ABSOLUTELY AVOID. The prices displayed outside are false. When the waiter gives us the menu, the prices are €3 to €5 more... I ordered a good pizza. In the end, I got a frozen pizza. It's true, the Coke wasn't Coke, and I paid about €30. The service is terrible; the waiters came to see me several times to see if I was finished so they could free up the table for future customers. The waiter solicits in front of this pseudo-Italian restaurant to get the most occupied tables, whether on the terrace or inside. In short, a very bad experience...

I ordered the Amsterdam Burger and it was good, as were the fries. The service was fast and good, our server was very kind and gave us recommendations for activities in the city. My only complaint is that the beer was not very good. My friend got the Prosecco and liked it, however!

Biggest failure in Amsterdam. Food inedible! Too small portion! Too expensive. Cola 6€! Pissed off if you don't tip. If I had read the reviews beforehand I wouldn't have eaten there. Luckily we were able to warn a large group of tourists when we went out. Avoid at all costs

Everything in this restaurant is terrible, might just be one of the worst meal ive had. 1. The attitude of the employees are disgustingly rude, when I told them there were problems with the food they just stormed next to us, took the plate with a long face, impatiently ask us 'you want anything?' didn't wait for any response, assume we don't speak english and stormed off. 2. The food is beyond terrible, we ordered 4 steaks and miraculously all of them were overcooked, the garlic butter that came with the sirloin is rock hard unlike how proper restaurants use melted clarified butter for steaks and fries. 3. When you think the drinks will be better, the only beer option on the menu is 'Beer', no brand, no nothing. I usually love beer but I couldnt even take a second sip of this unbranded mysterious wheat liquid that tastes more like piss than any edible beverage. 4. I am not sure if this is a norm in Europe, at least not in England. When I asked for tap water, I assume we would be provided free water, but instead they didn't say anything and charged us 2.75 for water. The 4th point can be ignored just because I am not familiar with the rules and terms in Amsterdam, but this experience is more than enough for me to tell that this is a day light robbery tourist trap.

We ordered hamburgers, the meat itself is very raw, there is neither spices nor anything in it that tastes like a burger. You heard me, I would advise you not to go there, and as a starter we ordered a bruschetttta that was completely without spices and the tomatoes were diced quite large,🥲

Delicious Italian food in busy Amsterdam.

Good restaurant, very juicy and tasty cheese pasta. The waiter spoke French and was very friendly. Another one we used to pay and we wanted to pay separately. He firmly told us that it was not possible because there were too many people, even though the room was not even half full. He tells us that we need to make a payconiq between us and that we should manage it ourselves.

The atmosphere between the servers and with us ourselves is great! Very good atmosphere in the bar. The salmon was well cooked but lacked sauce and also the burger was very good, quality products but lacked a sauce too.

We ordered 2 pizzas. They tasted like 2 frozen pizzas from the grocery store. Besides that, we ordered a glass of red wine and a beer. It tasted quite strange. Only when we got the bill could we see that it was non-alcoholic. It's actually ok, BUT..... we would like to know that in advance. It is cheating the guests by not pointing this out. Definitely not a place we would recommend!!!

Hui on the outside, yuck on the inside. Super full, nice and tight, very loud. Service only lasts as long as you order. Food portions very small and no taste. The highlight was when you didn't order a third Coke because your partner was still there and you wanted to wait, and the bill arrived without being asked. We would have liked to have had something to drink, but we were unlucky. The food is really a better snack. The prices are completely excessive. The burger is fried ready-made meat.

Mixed grill steak was hard and overcooked although we ordered medium. Rest of meat are dry. Only french fries is nice. Terrible staff especially the man in glasses. He changed us from the front seats to the back, table next to toilet when the restaurant is totally not busy and quite empty cuz it was already 2.30pm. Very discrimination. After food serve, can’t find any serving staff.

How fantastic! My husband (Dilano) and I had a great meal with our daughter Chardonnay. Chardonnay unfortunately lost both arms in an accident (completely), the people working there took very good care of her and fed her while Delano and I had a great meal. Unfortunately, I found the atmosphere a bit off. There was no one around me, which was very disappointing as I am such a sociable person. In short, we really liked this dish. We will definitely return if we ever return to Ukraine. 💗💕

To avoid, The staff seats us at the table, presents the menu, so far so good. The order took 2 plates with cheese burger and fries. Bad fries, we are not asked to cook the meat etc. Raw vegetables extra... Once the plate is finished we are cleared and offered a dessert which we refuse. And then straight away the bill I'm complaining because top time 25 min we stayed there because we don't enjoy eating at our ease but no you eat and you get out there. And then the waitress goes to another table. I will remind you for payment if I have to pay quickly, she will also quickly rush to collect it from me. Not going is better for you

Sorry about the food but totally over the top for the price. We had the cheeseburger once, nothing special, unseasoned, a simple burger like you make at home. But still over it for the price. I had an entrecote steak with pepper sauce. Poorly prepared, it really looked like it had just been slapped on. And the sauce wasn't a sauce but... you know, a dry mayo... with a few pieces of pepper. The only brilliant thing were the fries... oh yeah, the bruschetta was OK. But on a slice of bread...a slice of bread with the tomato stuff on it too. Don't go there a second time...

