Ordered a hamburger... Got a dry hamburger on a bun... scandalous and inedible of course

Snackbar henni ris always when. when you call you have to repeat everything 20 times because the colleagues in the background talk loudly and gard laugh, the person on the phone can also hear very well and when you say something they say yes yes that's right but no change and inside the toilet etc. is not clean or tidy at all

It took an hour and a half for the food I ordered to be delivered. After opening the bag, I realized I'd received the wrong one. They were difficult to reach by phone afterward, and no suitable solution was possible.

Just sad for how bad I got sick

Ordered €50 worth of food... it arrived after an hour and a half and was cold too! Highly discouraged from ordering!

We've been waiting over two hours now for the fries we ordered. It's never taken this long before, and it's unacceptable. We first called after an hour and a half to ask where they were, and were told they were going into the fryer. Now, another half hour later, they're finally making their way to us.

I placed an order for two kids' boxes: they no longer have them in stock, but they were still put together especially for me with great enthusiasm. Excellent service👍👍

Delicious XXL frikandel. Delivery was a bit slow. The frikandel and sauce were loose in the bag. A bit soggy! Otherwise, great!

Reception could have been a bit friendlier. Veal croquette and chips could have been left in the fryer a bit longer. Passion fruit milkshake okay.

Good snacks, staff is a bit too busy with each other, but in the end it all works out fine.

I wanted to share my experience of this snack bar. There seemed to be a lot of employees present, but they were not really working, which caused longer waiting times. I also noticed that the prices at the cash register did not match the digital signs. That is confusing. Unfortunately, after eating the meal at home I felt sick and had to throw up. Unfortunately, this was not a one-off, this has happened more often after eating food here. It would be nice if attention was paid to this. Response to message (from the owner?) Posting a review is allowed and I do that too, after reading your message I got the impression that a 1-on-1 conversation does not provide a better solution and that it does not make much difference, due to your strong reaction. Which I find very disappointing. It may be true that I posted a review on King's Day, but that you insinuate that it also happened that day is disgusting. If you want to know exactly when, then unfortunately I can't tell you. Do know that it happened the week before and not during a night out. I like that your staff can work hard, but do you know the saying 'the customer is king' or doesn't that apply in your company? Furthermore, I think that you have little to no sympathy for your customer. With your response, you make the customer accountable for what happened and you are not liable. You indicate that it is not due to the products. It could also be due to the frying oil, I can remember that it was quite dark oil. PS: I don't understand why you mention drinking in your response. Some respond professionally and others not. That cat in the snack bar is really a disgusting mess, I can't understand that a cat can just sit on the table and not even be chased away or put on a harness, that's how you get a zoo there .

Worthless staff who can't handle a deep fryer and a knife Estimating time is very difficult If it's busy and you estimate it at an hour, it's not smart to deliver again after 2 hours. And they don't want to talk about compensation. Hennie ris please if it's so busy that a small order has to take 2 hours, please accept fewer orders or expand your business!!

Delivered on time as agreed. The food arrived hot and well packaged. Definitely recommended!

Every time you order it takes at least 2 to 2.5 hours for the order to arrive. You have to ring the bell 2 to 3 times for your order. The first time it is already on its way, the second time your order is lost. The response from employees is that it is always very busy. What is wrong!

Used to be the best snack bar in Heerenveen. Nothing left of it. Smoking staff, bad sandwiches. The tuna salad comes from a package from Aldi. Oh yes, and there is also a cat in the snack bar

After eating Ras fries with peanut sauce in the shop, my wife became nauseous, the peanut sauce came up (still after hours) and she had to throw up a lot. Except for this, we ate the same food for the rest (and I had no problems). She discreetly reported this by phone, but the only response was that she would check. No excuse, nothing. Disappointing and unfortunate. We won't go there again.

Terrible place to work and Mr. Sijtsma fires you for a stupid reason. I didn't want to post this at first, but the other day when I ordered food, the egg ball was very floury, really just rancid and the fries were not well done. Can happen, but placed an order again the 2nd time. This time a croquette sandwich with mayo and mustard, frikandel special and an egg ball again. Again the egg ball was very mealy and not tasty at all (homemade), well, please change your recipe... there was no mayo on the croquette and no mustard. This can no longer call itself Hennie Ris as it used to.

