The food is fine, but the staff are incredibly rude. I ordered fries and milkshakes and asked for mayonnaise, and the man said, "Yes, I know that too." Then I sat there eating, and the man told me to go outside because I'd ordered takeout and that if I didn't leave, I'd have to pay a €200 fine. I hadn't mentioned takeout when ordering, and I did, but the man said that if I didn't say anything, he'd automatically fill in the takeout. Very strange, of course, since I'd been coming here every Saturday until now. I'll never go back, and the prices are ridiculous. You pay €4 for 15 fries. I'm giving this one star.

If you, as a regular customer, receive a bami disk with wood chips in it. Would you expect a different reaction? “Yes, you can get a new one” At least your money back. Because a new one is the least on your mind at that moment. 🤮 I was sick of it. Messages via the site are also not answered. No more Plaza Waardhuizen in front of our house. Because the service and products were becoming less and less. A fries war is also more mayo than satay sauce and tastes like nothing. And you can't taste the salt on the fries either. So I guess that's being thrown aside? 🤷🏻‍♀️ If I couldn't give any stars I would.

I was only told later that you have to mix your own milkshake at home because their machine wasn't working. We threw it away because it was just milk with a bit of ice cream at the bottom—ridiculous, and that for six euros. And they didn't offer any kind of service, like a refund or something else in return next time.

Too bad. I came here especially for the fries. Bought fries again today. And guess what? They've changed the potatoes and bought the cheapest kind of fries. Too bad, because now they taste like rubber. Come back in six months to see if they're buying good fries like they used to.

I picked something up there tonight and was the only customer, but they were so busy with each other that I asked if I could be helped after 5 minutes 🤷🏻‍♂️ Bad and not very hospitable. Maybe that's why it's always so quiet when you walk by?

The shrimp croquette was terrible. And that for €5. I had a stomach ache afterward. I wouldn't even feed it to my fish.

The food actually deserves 6 stars, super good! The snack bar in our neighborhood was closed recently, but we had promised the children fries, so we decided to get them further away. Surprised by the extremely tasty fries. Other snacks also perfectly fine. And it's nice that everything is wrapped in paper instead of plastic. From now on we will drive 10 minutes for fantastic fries!

A hot dog was missing from the order, I called and picked it up (requested new fries because mine would be cold, which I also received). When I got home the sauce and onion were missing from the hot dog, so I threw it in the trash because It was so impossible to eat the fries because there was no salt on them, it wouldn't have been a problem if we had that on location, but we didn't have that. Next time I will order somewhere else.

I moved from Anstelveen North to Amstelveen South and thought; I try this new-to-me snack bar because Thuisbezorgd and Ubereats say they have fresh fries. I thought fresh fries meant self-cut and pre-fried, but I received very tasteless factory fries. Satay sauce is also of no use and an instruction was not followed. In short, no new customer.

Too bad the previous owner is no longer there. We bought a hot chicken sandwich here. Then we get old bread that, according to the owner, is frozen bread and therefore cannot be old. It most certainly was. The new owner was anything but helpful. And also very aggressive and antisocial. An apology was just too much for this young man.

Good snack bar... from the franchise... food is good for a snack bar... atmosphere is good, but if you come in the late afternoon or evening, the sun hits the facade, making it sometimes warm. when the air conditioning is not running.

Easy to order online, ready quickly and on time. Generous amounts of fries. Arranged to order/eat here, never once came up short.

Delicious fries, both regular and Twisters. 1 portion of fries costs €2.20 and the Twisters cost €2.60. Well cooked, taste was fine, could have used a little more salt. Service was friendly and the order was ready within 5 minutes.

The fries have their own fryer, so you can eat them with a gluten intolerance! I have eaten here several times. It is and remains a snack bar so don't expect too much from it, the fries are fine. I can't say much about the rest because they are not gluten-free. In addition to take-away, you can also sit at a table here and get the food on a plate. Sitting at a table is quite pleasant here.

Standing/sitting for 50 minutes waiting for a small fries. Only 2 out of 3 employees were really busy with their work. Too bad, because the fries were fine. Then I'd rather cycle 10 minutes longer...
