Very unfriendly service and they don't know what they're talking about. I ordered a double flat white, the bill said double espresso, but I got regular black coffee. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First and last time!

Service is good. The food is very mediocre. The lasagna is full of large lumps of dough. The fries are very salty. The fried salmon is overcooked, making it tough and tasteless.

Our experience was not pleasant. We sat outside next to the menu board, where the restaurant entrance is also located. Every five minutes, someone would stand right up against your chair to look at the menu, while the waiters also stood in the doorway constantly looking over your shoulder. Then, regarding the food and drinks: we ordered two standard Cokes but received two large Cokes, which were charged for as such, of course. We ate a pizza and a pasta. The pizza was very simple, didn't look fresh, and the taste was just like eating my paper towel. The pasta was very bland. We also heard an Italian tourist ask if there was an Italian chef, but there isn't one for an Italian restaurant. We heard from the Italian tourist that they didn't speak Italian either. It's a shame; our first evening in Amsterdam started off with a huge flop of a restaurant. You can eat much better and more pleasantly at some other places that are real Italian restaurants, as we experienced ourselves. Two days after the flop, we went to another Italian restaurant that was cheaper, much better, and more pleasant to eat at. So do your research! where the reviews are good to eat

The food was acceptable, but the drinks were TERRIBLE. The white wine, red wine, and beer were all awful. I think everything was supposed to be non-alcoholic, but they didn't tell us, even though we specifically asked for wine and beer. They clearly ripped us off. It was the only place in Amsterdam in eight days where we didn't get a decent beer or wine—the least they could do for what they charge. A place to avoid, with all the other restaurants in the city.

It was disgusting. The worst food experience I've ever had. This shit is supposed to be a calzone classico (a folded pizza). Why does it look like a fish with spikes? The taste was awful, it was watery inside, soggy, and the glasses were dirty. Don't go there unless you're starving.

Deliciously tender meat, and friendly, fast service, despite the crowds around Pride! Highly recommended after a day in Amsterdam.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was fine, but when the bill arrived, we felt pressured into leaving a tip. The staff stood over us and insisted that we add a gratuity, making us feel very uncomfortable. They even marked with a pen in the bill. Tipping should be optional, not something customers are pressured into. This left a very negative impression and unfortunately overshadowed the entire lunching experience. I hope the management addresses this, as no customer should feel forced to leave a tip.

We stayed in Amsterdam for two evenings and chose this place both times. In a word, fantastic. We ate steak, three types of pasta, hamburgers, and chicken, and everything was delicious. We liked it. We didn't have any problems finding a seat.

Avoid!! All the red flags for a true tourist trap are in place and they should not be ignored. An obnoxiously large menu spanning one too many sides of laminated A4 paper, with the only two options for wine being 'red' or 'white' and the food arriving at the table quicker than you can rethink your decision. The salad was overpriced and swimming in an unpleasant tasting juice that became more apparent the further into the salad you got. The chicken was not the worst, but added nothing in what was a lacklustre combination of vegetables prepared by a passionless, under qualified team of 'cooks'. We're now off to smoke a joint to freshen our palates and numb ourselves to the pain that was paying the bill.

Don't get the caneloni pasta, it's a crime against Italian taste and food. The meat inside has the consistency of a puree.

When we got hungry as a group, we wanted to sit down to eat. The atmosphere was very lively, and they showed us a table outside. Some of us ordered Margherita pizza, pasta, and hamburgers, and everyone loved them. Despite being a large group, they brought the food quickly; the service was very fast. We didn't experience any problems as a group. The lady in charge was also very helpful. I would say don't hesitate to come based on the reviews; I highly recommend it. Kudos to the staff for their hard work and dedication.

The waiter was extremely polite. The salad was thrown from the bag onto the plate in a bath of vinegar and a handful of chicken. An extra €13 was charged to embellish this monstrosity with pomegranate seeds.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. The salad seemed to be just bagged lettuce swimming in vinegar, with three pieces of pomegranate seemingly fighting for decoration. The Cokes were served differently (one with lemon, the other without) without any explanation. The staff spoke to me aggressively because I didn't understand English well. As for the chicken, the portion was tiny and it tasted awful. I do not recommend this establishment.