Stood until they were open until 3:30 but they were already closed at 3:25 I just wanted a nice snack. But still got a redbull

I was always satisfied with Hennie-Ris, but lately things have been going wrong with orders more and more often. For example, a milkshake has often been delivered without a straw, and when ordering risky herbs, 9 times out of 10 you will not receive a bowl of risky herbs. It is also very common for the snacks to be delivered cold and/or mixed up. If I have an option in terms of a fries shop, I now choose FoodPlaza, they make a lot fewer mistakes with orders there and the fries taste a lot better.

The young employees talk so loudly and rudely to each other that the atmosphere is very unwelcome for guests. Colleagues regularly shout at people while ordering. Not enough cleaning is done. All tables are often dirty, both inside and outside. Food is still ok. It's just a shame that they no longer have the tasty deep-fried burgers and chicken burgers. It was once the best snack bar in Heerenveen, but they have now lost that title.

Top snack bar. Delicious shawarma with vegetables on a plate. Almost restaurant food. And friendly staff.

Respect for the boys who can still keep some peace on the night out. Probz boys, I went crazy after 15 minutes of waiting in line because of that stupid drunk behavior 🤣

The children who work there are clearly not busy with their work. They are giggling behind the counter and all have large pupils and tense jaws. The place is dirty but no one cleans it. A shame for a once excellent snack bar!

I ordered a chicken curry sandwich, it had more lettuce than chicken curry, it seemed as if they had only spread a thin layer on it

Very bad, waiting an hour and a half for your food, which almost always happens, fries cold, missing items from the order, which also happens regularly with us. In any case, we will not order from them again

Waiting half an hour for your food. And for weeks in a row the fries have been fried for far too long. (or maybe even 2x?) The chicken nuggets are no different and are full of fat. Unfortunately we order from here every week but we will go to another one now.

Lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel

voor Heerenveen een uitstekende zaak

Het eten is altijd goed, warm en op tijd bezorgt. Het was lekker, compleet en goed verzorgd. Het overstijgt het niveau van een standaard snackbar. Ook de speciale versies van bijvoorbeeld de frikandel met die speciale oosterse touch. Ik ga zeker weer bestellen bij hun.

Enigste wat nog open was zondag avond 10.30u

Lekker eten en snel/warm bezorgd.

De prijs kwaliteitsverhouding liet nogal te wensen over.

Top snackbar. Goede en hard werkende bediening, Smakelijke producten tegen een nette prijs en ruime keus.

Altijd positief over de bezorging. Maar zijn nu 1,5 uur verder en nog niks gekregen. Telefoon word niet opgenomen ivm drukte. Ik vind dit niet kunnen want ik kan met geen mogelijkheid nu vertellen dat wij tot 20.00 uur thuis zijn. Echt niet netjes dit.

Prima zaak voor een afhaalpatatje/patatje na het stappen met altijd voldoende personeel. Zit/barplaatsen iets minder aantrekkelijk.

Goeie zaak lekker eten. En aardige bezorgers.

Prima service ,je wordt er goed geholpen en wat je ook besteld, het smaakt Uitstekend. Een klein dingetje,ook belangrijk de vloer .Omdat je er toch staat met z'n zessen ,veeg even de vloer een keer aan. Verder leuk personeel en een prima jongeman die de zaak goed aanstuurt. Top.

Patatje oorlog was veelste zout en patat zelf middelmatig, mexicano was lekker .... altijd super leuk personeel

Lekker patatje gegeten. Goed gebakken. Niet te hard, maar toch knapperig.

Richtig gut! Wir wollten nur einen Snack, aber bei der Auswahl wurde es dann doch etwas mehr. Grill Burger Las Vegas war überragend, Frikandel, Pommes und Kaassouflé auch richtig gut! Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Heerenveen sind wir wieder da und probieren die weiteren Gerichte.

Om te beginnen de bezorging was veelste laat, het eten was prima maar niks speciaals. de patat was veel maar de saus abnormaal weinig.

Het eten was lekker maar allemachtig wachten duurt lang maar dit slaat alles het is bijna onbeschoft om iemand zo lang te laten wachten daarom twee sterren
