Cafetaria "De Greiden" in Wijk 01 Heerenveen

The best in Heerenveen two years ago. Now just a snack bar. Small update: bad, just bad. Way too greasy. Stale grease. Peanut sauce tasteless. Chicken schnitzels bad—actually animal abuse.

Got food here for the first time. I usually go to a different snack bar. Unfortunately, that one was closed. We didn't think the fries were great. They weren't cooked through enough. When we paid, we were a bit shocked by the price. Quite expensive. And we had to wait quite a while for it to be ready. All in all, not a good impression.

Had to wait a very long time for the food, 1.5 hours. And it wasn't tasty, the fries weren't cooked through and looked like old fries.

Great snack bar, polite service, good food.

The quality is terrible. Mold on the products is simply delivered as if nothing happened.

Then you order around 4:30 PM for 6:15 PM delivery, they arrive 15 minutes late, and even add a €3 delivery fee. And the food was lukewarm, not even warm.

Next to the cafeteria is an ice cream corner. It's a nice space, but you don't want to let it get neglected. The floor is broken, the benches are dirty, and the ready-made ice cream is full price... 2 euros for a scoop. An extra scoop is usually cheaper, but not here. The boys were terrible at scooping and serving soft serve. It was nice outside, so throw open the doors! It left a bad impression.

The ice cream was a mini, mini-sized, and I've never had it so small. We often get it there. The staff was also smoking outside, came in to give us ice cream, and then went back outside to smoke. It smelled of smoke inside, and it was actually quite disgusting to give our ice cream without washing our hands.

The food was fine, but we've never had such small meatballs for €4.50 each! We'll never do that again.

The food was great, the delivery was right on time. The only difference was that the fries were still almost raw. Simply inedible. A waste of money. Otherwise, the food was delicious.

From the outside, it doesn't look like it has a beautiful interior. There's ample waiting area and lovely seating overlooking the shoppers. A beautifully presented plate of fries and a warm meat sandwich with peanut sauce.

I've been sick from a hamburger here before, but now I'm getting fries again for my family. I understand why I got sick when employees who have a cold/sick constantly cough in their hands and eat without washing their hands.

We had luxury sandwiches and honestly it wasn't bad but it didn't have anything special either no vegetables no sauce with the Hawaiian sandwich and never had pineapple without taste it worked today Brie sandwich lots of brie but wrong sauce But it really wasn't bad but just lacked that extra

Shrinkflation has also struck here Super small soft ice cream and still pay full price :/

Our online order was ready on time. Everything was well taken care of. Definitely worth repeating.

Cafeteria De Greiden keep it up

What happened to this snack bar? We used to come here every week for fries, but not for a long time now. Indecent staff, you are not greeted, they just mess around on their phones and with each other. Orders that have been paid are forgotten or else you get things you didn't order, they sit with their butts on the counter, disgusting. Can't say goodbye have a nice day. 1 word terrible!!

Great cafeteria with delicious food. One minor criticism: cleaning at 7:00 PM while the restaurant is open until 8:00 PM? You feel like you have to eat quickly...

Fine food. But how the staff is joking and joking with each other while there are customers is very strange. They are also playing with their phones behind the counter. Sitting around whining about how long they have to work, etc. Then maybe you should have looked for another part-time job.

If you order food by phone, give time to pick it up... you are still waiting for 15 minutes... when you come home with the food, half of the orders are not there again... .. just call. I will be worried in 15 minutes .... well that turned out to be 40 minutes and this was the umpteenth time for us that something went wrong. Bon appetit .......

I have ordered from them many times but never received the entire order and today was the umpteenth time again. Another half of the food was missing and my shawarma roll was stone cold inside, this was the last time I ordered here, have fun running with your gang!

The food was tasty But the staff is disastrous They forget half your order, don't know the difference between fresh fries or regular fries and if you ask for something you get a big mouth

Golden tip: Have your staff take a French fry-making course. And the owner himself too. Because apparently he thinks it's fine to serve his customers these nasty, greasy, 3rd overcooked, yellow sticks. Maybe the business won't go bankrupt within a year.

There are 2 people behind the counter, who interfere with each other's orders. When you finally receive your order after a long wait, you arrive home and find the wrong sauce at the hair salon. Just mayo was included even though garlic sauce was ordered. Have known this cafeteria for a long time, but it has deteriorated considerably in recent years.

How difficult can it be to deliver a complete order? Well, that is apparently too big a challenge for De Greiden. For the umpteenth time it is incomplete. When I call I am told that the delivery person is already on his way again. It's special that as a company you already know about it, but you don't bother to inform the customer. Could it be worse? Sure. Then the delivery person comes a second time, but it is still not complete.

Busy, therefore messy. Order not in order and/or forgotten. Food cold or not fried properly. Communication is not working. To wait long!

Unfortunately it is no longer what it was, order is not complete, you call and are asked if you still want it, I ordered it for a reason and you pay for it, you come pick it up, no excuse or anything. Fries are also not what they used to be, which is a shame, they were always fine!

Great place to have something to eat. Wide choice and well prepared! There is room to eat on site or you can pick up. The combination with the ice cream parlor is very positive! In summer you can find various ice cream products here! The frappicino is highly recommended!

Beautiful snack bar with lousy employees. Order incorrect for the umpteenth time. No salt on the fries and incorrect snacks. Apologies? Whoa... This snack bar used to be a household name, but after the takeover it has not become better, only nicer...

I actually rarely go to snack bars, but almost all the grandchildren were visiting and wanted fries. So I came here because it is the nearest (4km). Clean company and customer friendly, but the prices are quite high. A simple croquette for 2.45 euros is quite a lot. I'll stick with my Airfryer for now.

