Delicious ice cream and a very nice atmosphere

Ice cream is okay, but €7.50 for 3 scoops!!

Unfortunately, the scoops are often very small, actually usually. I have pointed this out politely before, but nothing was really done about it. Very occasionally you get a “normal” portion, normal scoops of ice cream, but usually they are very meager. It is a shame, because with a bit more policy and consistency, this would be a fine ice cream parlor.

My girlfriend and I stopped by to buy two ice creams. We asked for two dragon fruit ice creams, but we got one with two scoops. So we both just took two scoops. The final price came to 10 euros.

Sent away for the second time because they are closed, even though the opening hours indicate they are open. It is now 20:15 and the opening hours are until 21:00. Very poor service.

It wasn't good, there were only 6 flavors available and the ice cream didn't taste good. Once is enough, never again.

On a lovely warm Sunday afternoon (despite Google Maps indicating they were closed...), I stopped by for an iced coffee. It tasted delicious, and the mini ice cream cone was a lovely, personal touch. Definitely worth stopping by for a cup of coffee or an ice cream.

Unprofessional stuff, unfriendly

It was my first and last visit here. I ordered an americano, but received a clear and tasteless coffee that absolutely did not resemble a real americano. When I pointed this out, I received unfriendly responses from the staff. I even had to pay for the replacement coffee. Disappointing experience, both the drink and the service.

The ice cream was decent, but the whipped cream was just awful (from a wholesale aerosol can, imitation cream), and the service was mediocre. Unfriendly and impatient. Definitely not worth a repeat visit.

Today I bought 250 grams of chocolates at Puur. The method struck me. First, the empty box and the lid were placed on the scale together, then the chocolates were put in. I thought I saw 239 grams on the screen of the scale when the lid was placed on the box. Then the box was decorated with bows and a decoration. At home I weighed the entire box again: 242 grams, including packaging, decoration and chocolates! Unfortunately, this is not the first time that I leave Puur with mixed feelings. They charge €2.20 per scoop of ice cream. For that price you expect a good portion and above-average quality, but both are disappointing. In short, although Puur clearly makes an effort in terms of presentation, the experience for me leaves something to be desired every time.

My review was two years old, and it was time for a new one. What a beautiful place it's become, with a great atmosphere, and the selection of ice cream, chocolate, and now also "goodies to go with coffee" is absolutely delicious. Sometimes the service is a bit brusque. We also occasionally pick up some "smaller" purchases like two cannolis, but those were met with a slightly frown, even though I don't consider €5 for two small cookies to be small change. But we do get them because they're absolutely delicious and definitely worth it. The prices are on the higher side anyway, but Puur is also subject to inflation, and it's still a delicious treat for yourself every now and then, so oh well ;)

Delicious Ice Cream and Macarons

Found the flavors disappointing. Have had better ice cream with more flavor. Too bad this is the only ice cream parlor in Heerenveen.

Had a delicious ice cream on Sunday, good service, fast and friendly. The cappuccinos were also very good.

This afternoon my wife ordered white chocolate but received dark chocolate. Instead of resolving the miscommunication and exchanging the chocolate she'd already paid for for white chocolate, the shop assistant denied there had been any miscommunication and said she could have it or nothing, then threatened to throw the dark chocolate in the trash.

I ordered two iced coffees, had to repeat twice, and then I got an espresso with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!!!! For 3.50 euros!!!! Worthless!

Ice cream was tasty, but the boy who works behind the counter is only making video calls. This way you won't have a nice time with your daughter.

Lekker ijs, ruime keuze. Bonbons zijn prachtig! Persoonlijk vindt ik het jammer dat het zo'n donker interieur is.

Heerlijk smaakvol ijs. Veel smaken en combinaties mogelijk. Ook het nieuwe spaarpunten systeem is prettig! Je kan heerlijk buiten zitten genieten van je ijs.

Smaken zijn heerlijk prijzen zijn goed het assortiment aan deze kant qua ijs mag iets groter bon bons zijn een echte aanrader

Komt heel vaak voor bepaalde ijs zogenaamd op is vaak de lekkerste smaken word vaak en lang nee verkocht en de lekkerste ijs smaken lang niet te krijgen zijn klant is zeker geen koning bij Puur en Ijs & Chocolade heel erg jammer hopelijk hier vele verbeteringen in komen!!!!
