken döner was burnt. So I had to throw it out. That pizza could easily have been sitting in a puddle of water for an hour before it arrived, it was so soaking wet and soggy. I hope the place gets sold soon, to a people person who knows good food. A person like Farrit!

I used to have delicious food there, but unfortunately, not anymore. It seems like there's a new owner, and the taste has deteriorated dramatically since then. The shop itself does look a bit better, but that's not much use if it's only takeout and delivery. Next time, I'll look for a different shawarma place; it's a shame.

The first time I ordered pizza from you, I was very pleasantly surprised: the dough was light, well-risen, and wonderfully crispy. I even thought there might be a new owner or chef, because the quality was so much better than before. Unfortunately, my second order was a big disappointment. The dough was flat and tough, almost like a cheap frozen pizza from the supermarket. This difference in quality is a shame, because my first experience really gave me hope that your pizzeria had improved. I hope you can improve consistency, because when the pizza is made well, it's truly excellent!

Ordered a hair salon, all the cheese and lettuce were stuck to the aluminum foil, so unfortunately it went straight into the trash

Ordered a salami pizza with bacon. Paid extra for the bacon. But the first pizza didn't have the bacon on it, and a quarter of the topping was next to the pizza in the box... Then I called because the bacon wasn't on it, and they said they would bring a new one. This took half an hour. Then I opened the box, and this time half the topping was next to the pizza in the box. In short, since Farid left, the quality has plummeted, and this place isn't worth it. We've learned our lesson and won't be ordering from here again. Too bad!

Owner changed. Since then really not recommended. Order somewhere else. Kapsalon had dry chicken, dirty kebab and limp fries. Fair is fair, new owner so we went back, because honest feedback: it can happen. Pizza as a replacement was also limp and inedible. The restaurant is no longer what it used to be unfortunately.

Regularly delivered in Beek en Donk. Suddenly no longer possible, so I called politely and asked. They wanted to deliver but after I placed the order, the gentleman suddenly increased the delivery costs. Strange way of doing things. If you do not want delivery, you can also say that, saves a lot of hassle.

Delicious freshly made pizzas!!! Friendly and helpful staff. You can even choose your own ingredients if you want, so I was able to put together my own Calzone. Delicious!!!

Always friendly, always something to drink while you wait! Lots of choice of Calzone, baked with attention! Dürum and the hair salon are great. I would like to make the entrance a bit neater, boss! Then there will probably be more customers. We will certainly come back more often!

We waited more than 1.5 hours for our food, (all understanding because it is a busy day for catering entrepreneurs) I see a delivery van from the pizzeria drive past my house, after 10 minutes still no one has rang the doorbell. Walked down but no one to be seen. Called 3 times, all 3 times they answered angrily, explained the situation and asked where the food was. The gentleman hangs up irritated all 3 times. Paid for nothing, lost money and had to order food somewhere else last minute, so lost extra money again. Complaint filed with home delivery, I want my money back. And I will never order from here again Customer friendliness is really hard to find!

We ordered for 3 people, including a children's menu with a salad, dressing and a surprise. Unfortunately for my daughter, she got a simple bowl of fries with a hamburger on top. Without salad and without surprise! I called to ask why that happened, but I didn't understand the gentleman who spoke to me. To which he just says: Enjoy your meal, madam, and that's it. Normally we are very satisfied, but I find it disappointing that it is not resolved for our young lady! And her especially. Bad service and paid too much for what we received!

I've been coming here for years and it was always tasty, but in recent months the quality of the food has become very poor and they don't have a price list. Yesterday I picked up a large hair salon and unfortunately I found HAAAAAAAAAAR in my food and the lid was very dirty. Immediately thrown away. VIKTOR and FARID just act normal. HAAAR in the food is terrible. Unfortunately you have lost a regular customer.

We have been coming here for years and the food is always delicious and freshly prepared. The owner Farid and Viktor work extremely hard to meet all wishes and even remember special wishes the next time you come back (no cheese/extra sambal etc). Often you get something to taste while you wait. Truly a business with a heart for its customers. Many shawarma shops/restaurants can learn from this!!

1 weeks ago we ate 4 hair salons at pizzeria Santa Maria and then we saw a hair in the hair salon. Then the owner Farid refused to remake our order and started threatening us. Last Sunday my brother also visited 4 hair salons at PizzeriaSanta Maria and also had the same problem with hair in the food, but this time dog hair. Never ordering from these guys again

Picked up an order yesterday at Pizzeria Santa Maria. Food was made without wearing gloves and without using clean materials. You certainly have doubts about hygiene there. All the towels at the work table were dirty. The chicken smells like rotten laundry, but the owner says it's just spices. 4 hours after we ate our food, we all suffered from stomach ache, diarrhea and fever. Had a blood test at the hospital and it was food poisoning. Never ordering here again.

No one orders food here. Last Friday evening I picked up a shawarma dish from pizzeria Santa Maris. The next day I suffered from food poisoning and went to the emergency room at the hospital and after a blood test it turned out that the food was poisoned.

Excellent döner farmer. It's always fun at this place, no bullshit. We received Fristi instead of fries with our order. This doesn't really matter, but when they complained they asked for it to be returned. We didn't care one bit about this. This was not necessary for the subsequent delivery and collection of the fries. The donör was tasty and smelled fresh. The fries that were not ordered also just came out of the potato press. During the weekend it sometimes takes a bit long, but we weren't afraid of that. All in all we were satisfied, but they have to make do with the lack of Fristi

Food was cold, there were fries in durum doner. There were also hairs on the food. Was not resolved properly. Price card was old and now suddenly €2 more expensive per product. A ball tent. Frozen pizza wasn't too good either.

Great Pizzas (and also tasty döner meat), better than dominoes or New York pizza, always on time when I order and fast enough when I pick it up myself, they are always friendly and know all their regular customers. Owner is a friendly man who makes you feel like you are family. Don't be difficult if you ask for some changes to your order, such as not including some salad products or adding something extra. Been coming there for 4 years now and will continue to come there!!

Visited Santa Maria for the first time. Overcrowded place that gives you doubts about hygiene. I didn't see prices anywhere, except on one of the dozens of menus on the counter. While the employee waits for my choice, I look through the menu. I order a kapsalon and wait for my dish. When the dish was ready I had to pay (of course), but the price was a few euros higher than on the menu. Of course I said this to the employee (owner?) but all he said was 'His old menus. Haven't you noticed that everything is becoming more expensive?!' I told him that that makes sense, but that I can still rely on the prices on the menu. Apparently the gentleman didn't think so. Well, you immediately lost a potential customer for a few euros and a somewhat customer-unfriendly response.

Strange place, certainly not friendly and often calls back after I have received the completely wrong thing, calls me “little brother” and I ordered a baguette with herb butter and received 1 pizza with herb butter and then says that the dough is made from baguette. Final score, certainly do not order and had ordered a pitta cheese and got an uncut pitta cheese.

Very tasty calzone sphinx special. Super friendly people, clean environment and easily accessible. The pizza is custom made especially for your wishes with love. The calzone is richly filled with fresh ingredients and extra sauce. The owner has a chat with you while the pizza is freshly prepared in the oven. I highly recommend this place if you want good and affordable food especially pizza calzone.