Just fries with a steak. For that price, it's reasonable. Feels a bit like a fast food restaurant. Starter within 3 minutes. Literally hadn't even finished the starter and they were already at your table with the main course! Only 1 young man is friendly, the rest seem to be doing community service there. Not hospitable!

I have rarely eaten anything so bad. I ordered a very simple dish: pasta with pesto. I thought a dish like that couldn't possibly be bad… but it was. The pasta was inedible, to the point that I couldn't even finish my plate. Very disappointed, I definitely do not recommend it.

A bottle of water for 5.50!!! Service is not included and on top of that the pizza prices are exorbitant compared to what we are served… In short, I tell all French people, avoid this tourist trap.

Disappointing. The food is "okay." It's filling, but don't expect a gourmet experience. Frozen cannelloni, frozen meat, frozen fries, and a sloppy pizza. Not very generous portions, and expensive. Expect to pay €5.50 for a bottle of water. The staff is unfriendly and pushy (to keep the service going). They take cash and keep the change. I usually leave it, but they give it back, and I leave it. This practice is unethical.

I was trying to figure out what I wanted to eat in this area. Time was ticking and this spot was open. I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was delicious and fresh. The fries could have been better. They were very accommodating and didn't rush us to eat so they could close.

We ordered beers and they sold us a bill of goods and brought them non-alcoholic. We ordered food and they didn't even bother to bring it. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less.

The grossest food I have ever tasted in Amsterdam. If it were up to me, I would give it 0 stars. First of all, it took almost an hour for 2 dishes. My girlfriend ordered a "grill mix"—I would rather call it dog food—with fries. The fries were edible, but not tasty. They tasted like frozen fries that had been fried for too long, and the meat tasted like illegal lab-grown meat that was half-raw and simultaneously burnt on the outside. They were also super thin hamburger slices, barely a grill "mix". My starter was a super dry piece of bread that tasted like it had been sitting outside for 2 weeks, with lots of garlic oil on it to mask the taste. If you were supposed to mask that disgusting taste, you should have used gasoline instead. I don't even want to call it a starter; it was more like a super dry piece of bread, drowned in garlic oil, with a huge amount of tomato pieces on top to make it look presentable. I couldn't even get my main course down my throat. It was a waste of my money, but also a waste of my poor organs that were supposed to digest this dog food, so I stopped after 2 bites. I’ve forgotten the name, but it was a dish with 2 pasta cylinders filled with cheap ground meat. It was the same kind of ground meat they use for cheap supermarket bake-off rolls, you know. Absolutely inedible. I feel more sorry for my poor mouth that had to go through this disaster than for my wallet. Fortunately, money always comes back, but so does trauma. Otherwise, the staff were nice, but that’s to be expected when the food tastes like sewage.

The food was awful. The pizzas were made with frozen dough. A restaurant right in the city, and around 10 pm they were already rushing us out, not even wanting to serve us coffee, claiming they had already turned off the machine. In short, truly forgettable.

It tasted like someone had described meat over the phone to a microwave and then charged me for the call.�The beer was an adventure in regret – flat, warm, and with a mysterious aftertaste of “pipe cleaning day.” The wine was even worse: somehow both sour and boring at the same time, like it had dreams of being vinegar but lacked the ambition. On the bright side, if you’re on a strict diet, this place is perfect: you’ll pay full price and still leave hungry.

A restaurant where you can eat quickly and well with simple dishes. The service was excellent. The atmosphere is simple, with no specialties, and we ate indoors and outdoors. The food was delicious; the kids ate everything, and so did we. If you're looking for a quick, simple meal at decent prices, this is the place to be.

3 stars: "Alright," and that's about it. Upon entering, I immediately felt claustrophobic. All the furniture was deep, dark, and crammed together. I had a schnitzel with Parmesan cheese, and while the cheese had melted, I had the impression it had been quite a while. It was stiff on the meat. Moreover, the sauces were in separate bottles. Not very charming. All in all, it wasn't a culinary highlight. Although you do get that impression when you see the prices they charge 😵. And if that wasn't enough, they enjoyed underlining and mentioning the tip clause at the checkout. I found that such a bad approach—the tip was absolutely undeserved—that I won't be returning!