Amazing authentic italian tomato sauce in gnocchi dish. As greeks we are used to eating italian food back home and we really enjoyed this place, since they have taken care of every dish. Delicious food.

I paid a lot for little and the waiter didn't want to charge us separately even though we were a very large table because they were supposedly too busy because of the "crowd" in short, I don't recommend it!

I’ve never written a review in my life for any place as I never felt it was needed…until now. I don’t even know where to begin. Me and my partner decided to settle down for dinner here as it looked like it had a cosy atmosphere from the outside. As soon as we walked in we were met with a rude attitude and were hurried along from the get go. We had been seated at a table that was right next to the main walkway along the entrance, immediately we wanted to leave but thought it was worth trying at least. I decided on a sirloin steak with chips, and a beer. The steak and chips was bland and looked like something a recently divorced dad who lost his wife to her tennis coach and two kids that call the coach dad would cook for himself. The beer honest to god tasted as if they filled the pint glass a quarter of the way up and topped it off with sparkling water, absolutely vile. This was meant to be my partners 21st birthday dinner and I feel as if I’ve let her down because of how bad this all was. It’s the first time I’ve actually felt robbed from a restaurant. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you like feeling pressured to leave from the get go and enjoy food that lady and the tramp would eat off a McDonald’s bathroom floor on a Friday night.

Been on our feet all day, came by this place which looks lovely and inviting from the outside and a big menu, As soon as we walked in, without even a hello, we were ushered to the left side of the restaurant to be seated, but didn’t sit down for another 5 minutes because of how cramped the entrance is. We hadn’t even opened the menus before a waitress asked us if we were ready to order. Two people that came in after us were served before us, once we got our food and drinks, the other half’s beer could have literally been sparkling water with yellow dye. I ordered a steak dinner with mushroom sauce which tasted acidic that I physically couldn’t finish, which also came with a side of fries, not even a salad for €16. We felt extremely rushed throughout the entire experience, with waiters standing around like vultures asking people if they were done yet as they were still tucking into their food. It’s my 21st today and out of all the food experiences we’ve had since being in Amsterdam, this was the most disappointing. Please avoid and look for other food stops.

Can't recommend the store for people with dogs. You are pushed into the last corner and then next to the toilets. Above all, employees had to come by with garbage bags every 2 minutes and that wasn't relaxing at all.

Unfortunately I read the other reviews too late and decided to eat there anyway. Beer was not drinkable, coke comes from a tap machine and the drink prices certainly do not correspond to the menu, which was mentioned earlier, I read later. Chicken burger not worth mentioning, hamburger not bad. When they asked if we wanted anything else and we said no, they already brought the bill and we hadn't even finished our drinks.

FR- To avoid (0 valve) First time I've left a review on a restaurant but I've never seen a pseudo "Italian" restaurant with so little Italian cuisine. -If you order a pizza like my friends (you will eat a bare crust with no flavor and poor quality) Concerning the pasta which looked nice on the menu (apart from “spaghetti carbonara”, but hey no one is perfect) Well, let go of the idea of ​​delving into Italian gastronomy, you'll be much better off with a good dish of homemade bolo dough. Dish with small quantity (but in a pinch, we accept it's not the worst) On the other hand, putting "carbonara" in a dish without real Carne or at least bacon is asking too much, you will end up with a really rotten hash, in fact, it's not good and be careful (NO PARMESAN) contrary to what is stipulated, no, but where are we at Grandma's?? Waiter Stole My Hat & the Food Was Awful I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. i was there on 7-2-2025 The food was tasteless, poorly prepared, and not worth the price. But the worst part? The waiter stole my ice cap! I left my hat on the table, and instead of asking if it was mine, they took it and never gave it back. When I asked about it, they acted like nothing happened and ignored me. Between the horrible food and the waiter literally taking my belongings, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it completely! note : it was so cold so it’s impossible to enter without it or leave also without it , i stay for more than 10 minutes search around the table and no one come to ask if there is a problem because they knew what they did 😡

The steak was good. The fries were ok. For an appetizer we got the bruschetta con pomodoro. We thought we’d be getting at least two pieces of the bread. We were given 1 slice of bread with the cheese, tomatoes, and olive oil already on top. I thought it was ridiculous to charge 8€ for one slice of bread for two people! The entree was only the steak and fries. No vegetable or salad or anything else. What pushed my husband and I over the edge was that the service wasn’t that great (never came by to ask how our meal was or if we wanted another drink or anything else) and the waiter (that wasn’t even our waiter) forced the tip on us!!! We paid in card and noticed on the receipt after we left that they had added a tip without even asking us if we’d like to leave one! Which honestly we wouldn’t have left because we weren’t impressed with the service. Didn’t realize that tips are now being forced in the Netherlands. Don’t come here. Find anywhere else to eat!

Terrible wine that didn’t even smell like wine, and they refused to show the bottle. The beer was just as bad – undrinkable. The steak was disappointing; we forced ourselves to eat it, but it wasn’t tasty at all. It came with fries but not a single vegetable on the side. The service was mediocre; no one bothered to ask if we enjoyed the food or needed anything. There was no music, making the atmosphere feel like a school cafeteria. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I certainly won’t be coming back.

The shop is next to the central square. From the outside it looks decent. From the moment I walked in, the staff was NOT friendly and smiling and the food was mediocre, dry and not tasty.
