Waited 1.5 hours for food, when you get it it's cold

The fries were lukewarm, and the delivery was also very late. I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon.

I had ordered an hour in advance so that the order would be at home at a quarter to six, it is now a quarter past six and my order has not arrived yet and there is no compensation possible.

They didn't serve me well. I ordered a doner sandwich with cheese. Got home; a small container of doner with cheese and a separate container with some lettuce. No sandwich in sight. And the doner was swimming in half a liter of grease.

What a delicious kapsalon veal donner you can order here. The homemade red onion and garlic sauce make it perfect. I'm a foodie, but I also enjoy a good snack every now and then. De Munt really makes the difference. Delicious!!!

I placed and paid for an order at 5 p.m.... now it's 7 p.m. and still no order... they can't be reached by phone either... I'm not used to this from them... I'd like my money back, but I'm not hungry anymore.

We were passing through and came across this cafeteria without looking! A very good cafeteria with a lot of choice and very good food! In short, highly recommended and the price was not too bad

Very good eatery for a quick bite. Make great veal with honey mustard sauce. Always delivered quickly via home delivery! We are always amazed at how punctual they are. (Read: within time!) Nice and spontaneous delivery people (were they chosen for their looks?) Fries always fresh, keep up the good work!

I received an incorrect order and called, this was resolved and my correct order was delivered to my home within 15 minutes

I ordered some food today because I was busy, and it was delivered promptly, as promised. Everything was perfectly hot and flavorful. I'm just really curious what brand of mayonnaise they use; it was soft, fresh, and simply delicious. Excellent 👍🏻👍🏻

We ordered it would be delivered within 30 minutes, but after an hour we called again and it took another 30 minutes And when it was delivered after 90 minutes, it was still cold weather. They called, they didn't want anything and were not prepared to solve anything.

I needed empty chip containers, forks, and bags for my daughter's party. They were very hospitable and helped us right away at De Munt. This will be a fun treat because now it looks so real! Thanks, De Munt!

We have placed an order twice at the Mint through work. The first time we placed the order at 7:00 PM, this order was already placed around 4:30 PM. They arrived no less than 50 minutes late, our break was already over. Today we placed an order at 5:13 PM and asked if they could deliver it at 7:00 PM. They arrived on time, but it turned out that they had forgotten something about the order. I called them immediately but got a busy tone. I ended up calling them 40 times, but each time they were still busy. I finally gave up after 40 times. Food was good but the rest sucks and this wasn't the first time. So don't order anymore, I'm done with it

I think it takes a very long time, waited for an hour for fries, chicken corn and cheese soufflé. I have also been a delivery person myself, so I know how long everything takes. It has happened several times now. I am almost not hungry anymore. It takes so long.

Thought we would order a delicious warm shawarma sandwich. But unfortunately these were delivered cold to our home. Called but was contradicted by the lady on the phone who told us that this was absolutely not possible. The owner also contradicted us. Have had a number of problems with orders several times. Food delivered to the wrong address 3 times Have had to wait more than 1 hour for food

Delicious hamburgers, cheeseburgers, frikandels and fries. Friendly service, great!

It was surprisingly delicious! The burgers are so tasty! And what a lovely woman who helped us! We come from Rotterdam, it was not planned to come and eat here, and we really don't regret it!

Het eten was wel lekker en het was op tijd bezorgt. Waar ik wel een beetje raar van op keek was toen de bezorger aan de deur kwam en een hoger bedrag op het pin automaat had dan waarvoor ik besteld had. Ik ben nooit de beroerdste en geef wel eens fooi maar om op deze manier je fooi op te eisen vind ik erg asociaal. Toen ik dit aangaf werd mij gezegd dat eten bestellen duur is en er geen bon meer was. Nadat ik dan toch maar betaald had en erg begon te twijfelen over het bedrag ben ik het gaan opzoeken en zag inderdaad dat ik €2 meer had betaald. Het gaat mij niet om de €2 maar vindt wel dat je op deze manier niet je fooi kan opeisen!

Over het algemeen genieten wij wel van het eten maar om één of andere reden is er iemand die geen kaassouffles kan bakken. Elke keer als we op maandag of dinsdag bestellen zit er geen kaas meer in omdat het te lang gebakken is en de kaas in het vet gelopen is. Ongelofelijk dat je een kaassouffle kan verknallen. Das iemand die niet hoort te bakken.

Good food for the price but sometimes it’s get burned. But please don’t forget my drink that often. I try to call but nobody want to pick up cuz you already closed time and I get it. So please re-check order you pack and my sister is really sad that she got no you on the kid-meals. Just so you know. But other than that is fine.

Lekkere frites afgehaald en in de auto opgegeten. Lekker warm en vers en vooral snel. Prima!

Half 6 eten besteld voor half 7, kwart over 7 kwam het eindelijk. Hamburgers waren van buiten bijna zwart en van binnen nog beetje rauwig. Weet niet hoe hamburger Hawaï eruit hoort te zien maar de kliko is er blij mee.

Om half 11 besteld, zou om 12.15 bezorgd worden, inmiddels 11.45 en gebeld waar het bleef. Te horen gekregen dat ze er nog mee bezig zijn. Erg slecht.

Toppers sta met de vrachtwagen op industrieterrein. Geef kenteken door plaats waar ik sta en klein halfuur later staan ze met het eten aan de deur. Was lekker jungs bedankt! Lang leve thuisbezorgd in deze coronings tijden!

Heel goed verzorgd, schoon, netjes en zeer vriendelijk personeel! Echt aanbevelenswaardig.

Het eten was er vlot, het was heerlijk (kwaliteits snackbar!) En de prijs mocht eigenlijk wel iets hoger. Heerlijk eten top plek!

Amazing place when in Heerenveen stop in for delicious foods or ordering online during covid is fast and easy can't go wrong with this place. During my 14 day quarantine I always looked forward to ordering meals from them and was always prompt, fast, and delicious.

Het eten is goed. Maar hoe de man met zijn personeel omgaat verdient geen schoonheidsprijs.