It has become a scandalously bad snack bar. Orders are usually incomplete. If you order in the store itself, you have to wait a bizarrely long time for a small order. If you say anything about this, the staff will not apologize but you will get a big mouth and an arrogant face. Be sensible and drive to a real snack bar

Eating with my husband. I politely ask if I can have my 2 pikantos with mayo on a plate with visitors. I find them much more practical and also nicer than in plastic containers. My husband gets panda fries on a plate and a hamburger on a plate. When they finally come with the food, I cut off a piece of my picanto Doesn't work well so it's still frozen inside. I take them to the counter and say so. They say apologies. It doesn't matter, I say it can happen. If you cut them lengthwise, they will be ready in no time. My husband is now going to eat otherwise it will get cold. Then it takes so long for the pikantos to arrive that he is just finishing the last bite. The reason it took so long, they simply took new spicy ones and baked them extra long. So 10 minutes later I can eat. It's really not fun for me, so I say take it with me again, I don't need it anymore. The servant takes it back and I hear the oldest person present asking in an irritated tone what now... And look, that immediately confirms the tone. By the way, what do you mean by plastic containers? We do not have a NO plastic policy.

The previous owner did better. I can't really formulate what it is exactly, but the quality has deteriorated enormously.

Unfortunately, we learned today that this snack bar does not want to continue working with us. This hits us straight in the heart, as we found this snack bar on the black web more than a year ago. It was love at first sight. The ladies always took good care of us. And it was a nice experience to eat our food here, until a smallish boy/man with short black hair and bald spots threw a spanner in the works. We arrived a little late due to a traffic jam. And we were not thanked for that by the staff member in question. This sent us away and we were not even allowed to eat our meal outside. We were barely able to escape to a nearby park where we ate our last meal from this place while munching on old fries. When we said goodbye after dinner, there was no response to our friendly thank you for the service over the past years. Unfortunately, our paths continue alone from here 🥲

Nou patat shoarma speciaal besteld alleen wat paprika groen en ui shoarma saus besteld en betaald nergens te vinden patat box voor de kids jeetje de patat was echt keihard ook de patat bij de shoarma en de extra pindasaus bij de bami wel betaald maar zat er niet bij . Vind dit zeer zeer slecht.

Veel te duur, onduidelijke prijskaart

Aardig personeel en de bezorger aan de deur netjes. Ik bestel al een half jaartje bij greiden, en heb nooit complicaties gehad. Het eten is altijd goed, en de ijsjes in de zaak zijn heerlijk.

Prachtige zaak in De Greiden. Ik heb hier ooit gewone foto's gemaakt en zou nu graag aan de slag willen met 360° foto's!

Vriendelijk personeel maar helaas is de patat niet goed doorbakken, meerdere keren ervaren. Ergens hoopte ik dat dit zou verbeteren was er al bijna een jaar niet geweest maar nog steeds is het hetzelfde. de prijzen zijn wel omhoog gegaan maar de kwaliteit omlaag. Frikandel speciaal dan krijg je dus de saus en ui in een bakje. Mag je zelf erop doen.

Ik weet niet wat er gebeurd is maar de patat is er niet meer te eten. Het was altijd wel goed.

Gemiste kans met dit mooie weer dat ze niet flexibel zijn met de ijsjes. Kleine kinderen hoeven niet een groot ijsje van 1,20 euro. Vraag je om wat minder ijs en een kleiner hoorntje, dan kunnen ze niet de prijs aan passen. Dat was bij Gérard wel anders . Jammer!

Als ons rondje kringlopen eindigt in de Lege knip lunchen we daarna in De Greiden. Lekker en betaalbaar.

Erg goede cafetaria. Producten zijn van goede kwaliteit, bediening is netjes en vlot. Prijs is netjes.

Wij maken vaak gebruik van deze cafetaria, en wij kunnen niet anders dan respect hebben voor de medewerkers en ook de eigenaar in deze lockdown tijd. Ondanks dat het moeilijke tijden zijn hebben wij dit nog nooit ervaren in de kwaliteit,!! Altijd meer dan goed !! Niet voor niets komen wij speciaal juist hier graag terug!!!

Zo goed als deze snackbar/ cafetaria kom je weinig tegen. Ruime en cleane zaak, topproducten, werknemers die net even meer aandacht voor de klant hebben en dan ook nog een top werkende website waar je kunt bestellen, je afhaaltijd aangeven en betalen. Werkt top.

Heerlijke uitsmijter voor een keurige prijs. Personeel altijd in voor een vriendelijk woord. En dankzij de ligging bij de ingang van het winkelcentrum een mooi levendig uitzicht op het winkelend publiek.

Geweldige tent. Helaas zijn sommige recensies onterecht. Get a life.

Vandaag zat ik buiten onder de parasol koffie te drinken. De parasol viel om op mijn hoofd en ik viel met de stoel omver. Ik hield er niets aan over. Wel ben ik heel erg geschrokken. De medewerkster kwam wel naar buiten om de parasol dicht te doen. Toch op geen enkele manier heeft ze zich tegenover mij verontschuldigd of verder iets over gezegd.

Op zich goede zaak, echter sommige medewerkers niet vriendelijk, een aantal wel.

Lekker simpel online bestellen betalen en het tijdstip dat je aangeeft is het eten ook echt klaar. Vriendelijk personeel en het eten is heerlijk

Heb de zaak van begin af aan meegemaakt. Top kwaliteit. Vriendelijke bediening. Doen erg hun best. Er is geen betere zaak in de omgeving.

Altijd goede kwaliteit producten en mooie en schone inrichting

Voor de kerstmusical van onze school hebben bij De Greiden patat en snacks gehaald. We doen dit al meerdere jaren en dit bevalt ons zeer goed. Het smaakte ons allemaal erg goed en we zijn dan ook zeer tevreden over De Greiden!
