At first, I didn't want to order here because of the bad reviews from a few years ago, but after a few good reviews, I took the gamble anyway. I can only say that it was delicious. We had the King salmon pokebowl, which was delicious; everything was very fresh! It was a bit on the spicy side, but that was because they hadn't paid attention to which sauce was on it.

Had a super delicious meal, fast service. The pokebowl is definitely recommended. It looked good and tasted great.

Poke salmon has salmon salad instead of salmon pieces. From a can. A rip-off. For €20 I call about the sushi bowl I ordered and what do they do…. Shrimp 6 pieces …… just can't eat.. don't order here.

Due to an incorrect order on our part via Thuisbezorgd, we contacted the restaurant to ask if we could still get the order for 2 people instead of 1. They immediately came up with a suitable solution, so we were eventually able to eat together. The poké bowls here are always tasty and fresh. Best poke bowl in the Twente area

After ordering our pokebowls, I noticed that many of the reviews I saw online were quite negative. What I find unfortunate is that these reviews are often from about two years ago and do not correspond with our experience at all. We actually found the pokebowls very tasty and the delivery was fast. Additionally, they have a wide selection with many delicious choices on the menu. As a new customer, I might hesitate to order here because of the old reviews, but I can say from my own experience that the situation is clearly different now. Everything tasted fresh and good, and the shrimp pokebowl remains an absolute favorite of ours; super tasty, as always! We are very satisfied with our order and will certainly order here more often. Highly recommended for anyone who loves pokebowls!!

Bad service. This is the 3rd time it hasn't been right. I called 5 times and no one answered. Eventually, I was called back by a mobile number. I explained the situation and said I wanted my money back because they aren't cheap items. That wasn't possible, and now I'm getting a 15% discount on my next order. I doubt I will order again.

Just got two bubble teas here; the matcha tea was almost nothing but milk and the tapioca bubbles were rock hard! Totally inedible. My husband had a pineapple drink with mango bubbles, but it just tasted like sickly sweet lemonade. And all that for well over €5 per drink, wasted money.

Ordered a Pokebowl, which was supposed to be delivered at 5:30. After half an hour, I called to ask where the order was, as there was no notification that it would be delayed. They indicated that they were extremely busy and that it would take another 15 to 20 minutes. Eventually, I received the Pokebowl after waiting for an hour. When it turned out that the order was incomplete, they contacted me. In the end, I returned the Pokebowl and got my money back due to the poor service. This is the last time we will order from there.

I have been ordering from here for over a year and I must say that the quality has only gone down and the price has only gone up. Where I initially received a wonderfully rich and filled Pokébowl, I now receive a very expensive bowl with second-rate ingredients. The rice is cold chunks, the toppings are now all at extra cost and the amount of sauce is now too sad for words. They also sell bubble tea, but sweet as they are, not healthy. Enough sugar to kill a small mammal. In addition, in my opinion, it also takes far too long for a meal that is not hot to be delivered. However, the delivery staff is friendly.

I usually don’t write reviews but this one deserves a shout out. The staff was super friendly and the crispy chicken bowl was incredibly tasty. Even the bubble tea which I usually don’t like but theirs won me over tbh... was also budget friendly..! The place has a nice and peaceful vibe. I highly recommend it for delicious food, friendly service and a chill atmosphere with friends or family or even alone..!😍 Their ordering machine is great too because you can pay with card or cash and this is perfect for when you're unsure about your order but want to pay in cash. Super handy!

Unfortunately it was a big disappointment. I ordered two poke bowls, but they were absolutely inedible. Large parts of the rice were rock hard, making eating impossible. The core of the rice could also be tasted, indicating poor preparation. When I called for a solution, I did not receive a satisfactory answer. I think this is an example of poor customer service. I literally feel cheated and cheated by the quality of the food and the handling of my complaint. In addition, the delivery time was disappointingly long; it took 64 minutes for my order to arrive. All this means that I strongly discourage everyone from ordering here. It's not worth the money and time.

Ordered at 6:00 PM, it wasn't until 6:35 PM that the delivery person arrived here, who cycled the wrong way and I then spoke to him. He was very unfriendly and grumpy and didn't even say sorry that the order came so late. There were also several in my food. Late delivery has occurred more often.

After 65 minutes we finally received the food. Tasteless, way too expensive for the quality and the dishes that should have been hot were cold. If only I had cooked it myself, it would have been 100 times tastier......

took almost 2 hours to be delivered, missed several ingredients that were ordered in the poke bowls, most of all the ingredients I had a huge load of corn without ordering it, and no teriyaki sauce and no cucumber. I ordered extra tofu and paid for it, it was as hard as stone and had a little bit of it in it. my father ordered jalapeños, but there was nothing in them either. bland taste to the dishes. mini spring rolls were cold. absolutely not recommended

I had to wait 90 minutes for our food. They left it at the door and knocked once. They were gone before I could open the door... This is bad! Food is also nothing. Large pieces of vegetables, and very dry rice... there was little salmon among them. Next time I will just order poke bowls from Tousjee again. They deliver on time and the food is great!

Ordered often, usually it takes a long time but okay. Today I had to leave but I ordered at a quarter to 6 for my husband's illness. A quarter past 8, no food yet. Simply outrageous!!! Yes, it was busy... well, you can say that when you order. Last time for us and I recommend everyone not to order anything here! No apologies whatsoever.

Bought a bubble tea at the location here on June 25 with a friend. His order was ready after about 5 minutes but my order had not been seen. The jelly I ordered for my bubble tea was not there. The bubble tea tasted mediocre and was lukewarm. The restaurant seemed closed but turned out to be open. The floor pitched under my feet.
